U call and call and they aren’t ever available to answer the phone! 2 weeks calling at least 5 times a day and still not available smh

Went online . Super simple. Affordable.. friendly staff . Clean unit . No complaints

We moved 3 trucks full into 3 units today. They where so helpful at check in, made sure we had what we needed, made sure our stuff would fit in the unit we reserved. It was so nice to have access to bathrooms at the storage unit. We spent the whole day and evening unloading and not having to leave to go somewhere with a bathroom was very nice.

Kim listened to my needs and found me the right size and type of unit , would highly recommend!

I rented the storage online in the morning before Metro Storage was open for buisness. When they opened at 10:00 am I got the call to come pick up the lease agreement. Its 24 hour access which I am looking for. Folks in charge are friendly and helpful.Ps. Word to the wise: purchase your own lock before you go and save money.

Jean was extremely helpful when I was checking in. The process was easy and the unit is the perfect size, location and cost. The unit was clean and the vehicle lanes are wide and make everything very accessible. I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Great storage facility on the South Side. Very safe, clean and well maintained. Kim in the office is very friendly and willing to work with you when life gets choppy.

Lets just say , the manager likes to lie about the amounts due for a payment .

The only issue that I’ve had is the system updating when I came to put items in storage which is a nuance. Otherwise, I like the facility.Cheryl P.

Kim with Metro Self Storage is an awesome lady. Any bad review on here should be removed. They have made my life easier, and helped my family find the right storage unit we needed for the best price in Corpus. You are allowed to access your storage unit 24 hours a day. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage units.

Previous to Metro Storage we were at another storage facility and had almost everything stolen out of our unit. The staff there cared nothing about catching the felon. The staff at Metro were excellent help, very friendly and we felt they genuinely cared for their clients security.

My roommate and I rented a locker here. The manager was nice and helpful and we got a great move in price, that was a great suprise for us! The locker was just the size we needed for a short time.

Horrible experience at time of returning unit space ... Scheduled online, a week in advance, followed up with a phone call to Manager to ensure a smooth exit experience. On move out day, at the prearranged time, was locked out of unit although rent was paid for, no one at office 2 hours after opening, no one answering the phone, double charged on last months rent. Made my move out day a total nightmare. Manager did not seem to care in the least...

24 hour storage for a good price the staff is very helpful to answer any questions you have

DO NOT RENT HERE! MY UNIT HAD RAT POOP AND PEE ALL OVER MY BELONGINGS I INFORMED KIM AT THE OFFICE AND SHE PUT BAIT IN THE UNIT AND TOLD ME THEY SHOULD BE GONE!!! HOW DISGUSTING IS THIS. I OBVIOUSLY THREW EVERYTHING AWAY AND ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE SAYS I COULD HAVE JUST WASHED EVERYTHING!! WHO WANTS TO EVEN TOUCH THAT. HORRIBLE!!!!!
