I needed to laminate a few maps for my boat. I went in and was greeted and was taken care of right away. Awesome experience. It’s nice to have a mail center with a lot of additional services.

We spend a small fortune on FedEx for payroll and log books - the girls at Isle Mail make it so easy. There is rarely a wait and having a gaggle of gals to answer my toddlers 120 questions while I fill out paperwork is almost better than a pedicure! Whats your favorite number?!

I have been several times and have had great service until today!!! I went in to mail a package that should have been 50 to 75 max to mail and the RUDE girl said almost 400 dollars to mail it,I passed but the fact that she was Really RUDE about it ticked me off! I buy stamps ,gifts ect everytime I go in I spend and was planning on using the notary there monday but I may rethink that to,really dissapointed!

We went there to ship a document to Ireland via DHL and was quoted $127. I knew it was too high so I called Postal Annex and they quoted it DHL for $65. Needless to say we went to Postal Annex. That is quite an upcharge!

Use them for package drop off and occasional shipping needs. Lines are usually short and the staff is always friendly.

Unfortunately, I will never be going back. Went to them to have a package mailed to my daughter. ISSUE #1: Advised that there was a gift card, household, canvas picture and a few other random items in the box. I advised there was about $300 worth of items inside; however, I only insured for $200. She didnt tape the box in my presence but thought nothing of it. Daughter received the box and only thing missing was the gift card. Weird. ISSUE #2: Upon contacting the owner, Mr. Scott, and explaining the situation, I learned that the Gift Card was the only thing NOT insured. Nothing was EVER mentioned to me about this when mailing the package and paying for shipping. And that was an employee that he claims to have been there for 4 years already. He did offer me to come look at the cameras/video footage, which he stated only covered about 90% of the transaction. Although, I was not interested in watching the same video surveillance that he had already seen, he insisted that I come take a look anyway, that he would be there all day, so to come by whenever to I could. ISSUE #3: I arrived around 2pm that same day to find that he was gone for the day! The employee advised that I could wait around for a half an hour and he would come back if he needed to. ISSUE #4: While looking back at my receipt, I noticed that this box was shipped Fed Ex. Not once did I ever request this box be mailed Fed Ex. I advised the clerk to mail out, regular mail and no rush. Only specification is to insure for $200. I should have questioned why I paid $50, but didnt, so my fault. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved. Never heard back from the owner, so chalking this one up as a loss and just wont ever be back. Upsetting, as the convenience of this location was nice, compared to the FB Post Office.

I sent my computer for repair via UPS at this store providing the box and a shipping label on 9/9/2014 at approximately 3:50 pm. The box and prepaid shipping label were provided to me by Asurion who warranted my computer. The computer was going to Irving, TX. The UPS truck pulled into the parking lot just as my friend, who has a mailbox there, and I pulled in. I rushed in and the sales associate placed the label on box and said it would be a $ 0.25 charge. I thought that was strange but paid her. I told her the box needed taping. She said all was fine. She gave no receipt but I had taken a pic of mailing label (all that info) with my phone for reference at least. I asked for an approximate date of arrival and she could not provide even a hint nor did she bother to try to check that on line, by phone, etc. I had included with computer a questionnaire Asurion sent and which asked for best phone # to reach me. I wrote on paper my cell phone and my friends cell #. Then, today, I missed several calls from India I later figured out. The Indian group also called my friends phone # that was on paper insde box I mailed. They wanted to talk to me about my computer. Concered I called Asurlon to track my computer and UPS showed it was still in transit!! I hope the computer is still in the box in transit!!!! I have a theory that the young female associate opened my box acquired our phone #s and sold them to the company in India. They even tried to get my friend to give them info about her computer. She said it was some kind of phone bank, heard calls in background and Kelly had called her initially, so she called them back for me because I dont have international calling on my phone. It is a scam and this associate must face consequences or lose her job!# That is like theft. And if my computer is missing she has bigger problems to face. I would not recommend this business to anyone!! BE CAREFUL....I usually am but I got in a hurry. I do have witnesses and will file charges and report this to the Texas Attorney General, Greg Abbottif my computer is missing.
