My salesperson Jen did a great job and was very friendly. Chuck the general manager helped explain to me about leasing a vehicle where it made sense for me. We went back later in the week and my wife bought a new Kia Forte. The experience was great. My only complaint is when it comes down to finish the financing. It’s always such a push to get all these extras that are that needed, it was so late that instead of arguing we just signed and we will cancel the extra warranty we purchased. We buy brand cars so we have no worries for 5-7 years. The lady who did our finance part was very pleasant and i know it’s her job but I just wish they would ask first instead of already having it added. My purchase was a lease and the paperwork for it was so easy.

Although I had a friendly salesman Sebastian, the finance person Andrew treated me so terrible I left Edwards in tears. He became angry with me & slamming my file of papers against his desk, when I told him his payment was more than I could afford. I’m sure he most likely behaved this way because I am a woman. No one ever addressed his behavior towards me, All Sebastian said was I’m sorry you feel that way. At the end of the day stay away from this establishment you are not in there best interest, and paperwork will not be handled properly. Run don’t just walk away. Literally worst dealer in tri state area. Do not take there unless warranty issue and make sure they will even do that. Do not buy Nissan Sentras with known issues and dealer wont cover or charges you diag when warranty. Service reps change constantly. Service rep working now is a stumbling idiot. Salesman are scam artist and owner looks like he shops at a hey dude ranch and equally a scam artist. I will post bool I sent to dealer on google reviews so can go into detail on my experience. The representative was very rude to my girlfriend that actually drives the vehicle. She put a paper into her face to show that work was done when truthfully it was not This is definitely not how I do business as an owner myself. Really disappointed and still have not received any phone calls or emails regarding my spare key that was promised per buying a certified pre owned vehicle. Seems to me that selling the vehicle was most important to you than customer service

They were very busy and Crystal (sp?) met me outside the drive through to get me checked in. So, it was quick to get in and they got to work. Gene, the driver was kind enough to take me to a place I could eat and work (Panera). He is always willing to help and is a nice guy. This dealership is by far the best in the area and if I were to buy a new car, I would look here.

I purchased a vehicle from Edwards Nissan about 1 month ago. The sales and finance department were great but every other area is highly lacking. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty because we did not make it to a month even before it started to have major problems. This is on top of the disaster title fiasco that Shelly caused and her lack of common respect and courtesy and sending the wrong paperwork to the DMV and causing me to lose over an hour of extra time for work and she laughed like it was funny. No consequences or apologies from management regarding her behavior. The icing on the cake is today. I dropped my vehicle off for the scheduled inspection at 8AM this morning. It is now 4:27pm and I have not received any word about my vehicle. I have called several times and do not receive any answers. This has been the WORST experience ever dealing with this.

I traded off a car I purchased at Edwards, I had an extended service contract and gap coverage on this vehicle. I have not received a refund from them. They have not returned my call nor has anyone contacted me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the issue has not been resolved. I have received a refund check, a little late. Thank you.

Our sales person was great, finance was great, but our experience with service and the retailers has not been the best. My rogue still smells like cigarette smoke and I understand that is a hard thing to get rid of, but I found a lighter and other trash under the passenger seat, so I don’t have confidence they actually detailed it well. Also, we had an appointment with service and they did not complete everything they said and they did not communicate that to us. That is leading to driving back to the dealer more times than we should need to.

I received a pre-approval letter in the mail and didn’t know if it was real or not so I called down to the dealership and left a voicemail for the person who sent it. I had no hopes of getting approved for anything because of my credit but I needed a new vehicle as mine was going down and I needed something reliable since I have my daughter who’s 1. Teddy Graybill said he believed we could come to a deal and I was skeptical at first but I ended up putting my faith in him as he was working his magic! I ended up trading in my vehicle and taking home a 2018 Kia Forte. He didn’t sugar coat anything and made it super easy for me. Everyone there was welcoming and I even enjoyed the conversation with finance at the end! I’m so excited and can’t thank Teddy enough!!!

Horrible place to work for. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized and have no problem lying to people. They dont care about their staff so clearly they cant care about their customers. Majority of the salesmen there are good people but management is terrible and have no idea how to treat their employees. I would love to give examples of how they lie and manipulate situations but that would take me all day. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone.

I was guided to Edwards by a pre-approval I had been receiving from Capital One for a couple of months. After looking through their inventory for a couple of weeks I finally decided to input my info on their website for them to reach out to me. Terry reached out to me and set me up for an appointment. Went in there still a little scared but kind of knew what to expect at a dealership since my partner used to work for Baxter. (Which he told me to avoid). Terry made the whole process a piece of cake and with in a couple of days, since I had gone in late the first time, I had the car I wanted! A black on black 2021 Nissan Rogue!! I got a email asking about a buy back of my 2018 rogue I told the sales person exactly what I was willing to spend wow did I get a shock only would give me low ball number for a 2018 with 25000 miles and I wanted a 2021 rogue he came back with a number not even close to what I said then the sales person paris rude when I said no cant do that number my first experience was awsome really liked the 2021 but I was pretty forward with what I was willing to spend the gal in service department very nice

I wanted a very specific vehicle. Dustin tracked it down and found it from another dealership for me and had it brought to town within 2 weeks. Sales staff were friendly and even though I had a newer salesman that was still figuring things out - he was helpful, and looked into everything I had questions about. When they say - if you have any questions you can contact me for anything, he meant it! Nick has answered and continued to be helpful with questions Ive had even AFTER buying the vehicle! I appreciate the continued customer service! Financing guys are always great to me and my husband as well!

My first ever experience with Edwards was horrible. I had gone to the pre-owned side and was treated really badly by the salesperson there. He was extremely rude and talked to me like I was a child he was scolding. At first I said I would never go back. I decided to give them another chance as you shouldnt judge a company by just one employee that didnt last there long. Nathan Hofmeyer was absolutely amazing and help me get into my dream car. The service guy (Deion?) could use some additional training I think. He didn’t even greet me when I arrived with my car and was just not very friendly! But he was competent and kept me updated on the progress. My mechanic (John) was top-notch, identifying an issue I didn’t even know I had and fixed it quickly. Also, the others in service, especially Crystal(?), were all very friendly and engaging. Overall a positive experience with only a couple of hiccups.
