The cashier was very nice and helpful but the policy was a joke for the evaluation process. A limited edition adidas hoodie- $4 for it same for a pair of vintage Lee jeans. All of the other employees except the cashier I was with were giving me looks for just standing there for 5 minutes. PSA don’t donate your clothes here; they give you jack diddly squat for them and make you wait hours to give you $11, donate to goodwill or another store.
It’s my first time to sale my clothes. I went to 2nd Street Costa Mesa. This store is not good for selling your clothes at all. buffalo is so much better. I given them around 30 different clothes and they give me $8. And in their store, you never can find any clothes are under $8. They let you to wait more then 2 hours and give you nothing. Do not waste your time there. Basically it’s for donations not for selling. Some of the clothes they will only pay you $0.01 cent which for me like a joke. I will never go back there. I prefer to give my clothes to goodwill instead because they are using your clothes to make money.
Maybe a thrift store for rich people. Also they probably buy your stuff for the 1/4 of the price and then sell it for 3 dollars cheaper than what you paid for. I dont get consignment stores like these. A pair of boots for 199? Im good, go across the street

I know this is not a High end clothing store but a thrift shop, so I don’t expect high-end customer service but this does not mean you can be rude to customersMe and my wife were customers ever since they opened and some of staff members changed early this year after which everything about this store became so sneaky !!from return policy to reselling stuffs....And they even raised a price tag at the cashier’s counter.... what a joke..... am I here to give them a lunch allowance or what ???I don’t know if this guy is Mexican or Puerto Rican Afro hair Puerto Rican dude cashier or staff or whatever.... Unclear return policy. I bought a pair of sunglasses today 7/4 at 11:33am. I loved the way they looked but after wearing them for just 10-15 min, I realized they were not comfortable at all on my head/face. Since I was still walking around the CAMP, and when I purchased I saw that there was a 2 week return policy, I went right back at around 11:50am. When I said I wanted to return, the manager was called and he told me there were no returns on accessories because people tend to buy accessories, use them in the weekend, and return them. Obviously this was not the case for me. I asked for his manager he said there was no other manager. I explained that I was a loyal customer of this store and nothing. I explained and pointed to the sign (photo shown) where it doesn’t say clearly that accessories are excluded. He then showed the small print on the receipt where it does say it. I then said that the receipt is what I get AFTER I have completed the purchase! Too late to actually be clear. Why don’t they put that same text ON THE SIGN AT THE REGISTER. He (Marvin) was not reasonable or customer oriented at all. I understand policies, 100% but a great manager knows when they customer has some logic about the unclear sign and when they are a loyal customer of the store. Bad decision. Lost a customer since 2017 for $40 sunglasses.
Dont waste your time bringing clothing to sell here I brought 20 items all hi quality designer clothing in excellent conditions some not even worn. I waited 2 hrs and they offered me $10 for all 20 items again these were all hi quality expensive designer clothing. then you look at prices they sell junk for in 2nd st unbelievable AGAIN DONT WASTE YOU TIME much better offgiving to goodwill. It cost me more in gas then they offerredI
Javon please come back.I get the general manager said they have things too high, but when the items are selling on every resell site known to man for 100$ or more and you are saying you are putting it in the store for 33$ jeez. Do your research try out new brands. There are brands out there that people will not bring to you because you only respect the hype and not the originality.
Nice place to shop but a little bit expensive Especially since they only give me about $.10 per item if you ever bring anything in And they’re charging average about $7 per item.
Normally find a gem or two, definitely with the stop.
This place kept me waiting for almost 2 hours to tell me they couldnt authenticate my stuff over the weekend why the games and make me wait dont ever shop here

