Great service, great work, and fast work. My vehicle (a brand new F250 which I only made 3 payments on) was hit by another driver and I had to take it in to get repaired. I called AutoNation Collision Center and talked with Jordan Garcia. He was very helpful and professional and helped me set up an appointment to take my vehicle in to get repaired. The other driver hit all the way from my front bumper to the rear wheel well on my passenger side. He even ripped off my side step on the truck. I was worried that the vehicle would not be 100% when I got it back. Jordan assured me that he would be able to make it look brand new. He quoted me 14 working days for the repairs and had called me regularly with updates which I liked. He ended up getting the vehicle repaired in 9 working days and I was very happy with the work. The vehicle was waxed and detailed and looked better than when I drove it off the lot. The total amount for damages was $6,800 which I thought was reasonable because they had to replace the front quarter panel, passenger door, sidestep, tire, locking 4 wheel drive hub, and rim as well as some other stuff. They also needed to paint it and pop out several dents. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle.

Thank you for your professionalism and hard work!! After a teenager side swiped my vehicle, their insurance recommended this place. It took about 5 days for them to work on my car and repaint it. I picked up my car and it has been cleaned and detailed inside and out, no signs of any dings or scratches. It looks brand new! Only thing is the paint they painted on is a slightly different shade of white than the original, but it’s not too noticeable at all. Seriously, the detailing makes me think I’m picking up a brand new car from the dealership. Thank you! I’ve posted before and after pictures as well.

They quoted me 5,125$ to fix my car, all I needed was new fender & light , and 1 hubcap for a cheap mitsubishiMind you, another place quoted me 2 thousand in total including paint in which auto nations paint not included.im appalled at the upcharge. For 1 hub cap was quoted 150$ and for a pack of 4 on Amazon, is 35$?Eye gouging is never okay, especially because Im a young female who was alone, of course they upcharged me and try to take advantage, it was so wrong and I will never ever let them have my business for the pure morality of being an honest company.I just got a quote but buyer beware its good to get quotes and shop around

My wife had her car worked on here! Let me start by saying they took 4 months to fix it! Front end damage on front right side.They called and said it was ready to be picked up! When we got to the shop , we discovered that they had missed a spot under the door. Not only that the windshield was broken.when we spoke to the guy in charge he said that it could have come in that way! Luckily we took pictures before and after the accident. Needless to say they took another week to complete the job! The Toyota dealership is 100% opposite from the collision center. There attitude made us feel like we were lying about the windshield. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which my airbag deployed and all of the sensors in the front end were destroyed. Autonation took care of me and repaired everything. It took a little longer than I had hoped, but Jerry, the manager, gave me $100.00 off my deductible due to the lengthy process. Jordan kept me informed with regular calls updating me on the progress.

She is reliable of promising about when the car is finish from start to finish. They repair my car quick that got into an accident. They also work with your rental car. Pretty sad serviceHad to talk to several people during the ordeal. None of them communicated with each other. Everything i was told that was incorrect was blamed on the other guy. Supposed to be a professional body shop but ordered wrong parts on their own product. Was misled on times to be ready several times. Final job was just okClean up was poor also

That was between GEICO and them but I was disappointed it wasn’t resolved sooner. The end result looked nice. Paint job and repairs were great.

I was told my vehicle was going to be ready on a Monday, but instead it wasnt ready until Tuesday. No big deal there. It happens, but when I called on Monday to find out about it, I was left on hold for over 15 mins before I finally hung up. Once I did receive my vehicle back, the job wasnt even completed! An entire section of underlining that was paid for was not even replaced as agreed on. They replaced a wheel but never returned the wheel I had paid for and a week later Im still waiting to hear back from them for updates. Horrible service and even worse work. The only advantage of this place as far as my insurance went, was that my adjuster, enterprise, and the shop was in one location. But believe me. This one advantage doesnt make up for the headache dealing with this shop.

We got off to a rocky start. I wanted to drop my vehicle off during my lunch. I was able to flex it between 1100 and 100, but was told no time within that time frame would be acceptable. So I had to take a half day off from work just for a 10 min drop off. I can be the first person this happen to!The quality of the work seems ok. I have to ask though did you pull the driver side door panel off and then not put it back together correctly, or did it just happen to break while you were using it. The handle you pull to shut door is loose now. I am going to need to figure out how to pull it apart so I can find out what is going on.

Really enjoyed our experience.We took our van in; they did an appraisal of the damage; they said they would call us when to take it in after parts arrived. When they called us we had to ask for a different day because we were going out of town. They were very kind about it. We took it in at 9:00 in the morning and they called us about 4:30 that it would be ready by 5:30. They again called close to 5:30 that it was ready. We went and picked it up. Great experience.

My truck had to have body repaired, after My mother was crashed into. The other person insurance forced us to go to this Autonation Collison Center to get it fixed. They fixed the body but the electrical was malfunctioning after they claimed to have fixed. It. They claim to have Lifetime Warranty after they did the repair but are only giving me the run around. Also my tire got flatten by them because I have never taken it to get fix and they patched it.

