So often there are children in the community that dont have enough school supplies. I always shop at this office depot. They always have very good specials going on. And the staff helps me price match with specials on the Internet. I try and purchase as much as I can for those children even though Im on a fixed income. To think of kids going to elementary school and not having even pencils or paper is so heart breaking. But the staff here is always wonderful. And they do as much as they can to help. I just wanted to say thank you to all the people at office depot. You really help make a difference in our community.

Only took a few min. when they noticed we were looking at the printers.A nice young man came over and answered all my question concerning the printer I was interested in.

I just had the best experience at this location! I hadn’t been to an office depot in what seems like forever and everyone was more than helpful. I didn’t know what I was looking for and within less than five minutes of being in the store I had everything I needed thanks to the wonderful associates. To top it all off when I was getting ready to leave and walk out the door it was pouring rain so the manager of the store got an umbrella and walked me to my car and even closed the door for me when I got in! I felt like a queen!!! AMAZING customer service!

Ive used Office Depot to print tons of things over the years. This was by far the worst experience.First, they are using a system where you send a text and it holds your place in line, which sounds great on paper but is very poorly executed in this store. I waited the 11 minutes the text message said, then I got alerted that it was my turn so I went to the counter and was completely ignored for the next 10 minutes or so while literally every other person in line was helped. Only when there was no one left did I get any kind of help.Instead of listening to what I needed to have done with the documents I emailed, the girl helping me just decided I needed one of everything which I then had to correct. She was impossible to hear which I let her know on multiple occasions and she started arguing with me about it. I was standing 2 feet in front of her and couldnt hear what she was saying.On top of that they were apparently out of cardstock. Which could have been immediately addressed if she had just listened to what I was trying to order from her.In the end I waited almost 30 minutes to get a few black and white copies, have an argument with the staff, and sent to another store across town that maybe had some card stock. I wasnt even offered anything to put my copies in.

The manager of this Office Depot location sold me a used laptop as new. The seal on the box was broken. It has the floor model stickers on it. It has sticker residue where stickers were ripped off. It had no plastic wrapping. The power cord was thrown in the box messy and tangled. The manuals were all smashed and damaged. This was a consumer rights violation and directly violates Texas state law and federal US law. Do not buy anything electronic from this a Office Depot location.

I didnt catch the name of (I think he was a manager) one of the first guys that help by boyfriend and I purchase our desk. However! When I called the store and needed help figuring out if the desk had arrive, Art answered the phone and was so so helpful. Not only did I hit the wrong button and get transferred to tech but he transferred the call to a different mobile device that way he could leave the tech area and go over the furniture area to look for my desk. He then promised that he would call me back when the desk arrived. And you know what? He did! He made sure to take my name and number and keep an eye out for my desk and then called me when he found it. Great customer service! He definitely did more than expected and deserves so high praise! Thank you Art for your help 😁

It started horrible with printing an important source of information. The person who took my situation wasn’t knowledgeable and lied about the steps to get my information. When I continue lo to fiddle with my transition on transferring information to print at the store. I was finally able to retrieve it. However, another agent named Arther was extremely knowledgeable and made up for the other staff. Arther was able to complete my request and give me confidence back on the business part of this store.

I come here for office supplies and it always a speedy check out. Don’t expect good prices.

A woman came in behind me and 3 others. She said where is my name on there. The girl running register and doing copying said 2 more people in front of you. The man was called and then hers. So thanks for skipping me. I wont buy school supplies or anything else the store sales. You lost a customer over a 17 cent copy because you wanted to skip and she had a lot of stuff. So goodbye.

Do not come here for laptops: laptop $500-100 off. Good deal except you “need” a new processor for $50-130. Why, because your brand new system is already outdated. K. Then there is the bundle; windows, warranty, tech support but it’s $250. So a $400 laptop is now $700-780. Well that’s only 1/4 options available so maybe I can do the math in the $800 version. No shame for these types of business practices.

1. overpriced: print one piece of A4 black and white paper, costed $2.5.2. very bad experience of printing business card: I went to store want to print a box of my business card on (Friday)7/23,21, was told only soft type of paper available, I shown them the one I had , and told them I wanted this harder paper to print my business card which was the old one I printed there, she said need to wait until mid of next week, I said I would waitwill you let me know when it is ready to pick up? YES!Mid of next week passed, I didnt get any information, I went to the store again on Friday(7/30,21), they checked, said will be tomorrow, I confirmed with her again:Will you email or text me? YES! she answered, I left with nothing, as I was busy at work on weekend, didnt go to store, until today(8/3, 2021) Tuesday, I still didnt get any notice, I went to store desk again, all right, it was ready, I was happy, but, after opening, the card is used that soft type one which I denied to use on 7/23, 2021, 10days ago! and the printing was blur.It costed me 10days to wait something I refused to use.no customer service at all, if you dont have that type of paper for my business card, let me know, why cant you do that?Wasted my time!I dont think I will go back, there are many choices.

