Manager Scheduled apt 3 weeks ago and then refused to see me over mask but had no issue seeing the next two that walked threw the door without one. Refused to even allow me too speak with the Dr. Absolutely disrespectful. Wouldnt even answer the phone for corporate, this office is recommend to get a new manager.

Dont hold your breath over your appointment. The doctors schedule changes at will and if he decides at any point not to be at this location that day you will get a call telling you that you have to reschedule for another week or more later and hope that your new scheduled appointment isnt canceled too.

My wife and I see Dr. Redder. The examination is very thorough and complete and his professional but friendly demeanor makes it pleasant. We have been going for several years. My husband and I have gone to Dr. Redder for many years. We found him after my husbands vision had been mis-diagnosed at another office in town. He got us both the perfect prescription for our vision. Excellent, friendly doctor and staff. If you havent tried First Eye Care in Corsicana, then you should definitely give him an opportunity to help you see better!! Highly recommend!!

Love this place. Went for years and then my insurance changed and had to go somewhere else. So glad they accept my insurance now. Best service, everyone is wonderful. Always get perfect glasses and a perfect fit. Best of the best!

My first appointment with the doctor was an emergency on a Saturday...I have now been a patient there for eight years, because of their willingness to help! Dr. Redder and staff go above and beyond to make their patients feel welcome and not just a number. Their office is clean and well kept with a great atmosphere!

I was diagnosed with keratoconus by an ophthalmologist. I came here with an acute eye issue and Dr. Redder suggested I had been misdiagnosed. He did a complete eye exam and fine tuned my prescription and contacts. It took a couple of different contact trials but did not hesitate to keep on trying. I do not live in town anymore but drive the 2 hours for my yearly exam.

First Eye Care is one of the best places I have been in lately. Their polite, friendly service is hard to top. Even when you arent in for an appointment or to get glasses, but just need help they are there. They taught me to put contact lens in someone elses eye and the contact did not come from them. They go out of their way to serve all. Their wide selection of frames is outstanding. Dr. Redders exams are hard to beat. Thanks for your service.

The staff is not knowledable or patient with questions. The doctor is great. But the staff is very unfriendly and rude.

Answered the phone without proper greeting and sounded irritated to answer my questions.
