The Geeksquad is always busy, but if you get an appointment they are very good. The store in general is very nice. I lived in this area a long time before knowing Council Bluffs even has a Best Buy. Never thought to Google it.

Yo yo yo listen up yo this store is straight trash. everything I buy is broken and dosent work. This one home girl named Michael Jones was so rude to me. All I did was ask her a question and she started screaming profanity and told me to go back to Africa where I came from. This is racist and unacceptable. I should sue. They treat me differently because of my skin color. As soon as I walk in I get followed to make sure I dont steal. When I walk in the door the security guard tells me go wash youre skin, you look dirty. I will no shop here anymore and will soon take legal action against this store!!

Best Buys are obviously very similar to each other, but I have always received great service at this one. I have actually driven farther than my closest just to visit here.

Absolute worst customer service! Will be buying off Amazon from now on! Waited more than 30 minutes at the display case while the sales clerks bsd and then when one did help me I end up getting called fat! Im barely 120lbs so not fat and even if I was it would have been out of line! This store is a joke! They didnt even give me a bag for my purchase! Amazon had it for the same price I just didnt want to wait the two day shipping, learned my lesson!
