Where do I start... So. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from their affiliate Rapid Finance. Each time the cars have been to fiat, it been a disaster!!! Fiats personnel are atrocious. They are rude when answering the phone. Constantly hang up on people, and dont go the extra mile to make sure the customer have resolved the issues we call about. On to the Service Department... I have had it to my core with companies that provide a service, and dont follow up with the customer. Auto work is the worst! Alfa Romeo Fiat is at the top of that list. Case in point; I currently have a vehicle with them now 10/13/21, the vehicle was towed to them on 09/24/21. Because the car is a hybrid it needed to go to Kia motors. I was told the car had been towed to Kia. After a week and an half I called Kia to check status. And Kia did not have my sons car in the system. Called Fiat and found out the car had still been sitting at Fiat. No one called to let me know what was going on. The customer should not have to speak to 10 different people to get the information requested. Poor service, hands down!

Brought my vehicle in for a repair. I was met by Service Advisor Alvin Street who thoroughly and professionally explained the process and asked if I needed a ride. He called me within 2 hours like he said he would with what they found to be a quick fix. The car was ready in 4 hours and he called me stating it was ready and what they did for the repair. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle Alvin was there to quickly re-explain what was done and then he quickly and efficiently processed my paperwork and payment. I highly recommend asking to speak with Alvin when you call the service department to get honest and professional service.

Less than one star! Nate Arn was a total punk! He promised a call back with status on our car within a few minutes. After waiting over a half hour we called back and was on hold for another half hour. He then became belligerent and told us we could take our car to San Antonio to be serviced!!!! This is not to mention that the car was supposed to be ready over a week ago without even one call on the status! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

The sales representative was excited by the Giulia, and it showed. He let the car sell itself so I didnt feel like I was being sold. Yet, he covered all the needed details and answered every question. The dealership manager came out and also introduced himself, gave use his card, and said to call if we ever needed help...night or day. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

Service department is the worst. Not a call that my car was ready to be picked up. Was left in limbo. When I tried calling no answer and when they would they couldnt give me a status on my car. I usually do not have a problem with my fiat but You are better off taking it to the Dodge Dealership for service.

Before you purchase a car or have repair work done by the new owner, check out the BBB rating for Subaru (F). Read the complaints to get a good idea of how this guy handles customers. While he owned Subaru, the media covered some of his practices as well. He now owns Fiat -- a zebra rarely changes stripes. ... I was one of the customers he left in the dust (and overcharged by almost $1000) on his way out of Subaru. His proclivity for not responding to customers continues. Beware!

I drove in from San Antonio to pick up my car I bought from one of their small dealerships in town up in San. What I was told and what was there were to separate things. Very disappointing.However, they (Alfa Romeo Fiat of Corpus) worked tirelessly to make it right and get me the car I really wanted. They never once tried to make me settle or talk me into what was there in front of me.This is the most honest and hardworking dealership I have ever dealt with. They really cared about me and not the bottom line of pushing out sales.I Certainly would recommend to others and would do business again.

I would never, ever expect to walk in to a car dealership, or any business for that matter, and have the manager look down his freckled nose at me. While discussing options on leasing the new Alfa Romeo Giulia directly with said manager, he proceeds to continuously direct the conversation toward the fact that he is, unbeknownst to me, doing Gods Work selling glorious luxury vehicles.I used to work for Subaru, and you dont see just *anybody* driving a Subaru around here.Alfa Romeos arent just for anyone, we dont just sell these everywhere.I proceed to leave, but gave him my number to reach me at when he came up with more numbers to give me. Never got a call back. Called again about a month later, talked with a salesman briefly, requested some numbers for a lease. No calls back. Wouldnt even give me the time of day.I am absolutely taken aback at the utterly horrific business model that the manager and sales team seem to be so proud of -- holding themselves higher than the customer, and deciding who is worth their time for a mid-level sedan at best.Heres a quick lesson for you and the employees, at least pretend to work for the customer. Maybe it just comes down to simply remembering that youre a car salesman. We all know youre in it for the commission, but put some effort into it. What a pathetic excuse for a dealership and a sales team.I urge the manager to respond if Im worth the finger exercise. Id love to discuss with you how other dealerships were able to earn my business, maybe you can learn a thing or two.

Nice guys finish last at Alfa Romero of Corpus Christi. 3 yrs ago I helped buy my uncle a vehicle so he could get back and forth to his cancer treatment appointments.I learned today this dealership sold me a bent framed vehicle bought at auction (salvaged red titled vehicle), and sold it to me as if it were brand new. This carโ€™s value is less than 5,000. They sold this damaged car, knowingly, for more than 25,000.Now I find myself upside down paying for a vehicle that may not even be street safe. Please donโ€™t buy a vehicle from this business because you may find yourself just as defeated as I am feeling right now.

Kelly Marlow just lost a sale on a Stelvio Quadrifoglio. Hes inexperienced and has no idea what hes doing. Too bad the owners trusted him to run a dealership that is well beyond his knowledge and experience. A word to Mr. Marlow-Dont make promises and then ignore them. It really does cost money to keep vehicles on the lot. Even more when those vehicles are expensive thoroughbreds. I see where you did keep one promise, which was putting the Giulia Quadrifoglio inside the showroom. It pays to listen to your elders.

An experience like none other!We went there on Easter weekend to find my wife a Fiat 500c.The salesperson, Laura, had my wife stop at a bar durring a test drive so she could get a drink. Whats even better, my wife had to pay for it, because Laura had no funds. And yes, my wife still has the receipt from the bar.She went on about a great deal, rebate, dealer discount, a trade-in allowance on my wifes old car, and after four hours spent there had her take the car home over the weekend, ... but never once disclosed any numbers.After two days I received a call from Ashton; A nice young lady whod been working as a new salesperson in training. Apparently shed been elected to be thrown under the bus and give us the fabulous news.Ready? A 2015 demo model with over 4000 miles for just under $20,000, at $475 per month. What?? Wheres the dealer discount, the rebate and the trade-in come into play here?Needless to say, we had them come to collect their car at my wifes convenience. And yet, as they were doind so, one of the managers called my wife to exclaim thats the best they can do, because they pay way over MSRP and, and and.And nothing! I called Principle Alpha / Fiat in San Antonio the following Wednesday, and on the following Saturday my wife drove from San Antonio to Corpus in her brand new 2017 500c, with only $14,000 financed.Ive already written Chrysler Fiat about this. Fiat of CC,... what a snow job.

The general manager nate is very rude. I was calling him for the finance companys number because we bought a used car from them and it had all kinds of issues and were giving it back. he gave me the wrong phone number the first time then refused to give me the other phone number when i called back saying he wasnt going to babysit the issue any longer and it wasnt his problem when he is the general manager and it is his problem. Would not recommend going to this dealership nor dealing with the general manager.

Yes I took my mother there to purchase a vehicle and of course her credit wasnt good enough so was given info for cosigner and yeah that passed alone under that name only ! Mother had given a cash down payment and after said no to this deal cuz it was gonna be under someone else name not even hers so was given a check in return under elses name not hers ! Now she is having a very hard time cashing it to get her money back and called the company on this they answered it was gonna stay like that that they werent going to issue her a check under her name all she wants whats rightfully hers back ?!!
