This company is full of snakes. Don’t trust them. Tried to tell me my car could only take synthetic to try and get close to $100 out of me when I knew I my car could use conventional. Called another company that was transparent and honest with the fact that synthetic might be the better option but I could still use conventional if I chose too. Don’t let these guys take you for a ride.

If you are looking for a dependable, fair priced car maintenance shop....a manager (Mark) who is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable.... please take your car there. Mark, whole staff, took great care of my 10+ yr old car. Sadly, I moved out of state for work and have yet to find an equal to Mark/staff at Coventry Tiogue Jiffy Lube. You go once, and every time thereafter they remember and acknowledge you. Amazing.

Staff were friendly and I was in and out. The only gripe I have is that they plaster penzoil all over their stores and advertising and lead you to believe that is what you are getting but when I looked at my recipe it was oilzum that I had received. I looked into this company and it seems to be ok I am just not familiar with them and would have preferred penzoil.

Customer service super. But on Saturdays they will only do oil changes. Only 1 person on so I understand. But poor management decision. Most people work during the week. But I guess thats a me problem.😏

Im giving the Jiffy Lube in Coventry, RI only 3 stars because it was such an unusual oil change experience. I was asked to remain in my car while the oil change was performed. I would have preferred to wait inside as I have at other oil change businesses. Also, when I reviewed my receipt, I saw that the service I paid for included vacuuming and window washing. One had been listed as declined and the other was listed as completed even though neither were declined or completed.

First class service all the employees are very professional .... Ive been to three other oil change facilities today none of them had my filter in stock...When I arrived at Jiffy Lube the first person that seen me approached right away with his mask in place and proper distance he informed me that Yes my cars filter was in stock and on the shelf they pros got me in and out in no time flat great job guys.. Ill be seeing you again...thank you

Ive been to Jiffy Lube on Tiogue Ave twice now and had a very good experience both times. These guys do a great job. In and out quickly and very through. No pressure sales for stuff you dont need but if something needs attention theyll let you know. Need an oil change? These guys will take good care of you.

The only downside is that its expensive. But, every oil change place is about the same price.

Its a chain location but never have an issue coming here. Arrived right at 8 when they opened and they took me in right away. The employees are nice and do offer the upgrades like they have too. Never a issue.

I would definitely not go back to this business. Although they did preform what I asked them to do.....A simple oil and filter change......they did not tell me the cost of the service and I was shocked to find out that my oil change was almost $99. It was a little expensive just for an oil and filter change. I was partly at fault for not asking before hand. Safe to say I wont go back there again and I wont be recommending them to anyone.

If i could give them zero stars i would. Got an oil change last month and checked my oil today an it is bone dry and my motor is making noises. Will never go back to them again. Not the first vehicle they have messed up either!

I am only upset with the attitude of one person working 7-1-20 at 11:45am. We have our AC charged at Jiffy Lube because it is an older car and we were told when it gets weak to come in and they recharge it. Last year we had to come in mid season and they did just that. This year my wife went in and they laughed at her and told her they do not do that because freon us expensive. When I called to ask the details of the situation I reached the same tech who said the same thing to me. I explained that last year we had it recharged and there was no problem. He saud if it us empty they will recharge it otherwise no. My complaint is about how he handled the situation. First we would not have had it charged there if we knew there would be an issue. Secondly you do not own the company so be nicer to the customers.

I drove in at days end, less then 20 min before closing time. I needed a AC evacuation and recharge. Mark, the mechanic greeted me like I was the first customer of the day. The waiting area provided a much needed fresh coffee. Super customer service here!Also, prices are CLEARLY posted and well within reason.

I went for an oil change, they didnt bolt my oil pan in correctly so the next day it was scraping Im the ground. Went back and they fixed it. A month later Im here at the repair shop after having my car towed because the oil pan fell again because of their negligence. I will never go there again.

Beware!! They are scam artists at this location. Right off the bat he would only do the oil change for me if I got full synthetic. Which my car does not require. he acted like he didnt understand what I meant when I said I wanted regular oil. Even after I specified conventional I backed out and went down to Valvoline in Warwick where I had a much better experience

Friendly and clean atmosphere. The service was fast and efficient. They went over everything with me before beginning the work. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube and will return when my car needs servicing in the future.

