The owner (I think) fixed my daughter’s phone in 30 minutes without over charging. Highly recommend!!!

I love it here! They are great at fixing phone screens! They charge a reasonable rice for the expedient service! I’ve tried to go other places but here, they get it done the quickest and are open on Sundays!

I’ve been coming to this business for the past 3-4 years. They have always done suburb work! This business never fails you. One Way has always made sure you have left out a happy customer and their customer service is excellent. One Way has fixed my phone countless time an and has given me good quality for a low price every single time. I couldn’t thank them enough.

Today, I decided to have the battery replaced in my Samsung S7 because the phone would not hold a charge and it was hot to the touch. Additionally, the screen on the camera lens was broken. I first went to batteries Plus where I was told that more than likely the battery needed to be replaced. The price that was quoted was around the same amount.Before going to One Way Wireless, I called around and was given prices that exceeded $200.Anyway, I went into the store and was greeted by Wally who told me that my phone being hot was not a result of the battery. He was honest in letting me know that he could replace the battery but it may not solve my issue (hot phone) and he would be unable to refund any monies that I would pay. Although he did not actually perform any services, I appreciated that he was upfront and honest. I believe in integrity and it goes a long way with me. If I ever need phone repair services, I would definitely return to One Way Wireless. In today world of stores just wanting to make a buck, honesty and integrity goes a long way.

I was so amazed at the quality customer service that I received at One Way Wireless. I just so happened to be driving by in search for the nearest place where I could get a new charging cord for my cracked IPHONE because I was getting ready to get on the highway and that’s when I noticed this place. I went in and noticed they fix crack/ shattered cell phones. So i asked how long to fix my screen he said about 20 minutes. I got me a new screen, screen protector and a new charging cord for a very reasonable price ($75)....MY PHONE LOOKS GREAT AND WORKS LIKE ITS BRAND NEW!!!!!! And I was leaving within 30 minutes...THANK YOU One Way Wireless!!!!!!! I will be definitely recommending you.

I came here for a battery replacement for my iPhone 6s Plus. It was replaced in about 20 minutes. Super fast! The quality of the repair was excellent. I would recommend this place to others!

So my 4 year old decided to throw my I phone X out the 2nd story bedroom window because YouTube wasn’t working and phone shattered in pieces. I definitely thought I would need to go spend another $1000 on a brand new phone until a friend referred to this place. Guy there was awesome, he told me give me a couple hours and he will have it ready. I thought I was going to be out of a phone for weeks. Price was super reasonable compared to what a new phone would have cost me as well! Highly recommend this place!

My battery on my Samsung S8 wouldnt hold a charge I stopped into one way to wireless they diagnostic my phone come to find out battery was shot lucky they had the battery in stock. I was in and out in less than a half hour. The service is friendly and was affordable I highly recommend them for any cell phone or even tablet computer repair they know what theyre doing and very affordable.

Took my phone to have a crack screen replaced. The company only replaced the glass. Which is 16 dollar and not the told screen. They charge me 150 dollars the cost of a replacing screen and labor. When I taken the phone placed it in my pocket ran an errand and the screen had massive dead pickles where the phone had hit the ground. Dont use there service they rip you off and claim they did quality work.

Cracked my phone screen and called this place. Very helpful guy there named Wally. He fixed my screen in 15 min. Been working fine ever since.

Never thought I would be leaving a review because I ain’t never did one. I was messin with my guy and ended up tackling him & breaking his arm and his phone… Sorry Eddie! Anyway I felt bad that I broke his phone (not so much his arm because he deserved it). So I offered to pay for his screen replacement. Took the phone to one way and dude put on a screen that looked better than the original. I was like “whaaaaa!” I’m finna break my phone just to get a gangsta screen too! Big ups to my dude Wally...good lookin out! Too bad they couldn’t fix Eddie’s broken arm.

Took my Galaxy 7 phone there for repair. They charged 180.00 to change the cover so, the screen could be visible. It was ok for a short while then it started acting up again. Took back & paid another fee because they said the previouscharge didnt Have you anything to do with previous repair. Then about 33 of minutes days later phone when back out. They wouldnt homory, after I spent all that money. Dont patronize a scamming busiythat she

I came up there to get my daughter screen fixed because it was broken. At first the representative seem very nice after fixing the phone he told me that he couldnt warranty the phone because of the battery so I paid to get another battery so that the phone would be under the 30 day warranty they offer. When she got home the phone would not hold a charge it kept going off and on. When she called up there they told her to bring the phone back because he said that he did not check the battery which is odd because if i paid for a new battery so I should have received a new battery. Anyways a few days later there was a crack in the bottom part of the screen so my daughter took it back up there to get it fix because it was under warranty. The guy took the phone replaced the screen and then told my daughter it would be 110. When my daughter told him she thought it was under warranty and didnt have the money he took the new screen off,placed the old screen back on but caused more damage to the phone. After speaking to the owner he agreed to fix it again for 80. We got the phone fixed on Saturday and Monday it cracked again. Now my daugter does have an outerbox. But this phone screen cracked while she was pushing numbers with her fingers which it shouldnt have done. I went back up there and they want me to pay them again when I witnessed it crack with my own eyes.

Brought my phone up here once to get the screen fixed, the fixed it then a day later it was broke. Brought it back and told me the motherboard was fried. So then I took it to T-MOBILE and they said nothing was wrong, just the screen went out cause of One Way. So dont take a chance here.

Dropped phone in grass and my home button came off the next day . I asked can they put another on and they tried to charge me 25$ .. I paid 30 dollars to get it fixed yesterday and the screen is trash .. take your phone somewhere else and they have bad customer service
