In shopping with my son, midway through my son needed to use the restroom (has a medical reasons and needed restroom immediately) he was denied access because its not a public restroom and they told him to try the chiropractor down the way which we were not customers of. I understand denying to someone who is not a customer, but to deny a child who is a customer with medical reasons is ridiculous! I even contacted Im assuming management or owner through this before I made a review and was told they cant let 1 person then they have to let everyone which I understand but I am not going to continue my shopping there after being a customer for about 20yrs because of this incident, we were treated very poorly!!

Very knowledgeable staff, phenomenal sales and specials during the Holiday season, have never had a bad experience in one and with multiple stores across the area its easy to get most games quickly. Used game prices are a little better than GameStop and its a far more local and human company by an arm and a leg. Absolutely would encourage people to check them out and have exclusively been using trade post as my used game store for 2 years now.

Im going to be brutally honest about this Council Bluffs store. If you check online 1st for what you are looking for and they have it, CALL FIRST! Ask is it in your hands I cant tell you how many times I have gone over there to get something and they cant find it even though its in their system saying that they have it. Very friendly staff, willing to help just check 1st before you go.

I made a visit to the Council Bluffs Tradepost Entertainment after a long evening at work. I went in hoping to purchase one movie to watch with my boyfriend that evening. The lady behind the counter, Shelby, was very quick to come to my aid! She found me a movie I had been hunting down FOREVER and she even assisted me in finding a handful of other movies that she thought I’d like. She was incredibly friendly, talkative and all around a great associate. It was by far some of the best customer service that I have ever received. While my wallet hurt after leaving (which is entirely my fault), I left with a feeling of accomplishment all thanks to an associate who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.

Freindly staff! Nice selection. Ok pricing. Would have given more stars if their pricing wasnt screwed up. Be leery of the buy one or two or three whatever then get one free deals. Thats where you can get charged incorrectly. Come to find out that whats on there as a price isnt always the right price. Cause they are always changing their prices. Had a few that said $5.99 and was charged $7.99

Great selection I often stop by just looking to see what someone left behind and find myself walking out with two documentaries a t shirt and three anime series I never expected to find anywhere. Worth exploring if you;re a serious AV collector. Theres always something there I need to have.

The prices used to be more reasonable. I’ve seen used copies of GoT go for new prices. I went in today to see if I could save money on a used game only to find its $20 more than a digital copy. The selection isn’t as good as the Omaha locations.

Plenty of people came and left buying things and I fully understand waiting but after waiting for 50 minutes and someone comes in selling games and the guy takes them I get upset.