On 4/7/16 Oil Change Service and W/S wiper replacement was done at location 531 880 Tiogue Ave in Coventry RI. The Manager completed the invoice personally and ADDITIONALLY ADDED a Tire Rotation (NOT COMPLETED/NOT REQUESTED. Cost is $24.99..... This was not requested or approved by ME. When the service was complete the manager stated, youre all set... No receipt of services provided. This was somewhat suspect to me so I decided to let it go and follow-up with Enterprise Lease. it was at that time I determined that the Manager had FRAUDULENTLY added services NOT completed or requested because it could be easily hidden from the lease operator. THE MANAGER ALSO SIGNED THE RECEIPT AS THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY!!!!! I called on 4/20/16 to request a copy of the service receipt and asked that it be emailed to me. The Manager stated he would, yet never did. I was forced to drive out of my way from Providence to obtain it in person. Manager was extremely rude and was additionally chastising an employee openly for assisting me with obtaining the receipt. Clear case of an INTEGRITY issue in location #531...Coventry RI

I went to this place to have my transmission fluid checked. When I got there I gave the guy a very specific instructions to check the transmission fluid. He says okay we went inside and waited. The car was pulled up to right next to where the waiting room is so you can clearly see what theyre doing. So Im watching the guy who goes and checks for the transmission dipstick which I know for a fact there isnt one you have to get underneath the car and it has a check plug. He does not find a dipstick for the transmission just one for the engine oil so he checks it and then shuts the hood. Then proceeds to come inside and say everything looks good.

They get things done quickly and do not try to sell you on unnecessary add-ons like most chains do. I go to this one in particular for oil and brake changes.

Partly my fault for not asking for “cost” for a synthetic oil change, air filter and A/c charge.However I will never go back and pay those exorbitant prices again at Jiffy Lube. If you go please ask for price breakdown before you let them start on your car. I had 2 15% off coupons and it still cost me $226. I got a jiffy lube alright!

I went to a jiffy lube in boston and they charged me 60 bucks i came here and they charged me almost 100 bucks for the same oil change i wasnt very happy but paid to be on my way never again

This place is HORRIBLE! I needed to get my oil changed quickly and my dealership was booked that day. I begrudgingly went to jiffy lube. They charged me $120 for an oil change... just an oil change! When I told the boy working there that I usually pay $50-$60 he had the audacity to tell me that my Toyota dealership was not using the correct oil or enough of it in my car. Sure kid, and I do mean kid. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money or listen to anything they say or tru to sell you. And they will try to sell you everything.

$62 for an oil change? That is about double what I pay everywhere else. I declined a $49 cabin air filter that I can get for $12 online and he shoved it back in with all the debris and acorns still on it. Disappointing service and far too high a price. It was fast though, about 15 minutes, so I added an extra star.

75.99 for an oil change. If you think thats fair, then go there. They give you a service checklist of all the things go they do for you, but they do the really do any of them. Like check your tires for instance. Why even say you wash windows and vacuum floors, or check wiper blades when you just dont. Makes me question if they even change my oil filter. They check everything they can try to sell you, but nothing g they say they do complimentary

I would not recomend this Jiffy Lube to anyone or any Jiffy Lube they rip people off. I visited this Jiffy Lube in Coventry RI for a routine oil change the other day, and a oil change that should have lasted 20- 30 mins lasted three and a half hours. So I brought my mothers 2002 mercedes-benz ML500 for a oil change and they did it really fast I would say in about little over 5 mins. The cashier comes into the waiting room and tells me that I am all set I said wow that was quick. So I pay for the oil change and the cashier says to the other associate that is behind the counter why dont you back the car out for him. She said that because there was a car accident infront of the building and there was glass on ground and on the road from the accident. The man replys to the cashier that is not my job I am not acourtesy person. I say to my self WELL THATS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...... NOT. He then opens the door and yells across the service bays and tells someone else to move it and back the car up. ........ Well I could not beleive this but it gets better........ I pull out of the parking lot and on to the road and the oil light on the dash board comes on along with it saying on the dashboard that it is 2.0L low on oil. I turn around in a cvs parking lot and the AC is on its coming out warm it smells like something is burning and car is making this loud ticking noise, and the car is really hard to turn. I pull back into the parking lot of jiffy lube and someone comes out and tells me that nothing is wrong you have to bring it to the dealer or it should be in the owners manuel on how to turn it off....... I said what are you talking about it smells like somthing is burning and the oil light is on it was not on when I came in before the oil change...... The man replys with that there is nothing that we can do you have to bring it to the dealer...... I said what and I said that this is rediculous and left...... I went to a local garage up the street and thank god it was not to far I go inside and tell them what had happened and what the car is doing. So the man comes outside to look at the car and say turn off the car NOW...... the car was pouring out oil. They bring the car in and showed me what had happened. There was oil all over the engine and on the undercarriage of the car. The car had no oil left in it. They did not put the oil cap on properly and did not put the gasket back on the oil cap. Jiffy lubes manager came down to the local shop to pay for that second oil change and then brought the car back to jiffylube to clean the oil off. I then told jiffy lube that I was calling the corporate office and bringing the car to the dealership to be checked out to make sure that there is no damage to the engine and the oil was still on the undercarriage of the car and still some on the engine. Well they did not want to hear that and told me if I call the corporate office there is nothing that they can do that I would have to deal with corporate. And I did not get my money back I asked them about that and they said because I am dealing with corporate I am going above them that there is nothing that can do. They also said that this is a common problem and it happens all the time. If this is a common problem people would not be going to jiffy lube to have the cars engine almost seize up. I am so mad, angry, frustrated, and upset with Jiffy Lube that I myself, my friends, and family will never go to another jiffy lube ever again.
