Update: the store is currently closed due to quarantine.!I might come back and edit this, to tailor it to their service. This review will do for now: the store hours aren’t what it says online. I made an appointment to come in for a screen repair with my insurance company, the representative gave me an appointment for 11am thinking the store opened at 10am. Only to get here and there’s a notice at the store stating they open at 12pm. Just be aware that the store operates 12-5pm due to covid.

Horrible service, I ordered a phone 12/18. They were supposed to call me when the phone came in. No one called. I went to get my phone today 1/17 and was told their system was down. So I cant get my phone. But then was told I had to pay my bill to get my phone but I thought the system was down. Tomorrow I will cancel my order and go to AT AND T. Been with Sprint for over 10 years. T mobile sucks.

About 3 months ago, my family ordered phones from them and they shut down due to Covid-19. We bought phones and never received them. We attempted to call over 10 times. We have driven to the store numerous times. I cant get anyone to contact me. Absolutely poor service and no information about when I can talk to them about my missing phones. Very disappointed.

I walked into T-mobile without a clue lost my phone my contacts my pictures and the fact that I had an iPhone there was actually nothing the representatives can do because it came from boost mobile how ever two gentlemen stepped up and approached me by the name of Karl who is the store manager and chance mobile expert by the grace of god their were able to aid and assist me due to the fact the my situation was critical I walked out of T-mobile with a brand new phone where they were able to convert over where I had no phone to now a brand new phone I cannot continue to express my gratitude towards these two young man had not be for them I be lost for a while everyone needs there phone social media is controlling the world right now but I want to truly thank T-Mobile for there services I would truly recommend these gentlemen hard work team work pays off thank so much Karl and chance again

I want to highly recommend this location and staff member. I had a very unpleasant experience at the Midlothian location which is a two min drive from me. They gave me the run around wasted my time on something that should have been an easy transaction. Just rude and unpleasant. I was recommended to visit the Country Club hills location, which was well worth the extra drive. Guisela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my whole phone issue. Provided great customer service extremely informative and had me on my way hassle free. I highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely return for future business.

This is the worst T-mobile ever. The manager walks around the store with a very unpleasant demeanor. he does NOT GREET CUSTOMERS. He walks around the store and stare at customers not offering any help. This store does not follow company policies, instead they make up their own. All because they want to maintain high numbers to ensure they receive a 1000 bonus. I was told this by an employee, in private. Even though its COMPANY POLICY to do a warranty exchange. This store refuses to do them. I have reached out to corporate about this storeI am also having others who have had terrible service with this store complain as well.

I came to this location on 7/1/2018. I was having an issue with my Samsung GEAR S3 the first person to greet me was a young woman named Guisela. She was very nice and very helpful I was in and out of the store within 15 min. She helped me resolve my issue quickly and she explained to me what was wrong just incase the incident occured again. If they have zero star rating i would give it to this store. They need alot of training on everything from how to talk to customer to know what is the new deals from T-Mobile it self. The guy didnt know how to work the dealSo i had to call T-Mobile from the store and do my order with them directly. and dumb ass was standing snaking his lips. 🖕🖕🖕

The first lady i spoke to was about to trash my phone and replace it via insurance. Then she called big bruh with the harden beard & he brought my phone back from the death loop. I was just about to blame t mobile since the S8 is coming out. Seems like phones break as soon as new ones come out.