Upon pick up of my vehicle on 12/18/19 I was owed a refund of $ 1218.04. Your facility was unable to source a few parts for my vehicle and were already compensated for them from Geico. As the repair order shows, Auto Nation received $4270.00 from Geico. Auto Nation was only able to perform a total of $3051.96. Leaving a balance owed of $ 1218.04. I have waited since December for a refund check as Jerry informed me it had to “go through the finance department” and once they saw the discrepancy a check would be made out and sent to me. It is now pushing MAY and no correspondence has been made. The employees at time of pick up were Jerry the manager, Heather Cashier and Roland Tapia my adjuster. No one will call me back to discuss this, No one is taking me serious. Until this is remedied I am going to let everyone know how dishonest this company is. Please know this before giving them any of your hard earned money. Ill be waiting on an email response back at (cctihdw @ gmail.com)

I just got my car back this week following an accident.I must admit that I was a bit nervous after reading the reviews to leave my car, butthey did a fantastic job. I had quite a bit of hurricane damage done. They had the car for nearly a month, I got only one update about two weeks in which said it would be a few days, and two weeks later I go to pick up the car. They completely missed one of the dings in the estimate. He will call you. Never did. I went back, opened the rear door, and the liner fell out. They never pulled the painters tape from inside the door, nor fully attached the liner. They fixed that fairly quickly on the spot, but with pieces left over. As for the missed dent, again, He will call you. Never did. It is over 100 miles round trip for me, and not worth wasting any more time. I dont advise using these people.

The staff said we will fix your car like new - after several delayed date and promise I got mine with the same scratch on passenger door and they forgot to put some screws on the bumper correctly.I just wonder where is the guy who is responsible to double check before handle back to customer, or they just dont care because I am a foreigner. BE CAREFUL - THEY ARE GOOD TALKER THAN WORKING. The owner could be angry but I just tell the truth and I hope that will improve your business better in the future.

I am a State Farm customer and this was the center that recommended for collision repairs. This is the 2nd time weve been serviced by AutoNation and I can truly say that I a very please with the overall handling of both my insurance claims. I get real time updates about the status of my vehicle by both text message and email. Tim Flores is awesome and keeps an open line of communication with me and family. Ive read and heard a lot of negative comments about the service from AutoNation Collision and my experience was nothing of the sort. Staff was nice but I had a lot difficulty getting a hold of my representative and didnt receive any updates unless I called multiple times a day to talk to the rep once. The timeline slid for defective parts, not at the fault of the shop. The representative luckily payed for the rental car for the extended timeline Will have to back in for some issues that were not addressed properly. Overall not a bad experience.

Everyone has been really nice. That being said, my car has to go back due to one piece of molding they repaired not being attached properly to the vehicle. And all of the molding they repaired has to be repainted, it doesnt match the rest of the vehicle at all. Im trusting that they will make this right.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with, and given how much money they were being paid to repair my vehicle, youd think they would try harder. From the estimator, Roland, to the manager, Jerry, dont expect a phone call back at any time during your repairs. If you dont mind parts missing from your vehicle, junk workmanship, or taking your car back multiple times, then this is the place for you. If you want your car done RIGHT, take it elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this joke of a body shop to anyone!

This place only cares about the money! They care only about quantity of cars they have over quality of work done! I got my camaro fixed here and it looks like a real CRAPPY job! I took it back again and they wanted to charge my insurance AGAIN for the mistakes they made! They broke some parts on my front bumper and thought TAPE would make it not come off! Well I didn’t know until I seen the part missing and looked at the other one and they put tape to fix it as well! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A BETTER QUALITY JOB

This place was awful! I chose them because they were on the State Farm approved list but even our claims agent is trying to get them removed. The repair took 3 times as long as they quoted and was done poorly. Noticed some problems and had them fixed before we left, but discovered others since.The few communications we had were complete lies. They never once returned a phone call to us or our State Farm Claims agent. When my car was finally ready for pick-up, their credit card machine wasnt working right, and they said if I didnt have another form of payment for the deductible I would have to leave my car there and come back the next day. Finally, they sent me over to the Autonation Chevy Service center to run my card there. The people there were very nice and told me that happens a lot and I wasn’t alone in my horrendous experience with the collision center. A week later I found that my credit card had been charged the $500 deductible multiple times. I am still trying to get the extra charges reversed.

Dropped my car off in November and just picked it up the other day, terrible work, poor craftsmanship I would NOT recommend to anyone. Paint overspray all over the side of my car, parts not installed properly, the inside was infested with ants, there is a rip on the inside of my door and scratches around the area that was being worked on, the rear windshield wiper was installed upside down. Missing several clips for the new parts installed. I can hear loose items when I open up my back door that got replaced. Was also missing personal items from my vehicle.

Recently my car was hit at the university and unfortunately the person who hit my car while I was working did not leave a note. No name no insurance info. I have GEICO so called as soon as I saw that my car was damaged. They scheduled me a quick appointment with Autonatuon Collision. GEICO took care of my rental and Autonation Collision took care of the repairs. Repairs were done ahead of schedule and very happy with the results. Wish the person who hit me took ownership of what they did but a big thank you to Autonation Collision for getting my car to the way it used to look.

I am surprised to see that others have given this facility more than a 1 star review. I am disappointed that I cannot give them a negative 10 star!We were involved in an accident in October, and it is now January. Autonation returned our vehicle twice now, saying it was fixed, which was far from true. They wanted me to Drive it a few days and make a list of complaints the 2nd time, but when I called 20 minutes after getting the vehicle back wanting to return it, they refused to take it back. I brought it back in, but they said I had to go back through my insurance, because everything they had done was Fixed.I was hit in the passengers side rear quarter panel, wheel well and door. The door is not on straight, the shock is visibly leaking, and the rotor is warped on that side. Also, the alignment is way off! This was all verified by Brake Check. Since they made me keep the vehicle, this damage has ensured uneven wear on my other rotor and my brake pads in the rear...but of course, they will not do anything to fix that!I am now having to take the car to Brake Check tomorrow to fix the damage I just mentioned, if the insurance company approves of it all...but they will not pay for the damage to the other side caused by Autonations Negligence!I should mention, this is January 7th, so, this has been going on for well over 60 days and is still not finished. They only gave me the car back two weeks ago.Please, even when your insurance tells you they are a preferred Shop, dont put yourself in this position, that is how they got me. Preferred shop obviously means nothing! Save yourself some trouble and headaches, go somewhere recommended by a friend or family member!
