Loved the customer care and the optometrist was a very friendly older gentleman I am. very pleased with service and product! I can see!

Dr. Jody LeMarr-Cabano and the staff were friendly and top notch. I highly recommend them.

Nice people and treated us nice, but they did not tell us the frames we got were not/did not have any warranty because they were Medicaid Medicare so when they broke with in a few months they were not covered under any kind of warranty!!

All the doctors and staff members were awesome. Dr. Worley fitted me for new contact lenses and glasses. I now see better than I think I ever did before. I will definitely return when the time comes.

I called the office, looking for a different doctor. Reba answered the phone and actually looked up the eye doctor I was looking for and gave me the correct number. If that doctor hadnt been referred by my MD, I would definitely go to Envision. Reba was pleasant and helpful. If thats the service from the front office staff, I can bet the doctors are just as nice.

I went to their website to request an appt (Im a night owl and did this after hours). I received a return call about 3 days later. They asked the normal questions and set an appt. Then over the course of the next THREE weeks they called me and rescheduled due to inclement weather. Today I showed up for my appt and was told they dont take my insurance. Now Ive spoken to someone FOUR times and they wait til the day of the appointment to tell me they cant help me and to go to Walmart.

Really liked this office before now every time you called they are rude they pretty much pick glasses for you. Keep in my this was since June 2019. I have never had an issue with transition glasses. I had my lenses in replaced in February and blamed me on the way I cleaned my lens but I have been doing this for 21 years never had an issue.

Honestly, the doctors and nurses are great but the people at the front desk are most definitely disrespectful. I was outside on the phone and my phone call was completely ignored SEVERAL times. These are the first people we come into contact with, how are we supposed to really expect a good experience if the first people that we come into are rude?

If you are serious about mask wearing, choose another eye doctor. Staff and Doctor Worley choose not to wear masks. If you are on the other side of that issue, this is the place for you.

I walked in with a bit of a glasses emergency and while they dont usually accept walk-ins the were so great and figured me in. The doctor was nice and funny and it was a great family atmosphere. I loved my experience there.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new eye doctor. I contacted the office and they were able to make me an appointment the same week. When I got there, everyone was extremely helpful and I would recommend this group to anyone looking for an eye care specialist.

When I moved from Gaithersburg, Maryland to Malakoff, Texas I asked my nationally known optometrist if he knew anyone in the area who could provide the same high level of care I had been receiving. He recommended Dr. Tacker, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She is supported by an outstanding staff in a new, very nice facility. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.
