I read all these reviews and got my policy cancelled. To my surprise, the guys were really cool and professional!I remember when i first signed up, I called their customer care and hung up after a few rings. They promptly called back in less than 30 minutes! When i called them today to get the warranty cancelled, the call was picked up in a few rings, and they cancelled the policy with little pushback.I havent had a reason to call them for looking into any repairs, but I wonder if they are as bad as what these google reviews portray them!

I called back to cancel. I email, 2 phone calls and 2 hours listening to hold music and no response. Just imagine if you have to file a claim. This is such a waist of time and money. I firmly believe this is a scam and I will be contacting my bank to reverse this charge.

They cover nonsense like a part worth 30 to 40 dollars. Its ridiculous. Put a claim in it was fax all they have to do is read n approve. They dont cover much so shouldnt take long to reply but they did. 2yrs of money sent down the drain.

After paying for 10 months ($133) , my car broke down and they refused to pay for services. Ran a bill up at the mechanic shop , and stopped helping with my car. After 40days of no car they promised me a full refund . Still waiting ......... horrible company!!! Costs $790 to get my broke car back .

These people are slow with responding to repair facilities my truck has been in the ship for three months as of now I called and asked for a supervisor and left a message to an extension for a supervisor about two weeks ago and still havent received a call back

Called to cancel my policy due to me finding different affordable coverage.I was connected to Michelle their billing manager ,who then tells me they can match their coverage at an affordable rate. I politely said no I just want to cancel.She then says good luck with that and hangs up in my face. Just down right disrespectful and rude.Then I called to speak with somebody else and got transferred to her. I asked if she was the woman I had spoken to earlier? She then proceeded to say I gave you a refund what’s the problem now. Why do this job then be disrespectful to customers? Maybe this profession isn’t for you.

Man the still havent returned my call this is ridiculous. Im out 110 dollars for all bec thier staff on do inbound calls to my knowledge.

So today I received a call about warranty on my vehicle the lady talked me through the policy as she’s doing so I’m also looking on line to be sure the company is real she Mis lead me the information after I gave her mine to pay for the policy I then told her no thank you and I would call back after seeing some reviews she processed the payment on my card anyways after me telling her no I didn’t want the policy and that I would call back I then hung up another person from the same company calls me I believe this may be a scam and now no one is answering my calls can someone help me

Company is unprofessional they are no more then sales company for other companies they will tell you we have to charge you a start up fee to send you a start up package out and if you decide you dont want it you can call with in 30 days and get a full refund of your money and cancel it but thats not the case I have called the company 30 times over the last 2 weeks leaving voicemails they will not call you back they will trap you in a contract and will make it impossible to get out off do your homework on them and dont fall for the scam

I called this company because they left me a message about warrant coverage. I specifically asked if this was Ford due to just buying a Ford 150. They had all my information on the vehicle and preceeded to say they were Ford. I purchased a Platinum Warrant. Even as a got off the phone with them and asked them again was this Ford and a Ford warrant they said yes. When I got my paperwork in the mail, it said Platinum Plus and not Ford. I HAVE REPEATLY TRIED TO CALL AND FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. THIS COMPANY NOW SAYS I HAVE TO FORFEIT A FEE ORDER TO CANCEL MY SERVICE. THIS IS A WORTHLESS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AND TRUSTWORTHY!!!!

This company is a scam they are crooks they took the initial payment out of my account twice before I had to go to my bank and cancel my bank card to keep them from stealing any more money from me... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CAR WARRANTY

Called PLATINUM PLUS AUTO PROTECTION to canceled my service but it took me forever for someone to answer. Finally this lady answered, but the way she sound and how she approached on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Its like, she has no enthusiasm or motive to convince me, THE CUSTOMER in selling their product. Anyway, the lady was pushy too trying to change my mind to keep their product. (Sorry, not with that attitude). So I declined the offer respectfully and I gave her the reason esp because of her unprofessionalism. This same lady was upset and apologized with no feelings, talking over me and hung up. When I called back, I was transfer 5x, left message 3x and on hold for 15-20 mins.Now I know why Platinum Plus Auto Protection has poor rating. Do not purchase their insurance.Unsatisfied Customer

Just recently had a part go out on my truck. Took it to the shop and the mechanic notified me that the DEF heater was out. They contacted Platinum plus and yes the repairs were covered. The repair cost was given to the Platinum rep and they wanted to install a Chinese part on my American vehicle just because it was 200$ cheaper. Needless to say that was total BS. Even when Ive had a wrecked vehicle the shop never put aftermarket on my vehicle. They paid labor and i paid the rest out of my pocket because they refused to put the manufacturers part back on my vehicle.

SCAM!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I took my car to get fixed and out of the 5 things I needed fixed. The warranty didnt cover it. I was left w a big bill of $600 and I didnt even get my car fixed. I was so confident I was only going to pay the deductible of $100. I ended up paying $640 only for the diagnostics. Thanks for nothing platnum plus. 2 days several voicemails later and they are still not answering or returning my calls. Save your time and money 💰 🙏 DO NOT GO W THEM

I unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing the warranty before checking there background first. I am reading all these reviews and am concerned I wont get my 125.00 refund. I called them just a while ago. I did get someone on the phone, and she said I have to send a cancellation in writing to Palmer Administration in Allenhurst. N.J.If they give me a hard time, Ill report them to BBB and the Attorney General.

This please is a honest scam. I’ve emailed an talked to a “ representative” about me wanting to cancel whatever it is they talked me into an I simply was told I need to turn in a handwritten letter to do so.... why? That’s dumb. Also they will not stop calling me after multiple times of me saying I’m not interested!! Please leave me alone

Customer service is very very poor never get to talk to anyone and when you do you get no results

Seriously, the picture is of the back of a building? I am ashamed of myself by not checking with the BBB first or looking online. I havent used, I got an email that saidsee declaration page, but there wasnt one. I received a package in mail a week later, with contract and cancelled by mail immediately.
