I needed to pick up a new remote for my TV. The representative quickly helped me. He offered to give me a better package & save me money, but I said I wasnt interested because every time someone at Cox tells me that, I end up paying more.

Tried to call a store in Council Bluffs Iowa. No answer. Hate my current provider guess its better than cricket

Took cell to find out what was wrong with it. They checked the cell out and nonething wrong with it.

The manager Allie is AMAZING!!! She took care of my issues even when she didnt have to. I signed up for service and then ended up switching back to my previous carrier and she took care of me when my case fell through the cracks when my new phone wouldnt be refunded due to my change of service. She is what customer service is all about! Love love love her energy. 5 stars all the way!!!

The employees are wonderful considering they have to sell a poor product. I changed from sprint. 3 trips back so I could open mms messages with an attachment. still doesnt work. voicemails are now arriving from 4 days ago. but they wont load so I can read them. basically you can make and receive calls thats it. for the money not worth the service they provide. for what you get I would struggle to say its worth 20 bucks a month. more like 10.

Has great service and the family plan for 4 lines is not terribly expensive either. Win win. The only thing I dont like is that there is a 3.0p fee to pay your bill in the store and not one if you pay online or over the phone. Kinda silly to me but hey, oh well!

I stopped in to upgrade my phone right before closing time...Bad idea... I picked a phone and was rushed out. I wanted to know how to transfer information and was just told to sign into to Google and its done for you..no..asked about combining my phone with my sons and was told just to call customer service as she was closing out her register..i left there wanting very disappointed and considering a switch to another network..two thumbs down

They lie and tell you things like your unlocked at&t phone will work with volte and wifi calling just to make a sale. Then when it doesnt work they dont care.And this is just a franchise store. I will be making a complaint with cricket corporate as well as the BBB and the FCC. I have already ported to tmobile and no issues at all. I had your service less then a week and only had it that long because I was told it can take a week for wifi calling to work. I will also do a chargeback.

The ladies in the cb store are the best. They know more about phones than any other phone store.

My phone was messing up and tried reseting it but but it didn`t work. I took it to the cricket location on Broadway in Council Bluffs and i was in and out quickly and the gentleman that help me enjoyed his job. Thanks for the help

I no longer have phone service thru cricket but they are/were a good company to have service with.

Always have problems with cheap phones breaking, and paying my bill over the phone, they were constantly shutting me off when the bill was paid and making me run to them when i paid over the phone, i now use boost , i am very happy with boost