Great experience, they gave my gf and i a huge discount on 2 desks and entertainment center, which anywhere else would cost upwards to $300+ for $100.

Im so grateful that I took my laptop to this Office Depot for a new hard drive instead of buying a new one. As a follow-up up to change some settings Lee and Jeff help me with problems with my laptop, tablet and phone. They are so knowledgeable about everything electronic. The store would be okay if it wasnt for this one male employee in the morning. I dont know his name but I think he is the manager. I shop here because Im starting a business and its closer to my house. I barely walk into the store and he ask me if I need help and then he follows me everywhere in the store. (Im sure you can guess why) I hate shopping when he is there in the morning. He has a horrible attitude. I try to avoid going there when he is there. He makes it so uncomfortable to shop.

Friendly people, reasonable prices on their products. Have always received 5-Star service from the employees in this store. Joe in Tech Support had us laughing the entire time he helped us. It’s rare nowadays to find good customer service. They have a great selection of products to choose from. Can’t find it? Then order it online - very easy.

I wanted to print something out in the print station, I sent the email several times and I even received confirmation email...well according to the girl they never received anything and told me sometimes it just doesnt work instead of helping me resolve the issue, she said I could try the kiosk...I tried it the kiosk and I wanted about 10 minutes but it never downloaded the attachment... Never received help from anyone, even though there was employees just standing around. I figured maybe I could just print it myself at home but of course yall were out of almost everything on the ink isle. I waisted about 45 minutes of my time at this place.

Professional work delivered when promised. I would come here again.

Ordered same day pick up. Talked to 2 different employees who told me my order would be ready. Long story short, they failed to have mg order ready and the manager seemed to not have any issue with it and did not offer any solution or help nor an apology.

Okay so i always have trouble with this store. I hardly come the Moore plaza location cause their employees are lazy and don’t think it’s their job to help find items and have once told me to look and maybe I’d find it and it took everything i had not to lose my cool. Today the employees on the floor were extra attentive and two different employees asked me twice if i needed anything so i thought maybe they stepped up their game. 👎🏼 NOPE! I was in line waiting to check out and the girl is answering all this dudes questions whatever she’s almost done and I’m waiting where I’m supposed to wait. then all of a sudden this other sales associate comes and takes another ladies stuff up to the register and this lady rudely squeezes by me no excuse me no nothing and cuts in line like she has every right too just because the sales associate helped her with her stuff!!! At this point i had been waiting about seven minutes.other sales associates had passed and didn’t come open another register like the sales associate that let that lady cut should have done. So I’m waiting i waited a good 15 minutes i want to say because two customers came in while i was waiting and got the stuff they needed and were in line with me before the lady was done helping the lady who rudely cut in front of me. And then all of sudden once that lady leaves and the girl calls me over finally they open another checkout!? Really!? They only got two stars because the people on the floor were nice. I spent like $200 on stuff there and they should have at least explained to me why that lady got to cut in front of me if they even had a good reason.

They have 50 count masks for sale on the Office Depot/Office Max website for $35. They charged me $55 for the same box of masks in store at the check out counter. You managers should be ashamed of yourselves for pocketing $20 a box from people who only wish to protect themselves and their loved ones during these uncertain times.

I needed programs printed for a memorial service coming up this weekend for my sister, Robin, who passed away unexpectedly. Rhian and Robert were so kind in getting everything taken care of and were very thoughtful and considerate in helping me this morning. Their demeanor was above and beyond what I would have expected. Little acts of kindness like this make our world a better place! Thank you so much!

This store needs help. Ive been there 2 days in a row trying to pick an order from the copy center and the wait is ridiculous. They are ALWAYS seriously understaffed. The GM walks right on by while the line gets bigger. The register employees just stand there and watch. Cross train people to help copy center. They lost all their good people and I see why. Terrible customer service. If you can go somewhere else I would suggest it.....

HORRIBLE service! I just needed to print some flyers and I was ignored for an hour. I stood in plain view and asked two employees for help and not only did employees ignore me, they laughed at me!Last time I came to print flyers it took 20 min and only one girl was working. This time they had 4 employees and none of them helped. I just can’t believe two different employees laughed at me.

I am so amazed with the customer service I received. Roxanne Veronica and Max ( I believe those were the people who helped me) all went above and beyond to assist me. I am grateful that my issue was resolved with the product I bought. What a great team. Thank you office Depot!

An associate was quick to get us the person that could best help us. Max quickly found what we were looking for from the back stock. He clearly communicated when we asked a question . He also took the extra time to look online for other possible options. Max was able to clearly explain the return policy and warranty options.

POOR Service. Asked cashier to get someone to assist me. Waited over 13 minutes & no one ever came to assist. 2 employees to 1 customer. 4 employees in the print area just standing. 2 cashiers with No one in line. Too busy with gadgets in their hands. I left the store.

Office Depot has a good inventory of products and prices are not too expensive however not one associate available for assistance locating merchandise checkout employees were talking amongst themselves or doing something on smartphones. Unfortunately Office Depot is the only conveniently located office supply near me. Probably get better service on line.