Dont even try to sell here lowball go harder than grailed, ebay, and offer up combined. Their stuff is ok but for selling dont even. Had 3 ds tees, a ds jersey and 2 shoes. Made me wait an hour 20 min to check all of them to only offer my $140 for the 4 tops and they couldnt check the shoes cuz the computers were down :/. Didnt know i was getting lowballs from some clowns.
An absolute treasure of a store.Stopped by the first time tonight to sell and buy and the staff was nothing short of exceptional. Big shout out to Marvin for his knowledge and assistance.They gave me more than I was expecting for my items. Was it close to fair market? Of course not, but I understand they have to make money as well, and it definitely minimized the hassle of selling online.Selection was great... they had some brands I have never seen at other places. Staff clearly has a keen eye and knows their stuff.Prices were good on most items, even Supreme, which was a refreshing change of pace from most resell stores. This place operates more like a thrift store and I am in love with it because of that.Will definitely be returning to sell and buy. Thanks for putting such a great store in the OC!!

Just sold two items at the store. The wait time was about 30 min. The Burberry dress I paid for $425 was sold for $80. And the shoes I bought for $380 was for $13. I am grateful to their prompt service and gave me cash right away!
Very cool new place! The store is really organized and easy to shift through, for an used clothing place. Prices were pretty decent for Free People and I found a cute top that looked hardly worn. Theres a lot of Japanese brands that I dont know much about. But theres a lot of well known American brands too. Definitely need more time to go through everything and will be back!
They have some unique and rare cloths. I prefer my second hand clothes without stains.
I took in bags of good clothes, great condition, high end brands, I waited an hour. they offered me $4.00 for my Louis Vuitton wallet and told all of my other items did not match their manual without explaining what went wrong. Very disappointed. Not worth your time to come here, you would make WAY more on Ebay or even a garage sale. BIG THUMBS DOWN.
To shop is pretty nice but to sell is just awful. I brought a big bag with a bunch of vintage items and clothes that I’ve never worn and they wanted to give me two dollars for the whole thing. It’s so much better to just sell them yourself at a garage sale or online or find somewhere else because it’s just not worth it here sorry
Don’t go to this store looking to buy bags they are 100% fake
Great place overall. Had some unfortunate issues at checkout on two occasions where I was overcharged. So will be taking pics of the items with their attached tags to prevent future mistakes at the register.

Im a frequent thrifter at different stores. Came here only as shopper to find last minute bathing suit, and have to say, its by far one of my fav secondhand stores thus far. Great selection, tidy, and organized. Friendly and very helpful staff! Cute too ;) more pricey than Goodwill, but better quality clothes with cleaner smell. If it was closer, Id definitely go back more often .

I visited before going to a restaurant in the Camp with friends. The staff were very condescending and rude. The prices are also ridiculous. They wanted $179 for USED non-designer shoes. I won’t be back.

I would give this place a zero star if I could but 1 star is the minimum. I tried selling my stuff here mostly branded and almost new and they only purchased it 0.01 cent each. I made $20 for 185 items and it includes 10 Levi’s pants that they sell for $20 each at their store but they bougt mine for a penny and The Northface sweater that they sell at the store for about $60+ and they also bought it for a penny. THIS PLACE IS SO OVERPRICED, THE CLOTHES THEY SELL ARE SO EXPENSIVE THAT THEY COST MORE THAN BRAND NEW i.e. The Northface jackets and other stuff. Save yourself some time, just donate it to Goodwill than sell it here. I wasted my time and energy gathering all my stuff to sell. NOT COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. You can find better deals at Nordstrom Rack, H&M, etc.
Can’t give a business 1 star for store policies and selling procedures! This little hidden gem is fantastic. So many amazing items- vintage adidas, supreme, comme des garcons, bape, louis, & more. Will definitely be returning! Very friendly staff as well!
Its an amazing place, like it caught me and the friend off guard about the selection and everything.
Do NOT sell clothes here. It’s an absolute waste of time and money. We waited over two hours to be told our clothing items such as All Saints, John Varvatos, Reformation and Rag & Bone are worth as little as 10 cents each. Sell your clothes to friends and family that actually care about the value.
Cannot stop buying things from here. Help. Me.
