On January 30th I bought my car there. Not even a week went by when I started having trouble and turn it on. I called I took it back for a whole week. It got to the point that I was stressing out too much because I was having so much heart trouble and turning the car on. And to me I think when it comes down to the key I think it is very important. So I went and go ahead and took it into my own hands and took it to the Nissan. So I had to pay out of my pocket to get my car working good. And now Im having trouble with them helping me out with a $450 pay that I paid to fix my car. I think thats very sad. I hate to complain. I love my car so much, it runs really good. But I got to the point that I was just stressing out too much. And really when it comes down to me my health comes first.

I went in looking for a good car and came out with so many problems keep in mind they said they did an inspection before they gave me the car, not even a two month it started to rain and I guess the sun roof seal wasnt good and got water Allin my car, they gave me a key that apparently had restrictions on it called my key which means I cant go over 80 mph which I dint go over that but still the fact that there is a limit and it controls the volume of my music as well but they didnt even tell me that the key was like that at all they said, my tire pressure light is still on even though they said they would fix that since they put new tires and never did and just a few months later I also had to change the breaks and the routers on the car to because they didnt tell me that it had to be changed soon either the keys on the panel that control the radio dont work either just on the steering wheel, I have had so many problems with this car I can honestly say I wish I would have not went here to get my car

I gave a vehicle which was $3000 trade in and 700 cash for a car that didnt even last till I got the plates left me stranded 4 times went in shop 4 times and I out in over 700 in parts and labor in the car first week I had it whatever you do dont get a vehicle here your better buying a car from pull a part itll last longer this places should be shut down and I have receipts I will filing complaint with the BBB and attorney general office

Bought my second vehicle from this place about 5 years ago and had a awesome experience. Decided to go back due to that experience and while shopping around in November 2019 was informed by the salesman that they would be able to work with me once I had the down payment on hand. Went back when I did, and that same guy was not there. The one who did talk to me let me know after I test drove that the owner was not willing to work with me at all, and to not waste his time.

MOST CROOKED CAR DEALERSHIP IN CORPUS! BAIT & SWITCH SALES TACTICS!Mr. Jones is a liar and a con man. We inquired about a truck and Mr. Jones said it had 125,000 miles on it with the price of the truck at $8,995. We ended up taking it for a test-drive and thats when we noticed the odometer read 163,900 miles. That should have been the first warning sign for us, but we still proceeded with the test drive and were interested in the truck. We ended up going home that day but the next business day we went back to the dealership to seal the deal. Thats when Mr. Jones did the BAIT & SWITCH. Upon working out the finances, the numbers werent adding up, for which we then asked Well how much are you selling me this truck for? He replied $10,000. That was not the price that was given just 1 day ago. Mr. Jones then went on to say that a lot work had been done on the truck since we last spoke...1 DAY AGO. Upon questioning how much work could possibly be done in 1 day, Mr. Jones then stated that the work was done 1 week prior to us even inquiring about the truck in the first place. We were fed up with Mr. Joness deceitfulness, constant change of story, authoritative attitude. We would have been an easy, quick sale, had the price of the truck been honored.*** I STRONGLY CAUTION YOU AGAINST DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH BUDGET MOTORS AND SPECIFICALLY MR. JONES ***

Sho9have gotten a car at a junkyard would have lasted lonnger the sales manager Bwrry is as corrupt as they come stay away from this scam of a dealership

So now they have tough guys who repo your cars during a pandemic showing up with arms crossed ready to subdue you if you try to explain the situation. American business at its best.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I would rate it a zero, if I could. They pretty much want $3,000 in hand, before you can even test drive a vehicle. And they cant finance me because I have an existing loan with a credit union. Not helpful at all and didnt answer most of my questions. I guess they just want to screw most people over, those that dont ask very much.

Worse place I even been to I made a payment with my card and was double charged dont ever make a payment with your card. Then they denied payment even with transaction number, rude as hell the lady is ready to take your money though dont trust this place and Im reporting them to the BBB.

Do not buy from them lady with glasses very rude horrible customer service she going to drive all there costumers away first and last vehicle I will ever buy from them all they do is waste your time lack of communication tell me to bring my truck in for a mirror replacement then when I show like the rude lady said oh come back tomorrow it will take an hour to put on 5 min job takes an hour for them I guess by the time they communicate to each other it will end up being three hours ordered a mirror for my truck to put on something they should have done since it was in my singed contract don’t have time to drive with an unsafe mirror with my daughter in the back seat buyers beware lies lies lies

Got a truck here was making a noise and asked before I got it if they could fix it I have take it back 3 times now for the same thing still aint working good. Now I have a fuel leak and bad brakes. This place is a scam and wouldnt recommend getting a car here. Go anywhere else but budget motors.update I have taken my truck in now a total of 6 time in the past 4 weeks for the fuel leaks and 3 times now for my brakes not working they have tryed to fix the problem by replacing the master cylinder, brake boster but brake pedle still gos to the floor. I took it to a machanic and he says it needs a whole new brake system. So now i have to see what there going to say at budget motors now. My machnic dose not recommended I drive it that the brakes are unsafe.

I was looking at a vehicle and salesman told me not to look at that one that he had a better and took me to see a way older model that wouldnt even turn on. Then he said he really didnt know about the cars he had just started, then as I was trying to walk off he kept following me all the way to my car telling me about the cars there and how a couple of them didnt turn on, but if I was interested in purchasing he could tell his boss and get the mechanic over to work on it. RUN!!!!!
