This was my second time leasing a car at Marin Luxury Cars and I cannot say enough kind words about the team there! I worked with Omar for about 2 weeks (trust me, I was not an easy customer sending spreadsheets of what I thought were reasonable prices and digging into every line item) and he was able to get me into a brand new Defender at an amazing deal! He was incredibly helpful and responsive over text - which made communication super easy and quick. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Omar!Dave and Michael are also pretty cool too. Dave drives a hard bargain (pun totally intended), but was super helpful at the end of the day and made me feel like I was truly getting a great deal.

This was the most professional experience Ive ever had while buying.a vehicle. I needed a new car right away but I didnt want to feel pressured into getting something that wouldnt make me completely happy and content. Travis Feasel at Marin Land Rover was nothing but professional, honest, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. I came to him with an idea of what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Not only did he get me a car that exceeded my expectations but he got me the car that I wanted and I couldnt be happier. I got an absolutely incredible rate that I didnt even think was possible. Awful service received by Travis. I just wanted to see and test drive a specific Defender model. it took several text messages and 2 phone calls to schedule the appointment and when I arrived at the shop he wasnt even there and the car not available! Awful service

Land Rover Marin is an excellent place to lease or purchase a car. Vince was attentive and responsive to my initial email inquiry and was able to get me in my new car and out the door the next day. Vince and all the employees at Land Rover Marin provide a seamless 5 star experience. Oscar handled all my previous cars trade-in paperwork and new vehicle registration in advance so when I arrived to pick the new car I was in and out in 25 minutes! The selection of cars available are beautiful and the prices are very fair.

My wife and I had an unbelievable experience at Land Rover Marin. We were in the market for a 2020 Range Rover Sport hybrid and found the exact one we were looking for at their location.Dara Sok met us as we walked in and he immediately made us feel like family. Instead of jumping into the details of the car and financing, Dara wanted to get to know us to make sure he was able to find the right vehicle for our family. This definitely gave us a piece of mind knowing we were doing business with someone we trust.In a short amount of time, we were wrapping up paperwork to trade-in our car towards the purchase of a car perfect for our family. Excellent sales people and excellent service. Kevien is my service rep and was able to service mine and my mothers cars in just 1 day (my car was even ready 3 days earlier than expected!). I purchased my car from Lili and my mother purchased hers from Vince - both are excellent sales professionals and really took the time for us to find the correct vehicles. Both sales professionals are patient and continue to be in touch and informative when we have questions. All staff members are friendly accommodating and efficient with your time. Highly recommend this dealership and Range Rovers!

Bought a Pre-Owned vehicle from Josh Salim and he was very attentive and quick with the process. Facilities were very clean and well taken care of, and I did not feel as though I wasnt buying a Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo either, was treated the same which made a difference. Great overall and love my car!

I recently purchased a Range Rover through Land Rover Marin and the experience was great. Lili was one of the most attentive and helpful sales associates Ive ever worked with. Their entire management staff (including David & Bret) go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied. While signing my purchase documents with their finance guy, he commented on how much he enjoys working for this dealership because the owner makes his top priority to make customers happy and you can see that when you go through the purchase process there. I even discovered a couple broken parts when I got home and they are taking care of fixing them.

We recently changed our Range Rover service from British Motors in San Francisco, which was grossly mismanaged, to Land Rover Marin. What a difference!Our Service Advisor, Lori Grammes, is knowledgeable and professional; she immediately identified a software update that British Motors overlooked, and installed it promptly...on a Saturday no less.We were then introduced to Horacio Socarras in Sales who, despite the fact that he did not sell us our car, patiently and clearly explained several features and has offered to advise us as needed.The Dealership even provides concierge home service to customers in SF whereas British Motors does notWe look forward to working with Lori and Horacio..

Im in absolute disbelief how so many people in one organization can be so unprofessional and worthless. They have provided zero help on an issue that is their fault and are all to lazy to step up and do the right thing, instead they just pass you off and tell you to call someone else or just hang up on you. WORTHLESS!!!

Me and my mother came here a few days ago (Mind you we are African American) looking to buy a Range Rover Sport and possibly a Range Rover Evoque and when we got there not one person bothered to greet us. Even when we came inside no one bothered to see if we needed any help. So we went over to Mercedes we got greeted as soon as we pulled on the lot. We received exceptional service and we came away with a beautiful new GLE Coupe. 100% would not recommend Range Rover of Marin just go to SF.

Terrible experience with service and my 2017 Range Rover Sport SE. Gearbox failure where I called service and I personally had to tear apart the car while service was on the phone. No roadside assistance, just me and some tools on a 2017. Then, when I tried to get into service to have the vehicle looked at, I was told that they would call me. Never called. I called twice trying to set an appointment to have it looked at and they could never get a loaner car for me, and Im 45 minutes from the dealership. They never called back. Ive been trying to get in to service for two months and I still cant get in. Ive been trying to get in for two weeks and no one calls me back. Ive emailed corporate with no response in 7 days. Also, I keep getting random electronic warnings such as ABS and other things. And finally, for a $73,000 vehicle, youd think the cupholders wouldnt stick to every cup or water bottle you put in them and pull out when you try to take a sip.Terrible company, Id never recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service department. Call after call to the service manager Lori went unreturned. She was very pleasant to speak with, but does not do what she says and does not return calls. After attempting to get a service appointment for more than three weeks and over a half dozen calls, I called Nello in Sacramento. It was taken care of within 3 days. What a world of difference between the two dealerships service departments.

I just closed a deal with Lili today!! Hands down this was the best buying experience Ive had so far because Lili answered my questions quick and straight to the point. She is friendly, curious, professional, and patient. I would give her highest recommendation!Today I got my (new) used 6 yr old range rover in excellent condition.. the inside looks brand new and super clean.. and the dealership still gave us a very GOOD DEAL on this car with 55k miles on it. Do. Not. Buy. From. This. Dealership.Bought a 2018 Range Rover. It spent 34 days in the shop in the first 60 days. I would beg them to call me if they would be keeping the car another day so I could make arrangements. No call.After fighting, Headquarters agreed that it was a lemon and approved a “buy-back”. I continued to pay my monthly payment for 4 months without even having the car!!! Every time I would talk to headquarters they would say the dealership needed to do something on their end. I would call, email, and leave voicemails with no response.I finally had to come to the dealership and speak with Tom ( Used car manager) and other sales members would interrupt us to ask about used car inventory.Going into my 6th month, I’m still waiting on my reimbursement check. They have my money and will not call me back or if they do get on the phone, they tell me they will figure it out and call me right back.No response.I’m a mother of two boys under the age of 5. My family was in the middle of the Chico fire and I didn’t even have a car to help... it. Was. In. The. Shop!!!!!

I hate to have to write this review, because I usually have a very positive experience with Land Rover of Marin, but today I was treated very distastefully by one of the service consultants. Not only did I purchase my Range Rover from their location, but I always choose Land Rover of Marin to fulfill all needs related to my car.I brought my car in a few days ago to service a problem she was having. I called this morning to get an estimate as to when she would be finished, and one of the service consultants (whose name I will keep off the internet) was incredibly rude to me on the phone. He was extremely condescending, and raised his voice to a volume that completely drowned mine out. At multiple points in the conversation, I had to wait for him to finish speaking loudly to get a word in, because his voice was much stronger than my soft voice. I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but I cant help but feeling that if I had been a man, I would have been treated with a little more respect over the phone (and for the record, I hate playing the female card, and I hate writing reviews, but my experience was that bad).

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didnt even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Lili Mera took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Landrover Marin, and specially LILIMERA. It was worth the hour drive to get there.
