I am sick and tired of trying to get my textbooks here. Every semester (Fall, Spring, Summer 1, and Summer 2) They are always behind on something or missing my Texas Workforce order. Inevitably this always means I go 2-3 weeks without my books until they get themselves together. I am beyond tired of being treated this way.

I bought the connect access here. Their website made it seem like I would also get a physical textbook. After I bought the connect access, I saw that I could get access and a rental textbook online through the connect website for $50 less than I payed. I did not get a textbook. I got scammed.

Expensive.

I was not shopping for books. Although wanted to see options of the apparel and any other Islanders goodies. Store is very clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and professional.

Took over an hour of waiting in line just to return books. They need a drop-off area or a separate line for returns.

Books are frequently on back order. I pay for expidited shipping and they dont send them expidited and refuse to refund the costs. Dont waste your money.
