The best. My old landlord would never use anyone else for quality repair of any and all appliances. Ill never forget chatting with one of their repair techs right before we had our kid and he gave me sage life advice that remains with me to this day. And he fixed whichever appliance it was quickly and effectively.I had another repair guy come to work on our washer recently and he charged me $150 to tell me it couldnt be fixed. Shoulda called S,E,&J! Shame on me for not going immediately to the pros.Also Felix rules. I would absolutely watch a YouTube feed of him talking endless shop on washers. Glad I talked my parents away from giving their money to the big box stores to this local . Having worked in many independent businesses I have absolutely handheld customers with purchases only to watch them go to Amazon or wherever. He completely told us the ins and outs of the products and wrote up a price list.Highly recommended. Oh also, go ahead and get that Speed Queen. You know you want it.

Came in attempting to self repair my dishwasher. Felix was very helpful with tips to try to pinpoint problems. Unfortunately what I discovered was that my dishwasher was in need of more advanced repairs than I wanted to pursue. Next day, Joy was super friendly when I came in to learn about new dishwashers. We were able to get last years model at an incredible price. Thanks for being great and helping me. Certainly plan to return.

Ive always had great experience with Stover, Evey & Jackson. Shop is always calm. On this particular trip I was picking up a replacement drawer for our refrigerator. I had my 2 year old and 1 year old in tow. The staff person helping me immediately engaged her and (after checking with me) offered her some fruit snacks.

I recently bought a used washing machine and dryer from these folks. After using the washing machine for a few months, it began to leak grease into the tub and onto some of my clothes. At first I thought it was just some of the laundry as Ive been doing home renovation and some of the clothes were getting grungy.Turned out, it was grease from the washer transmission leaking into the tub. The seal had failed, which is an indication that the transmission has failed. The machine was sold with a 90-day warranty and Id just passed that by a few weeks.I spoke with the stores staff and explained that I hadnt had the machine long before it failed, and even more frustrating was the fact that it failed just as the warranty ended. The staff understood my frustration and put me in touch with Bob in the repair shop who confirmed that the machines transmission had failed and there was no repairing it.He then went on to say that they would replace the washer with another used machine of equal or greater value which was a huge relief to me. It was a demonstration of the kind of integrity and good faith that, in my opinion, is in short supply these days. I picked out another used unit and within two days, it was delivered.This experience helped me understand why Stover, Evey and Jackson has been in business for as long as it has. They operate with integrity and strive to do the right thing for their customers. I know I will start here when it comes time to purchase new appliances.

I think our kitchen and utility rooms are show rooms for Stover Every&Jackson. We have found them to give us the best price for the product. We do check those places that say they are cheeper to places like online or box stores. Once they deliver your appliance you will not be disappointed.

I am always impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable the Stover Evy and Jackson people are. You may pay a little less at Home Depot, but SE&Js service is far superior to anything you get in a big box store. One of my favorite stores in Corvallis.

My refrigerator was having some serious problems with freezer sporadically thawing. Technician at the store stepped me through the issues, which I then decided would be too much to attempt a fix. I went the the store expecting to pay quite a bit for a new freezer, but the staff was kind enough to point out refrigerators of the same model I had that had very minor scratch and dent for a decently reduced price! All around helpful store and look forward to getting my new refrigerator.

Ive turned to Stover Evey & Jackson a few times over the past several years. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The technicians are very helpful and will help troubleshoot on the phone free of charge. They can order any individual part youd ever need. The best part is they never act like sales guys trying to push a sale. On top of that, theyll let you take parts back if you find out you dont need them. Luckily Ive never had to. Highly recommended.

After working for a week in this store as a contractor, I had the opportunity to see how business was done on a daily bases. All I can say is I was so impressed with their customer service. I can not imagine shopping anywhere else. They were so knowledgeable, helpful and prompt.

I am a Corvallis native and strong supporter of spending money locally. I remember this place from growing up, where my parents bought and had appliances serviced. I was completely ignored my first visit to shop for new kitchen appliances, hoping it was a bad day I returned later to spend around $4000 on a complete GE kitchen set. The fridge didnt work properly when first installed and when I called about warranty service I was treated coldly and rudely. I returned today with the intention of buying a new Maytag washer and dryer set but had a few questions about issues with our current almost brand-new items. Again I was teated in a way that made it clear my business was neither appreciated nor valued. I will not return and would not recommend this place to others.

Felix is an encyclopedia of appliance knowledge ... knowing all the pros and cons of every brand and type of appliance they sell ... and forthcoming for cost savings opportunities as to when to buy, why buy, and how to buy whatever you are looking for and .... why they only carry the brands they do ... I was pleasently impressed with the depth of knowledge and cost savings opportunities we were presented with ... so much so that for our kitchen renovation we will likely by all our appliances from them ... it was a good experience and Felix is a great communicator and has a most engaging personality .... I would recommend them and Felix in a skinny minute ....

I’m gonna give this place one star and I’ll tell you why. I walked in with my girlfriend and three small children and was immediately approached by an older lady (assuming the owner by the way she was talking). She asked what we were looking for and we were in search of a dryer as ours had broken that day. She was rude and told us she had “only one priced under $400 and sometimes have used ones but not right now” and then just stared at us. Assuming that’s all we could afford... she totally profiled us. I just walked out immediately because I wasn’t about to give her my money. Never going back here!!

We started looking at Home Depot, then I decided I would support a local business by going to Stover.Turns out to be a huge mistake. The washing machine we bought my wife absolutely hates, and has complained about it every time she uses it. See, look at thisAt 2 weeks into owning this dog, I went into the store and spoke with them about this, and asked if I could return it, and buy a higher priced model. I was told no. I wasnt asking for my money back (tho I could have so easily gotten a FULL refund from Home Depot had I bought there), just credit on a higher priced model.The answer was no, we dont do any returns. (read as: youre stuck with it)So I dont know how many years I get to hear how much that machine sucks, thanks to their lack of decent service.Huge mistake I made buying there. Better keep this in mind if you decide to buy local.I dont particularly like supporting big box stores, but the above experience shows me why they are killing smaller stores.

I called Stever Evey & Jackson for a part for my dishwasher. I spoke with Jim. I gave him the model number of my dishwasher and the part I needed and he had the part on hand. I picked it up that day and installed it that night and my dishwasher is back on line. I am very happy with my overall experience with SE&J and will be back.

The tech said he would call me with a quote after inspecting my dishwasher. This would determine what I would do next.Two days later and I finally call them, the tech had gone ahead and ordered it! The part and installation was practically the price of a new dishwasher and I had wanted to get a different dishwasher anyway.Now however, I didnt want to get one from them. Why would I want to pay over $300 for a motor when I can put an new machine in for the same price? They sent me a $75 bill for the 20 minutes the faulty tech was there.

The service man was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and resolved our issue . I would request him personally if ever needed.

Awful experience with this company. They took our dryer in for repair on Tuesday last week and said we should have it back by Friday last week, as of tomorrow it will have been a week past due and they keep making excuses as to why its taking so long to fix, each time we call its something new and keeps costing us more money, they even charged us $75.00 just to come to our home and tell us what was wrong, we live in Corvallis! Stay away from this company and find someone else.
