This place could use better customer service. Half the time the customer has to wait for someone to attend them, even though there are no other customers.

Great always get my packages on time

Rescheduled delivery twice and most of all with the shipping facility being right down the street from me it should be delivered early morning!! Still haven’t gotten my package and it’s almost 4:30 when y’all close at 6:30, “did not attempt” really more like routes aren’t planned accordingly especially when someone has paid for 3-5 business days and it’s more than 5 business days now

Had a package, in my home town, on a truck marked as out for delivery, for 2 days. If you can use ANY other shipper, I would recommend them.

Every time a package is being delivered to me through Fed Ex Express it gets lost/delivered to the wrong address or the status will show no known address for it to get shipped back to the sender. This is very annoying and I lost out on $15 for paid for Express delivery.

I visited after five different packages all either arrived late, didnt arrive, or said delivery refused - the front desk was helpful but I have no idea what the delivery drivers are doing. UPS and other delivery drivers know how to get to our location without difficulty, I have no idea why the majority of our fedex packages cannot get here.

Vanessa is the PROVERBS 31 💒 WO-man @ Fed Ex Padre Island. { I suggest EVERYONE open their Bible }Vanessa took customer service to a CEO level @ 8:27 am Saturday October 2 , 2021.Being RESPECTFUL & COMPASSIONATELY listening.Vanessa apologized to me for : the Route Supervisor Preston crass action of hanging up on me. Prestons inability to listen to the facts is continuously creating & responsible for blocking my landlord/neighbors door with packages.This is creating a fire hazard for a disabled senior citizen, 1 that was in a wheelchair. Nite terrors & flashbacks for me for the past 13 months aka 1 yr 1 month.When I reinterated this to Micah on Friday October 1,2021 @ 4:13 pm Micah said I should Pray for Preston. Ive been PRAYING, in a CONTINUOUS STATE of PRAYER since TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 11,2001. Your endangering someone I Love & Respect. If I want Spiritual counsel I go to Father Luke @ Our Lady of Victory.Towards the end of the conversation, Micah asked for the Fed Ex tracking number again. Micah had me repeat the tracking number four { 04 } times. Micah then stated that it was not a Fed Ex number & the complaint could not be launched.I reinterated to Micah it is from Fed Ex on my text messages, my text messages that I have for EVERY delivery notification this year. I reinterated to Micah the original notification came through my Fed Ex app.My MaMa was gonna name me JAEL .Proverbs 6 is the Biblical definition for Preston & Micah.These { 6 } things the LORD hates ; { 7 } are an abomination... Proverbs 6 is better than any curse word !CHRIST UP !I am AMENDMENTING UP !

Front counter was very professional helpful and fast.Very pleased with my experience.

Needed a 4 page copy but they dont offer this service here. However instead of sending me 2 miles down the road to another office center emploee made copy for me. Ill look for FedEx next time i need shipping. Keep up the great customer service!

Was supposed to receive an item on Monday October 19th, I didnt receive it until Thursday the 22nd because the driver (who they claim was new) couldnt find the address. Thats what gps & navigation is for!!!

If you are in a hurry visit another location. Ive been in this facility several times due to location convenience and theres only one, not overly-friendly woman up front who does not recognize anyones time as valuable.

Takes a little time because they only have one person in the front but she was very kind and professional.

Representative transfered me to try to solve the problem I had with the driver, and I dont not get her name, but Im assuming shes is one of the shift manger for this facility. She was being very unprofessional. I could not even tell a story of what happened. Her customers is not important to her. She seem to rush me, and and I couldnt even put a word out. I do not recommended this facility. But I appreciate the people for the customer service you guys were trying to help me all the way, and very professional. Wish I asked the name of the lady who I spoke with at this facility. Worse customer service Ive ever experienced.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGES HERE IF YOU WANT THEM EARLY NEXT DAY!!! They don’t unload the first truck until 10AM. Every other FedEx ship center has next day packages when they open for business but NOT HERE!!! You are better off sending them to a FedEx office for 10:30AM delivery. Just be warned, every FedEx ship center does not operate the same even though is SUPPOSED to be the same company. I wish there was a zero or negative star rating.

The staff were extremely helpful. We were mailing parcels to Canada and do not have a local address for shipping. They help us picked the most economical packing supplies as well as help us packed our parcels so that the parcels will make it to Canada without any problems.
