It was a mad house when I was there recently, but none the less everything went smooth and organized. Was good to see people doing a little extra to get things taken care of. The online order feature was a great idea as well.

Purchased a new book and the access code does not work. When I called to speak with the manager I was on hold for over an hour. Finally when someone picked up the phone it wasn’t the manager, it was a worker telling me I need to call myself to get the issue resolved. This has been nothing but an inconvenience. I am falling behind in my course, because of this issue.

Horrible bookstore. Rude staff getting frustrated for asking simple questions so customers wont waste money. Two semesters in a row now they dont have a Chemistry textbook. Miss the Ayers location.

This was a good experience.The school is not really open, but the people I saw and had dealings with, it was a good 👌 time.The school could use some updates from the outside, yet the people I met were top tier.

If I can give it 0 stars I would....tell me why is it so hard for them to find the right book when I have the picture of the book the version and # of it and the course and semester for it?????? Tell me and then on top of that I have the receipt of the wrong book I bought and offered to buy it for 2 dlls like wheres the refund I just picked up the book for 18 dlls

Im glad they allowed my husband to pick my book up on my behalf. They are always accommodating and helpful.

Glad that theres not a lot of people here today, but considering that its busy around this time, they still do their best to accommodate each customers needs.

Cheaper to rent textbooks here then off campus even though online definitely cheapest route. But if you dont have time for shipping then definitely the 2nd best option-student and parents.

I was asking questions about an access code what I was purchasing exactly, what was included in the access code, and both of the ladies at the counter couldn’t really tell me and were rude. What kind of employee are you if you can’t even tell me what I’m purchasing exactly? If you don’t know information about the products you are selling? I was trying to explain my confusion and both of them were just being dismissive and unhelpful. I was just trying to make sure I didn’t throw another 170 dollars on something I might not need.

My old alma mater has changed alot since I was a student there. It has grown so much, its a little difficult to navigate. With all the construction its hard to find a place to park. Spent a little bit of time trying to find where I needed to go. Sure once construction is done itll be much easier. Looks like these improvements will make things much better.

Basic school essentials. The staff is friendly and they do their best to help you out. The only downside to this whole campus is how scarce it is to find diet Dr. Pepper and I have yet to find Dove dark chocolate☺

Books for college are expensive. Great use for financial aid purchases. When crowds gather it smells and so do you when you leave. 😟

On the fifth floor they have computers the public can use with no time limit. They allow you to print 5 copies with no charge!

A little pricey, as someone whos been in college part time for four years, you can find cheaper books online. However, the staff is always polite and very knowledgeable, very informative on the books you need for courses. They have snacks for sale as well as tshirts and USB. If you need something last minuet its convienent since its on campus.

Most of the west campus works during the day, the hours are horrible its too difficult to get your books or access to programs. The selection is more limited then any college Ive been at before.

Usually the book are expensive, and if you want to sale your books, they wont give you much. Make sure to compare prices between books stores.
