I drove my parents to Corpus from Houston in their 2012 Impala to visit family there, well when we were leaving back to Houston the battery light went on. I immediately knew there was a problem with the charging system so I knew we couldnt make it to Houston on a battery that is not charging. I suspected the alternator, took it to theses guys and sure enough thats what it was. Normally I would tackle this job myself but all my tools are in Houston so I was at the mercy of having someone else change it. Well theses guys did, they had to order it so we ended up having to stay an extra day but all in all I like the service. This happened around Oct. 15 and the car is running well to this day