The nastiest bathrooms in Corpus Christi Texas! Matter of fact the entire store was dirty.

I enjoy office supply stores especially when theyre well laid out and the staff is readily available to assist you. Most recent experience here was a quick in and out, lots to do, lets move it and the people on the floor and behind the cash registers went the distance in ensuring I had what I needed and that this errand went off without a hitch.

The printing service department is incredible and Natalie is such an outstanding employee and so helpful what an amazing group of people! They have very high demanding jobs and I appreciate their attention to detail and who they are in general its just wonderful

Im trying to see if they have pricing labels available in stock for my particular Office Depot pricing gun. I call my local store, select #4 for supplies. They keep hanging up on me. That really sucks in the customer service department!

The store is very clean and well laid out. Employees were very helpful, approaching me almost as soon as I walked in the door to ask if I needed any help. Prices are in line with other office supply stores and the selection is very good.

Young man working their was very helpful. Would be nice if there was that kind of customer service every where. Tonight was a successful transaction because of him.

Now that this new Qless system is in place I cant stand to come here anymore for print services. You can no longer use the computers to print out what you need, which is a huge thing for my job. I personally cant use my phone to download everything and then email them. I have to make the trip home (which is past the office depot) then set it all up on the website and then make the trip back to tell them that I need those papers asap versus the automatically set pick up time.Which because of the new Qless system I have to then wait in the line for someone to shove the computer in my face to sign in and then leave without saying anything. To which I have to put order was placed just need papers asap. And then wait for them to call me up so I can repeat what I put under the notes of the qless wait system. To then be told to go wait some more. This time at least the girl who I finally got to talk with was nice. The first time I got to use this system to print I got a very rude man. Who seemed appalled that I even asked to use their computer to print something when it was my turn.

WORST experience EVER. We were accused of taking paper from a section that were online orders. They told us that the camera saw us taking it when a young man was the one who had bought it to us from the back. The manager came up to the register to tell me we saw you on camera. My response was go and look the cameras correctly. After a while the lady at the register said oh sorry it was another lady. I made her call back the manager to apologize to us. Next time before accusing some of something make sure you have the right person 😡

Brandon in the copy and print center is very Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They were slammed and Brandon was calm, smiling and impressively efficient for being short staffed.

Car was hit in the parking lot by a careless driver. The staff here stopped to find me in the store (I think it was Dan) to tell me about it. While I was outside taking care of the accident the employees took care of my office needs as well as didn’t charge me. Couldn’t ask for a better experience despite the bad luck I had that day wish more places were like this store. Top notch!

These is only one lady that helps and is nice print and copy side is horrible horrible. I wish y’all could step it up! When there no line by registers they don’t even come help it’s the worst it can be!

I called this store to ask about ink cartridge refills. I was told the location refills cartridges for customers for only $2 and was walked through the process. I was skeptical, so I repeated the information back and was assured the location would refill my cartridges for me for $2 each. When I got to the store, I was informed that they did not do refills, but would recycle my cartridges. I was annoyed, but bought my ink because I needed it. The shelf price for the color ink said $20.99, it rang up at $24.99. I was told by an associate on the floor that my credit for recycling my cartridges would be applied at the register. When I got to the register I was told it actually gets credited to my account on a quarterly basis. I spoke to 4 different representatives of the store and received conflicting information from each one. I am extremely disappointed and do not foresee myself returning to this store in the future. These people need better training so they are all aware of the practices and policies of the company.Today I went back to return the ink, because Walmart has it for $20 less, and was told it would take a week for the money to be returned to my account. I will never come back to this store.

High priced. Bought a projector that was $200 more than it was at best buy..they almost did not price match due to bb being out. Found it on Amazon and they honored the price match. Then got copies. .69 a copy.. the report covers were double what you would find at kinkos. The copy person was friendly and gave me a 25% off coupon on the copies. That was commendable.

Some Items are not priced, and staffing is short handed, or not quick to respond to cash registers, when 12 - 15 customers are in line, ready to pay and leave. Also, there is no sign(s) on different items, to show if, there is a discount or on sale.

I am in a wheelchair and handicap ramp not easily navigated with a manual chair. I needed assistance. Service was fine once inside.

I shop here regularly for work. Their online ordering and delivery is great but their in store service (at the SPID) location is lacking. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and order from Amazon.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen!!!!! Printing out one document was a nightmare!!! I will never go here again!! Was trying to print something for work and the printer wasn’t working I was there for 30 minutes and asked 5 different people for help and they all said they would help or be right back and then just left!!! I frequently use this store to buy all of my business supplies, as well as use their business services for enlargements, prints, lamination, binding, etc. I have used the business services 3 times in the last two months and each time I have been told to come back 30-45 minutes later, and when I return after that time they havent even started my order. Once they even misplaced my items needing laminated. I am highly dissatisfied with their service and will not continue to shop at this store.
