From initial online request to test drive a vehicle, the sales person was very attentive even when the vehicle I was interested in was not of high value. Oscar called me right away and had an appointment ready for me. I showed up an hour and a half early and Oscar already had the car pulled up to the front ready to go on the test drive! I ended up not wanting that car, however, Oscar was very enthusiastic and ready to take me though the car lot to find the other cars on my list. the car i ended up purchasing has a cracked windshield which obviously was to be replaced but it too late in the day to get this done. AutoNation gave me a promissory we owe you note to get the windshield replaced at my next convenient date and time. we live 98 miles away from the dealership so we would have to come back another day. I set up my appointment to return the following Friday at 9am. We arrived at the appointment about an hour late, however, Oscar got on it and he got the windshield replaced way faster than anticipated! I was happy and impressed to say the least. This will be my go to dealership from now on! thank you all!

I purchased a used CR-V last week and had a great experience. Chris is a very professional and kind car salesman, he truly listens to what the buyer is looking for in a car. He went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and was patient the entire process. (Im pretty sure I was there for almost 5 hours.) Leo, the finance manager, showed compassion and understanding.Now their service center.... stay away. It takes 2+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation WITH a scheduled appointment. I previously reported a rude service worker, so maybe this is revenge for that. Not sure, but wouldnt recommend the service department.

From my initial panicked call and visit with Bob, to my actual appointment with Jill, I was so pleasantly surprised with the outstanding customer service and handling. I was extremely worried and nervous when I called and Bob went above and beyond to calm and comfort me. What a relief and delight to encounter such a kind and competent gentleman during my very first encounter with this dealership. Theres no second chance at a first impression and I knew very quickly Id called the right folks after visiting with Bob only a few minutes. I went to AutoNation Honda because I have an Acura, which is a Honda product, but theres no Acura dealer here. What I feared may be an electrical or computer problem turned out to be the battery, which is exactly what Bob suspected when we spoke on the phone. It did turn out to be the battery, which I had to replace, but Jill had a $20 coupon for me, which helped! The level of professionalism and courtesy from Bob, Jill, and even the friendly clerk made this experience a very positive one and will definitely cause me to return. Im about to schedule some routine maintenance with them shortly. Im so glad I found them!

I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand the service department is excellent. I took my Pilot here and never had any issues. On the other, sales leaves a lot to be desired. I was looking to get into a new car, I knew exactly the car, trim level and color i wanted and the website said they had it. Went in, again specified the exact car, said I didn’t want a hard pull on my credit until I okayed it. Got told the car was in transit and not on site. Ok, as long as I can get that car I will do the financing paperwork and wait a few days or week for it to come in. They did a hard pull on my credit, THEN told me it WASN’T AVAILABLE and pulled the sheet on a car with a higher trim level and higher cost. Not cool Honda. I’m still upset. Now I have to look elsewhere and my credit score has dropped 8 points. My advice; don’t get financing through them, get it through your bank before you go so this doesn’t happen to you.

Jonah French is a great salesman. He was kind and courteous and most importantly has integrity when doing a deal. He doesn’t play games with pricing or hidden extras. I came all the way from Dallas to buy a car from him. I will buy all my Honda’s moving forward from Jonah and will give him several referrals. Was sold a car at the beginning of January 2021, have driven it a total of 1,378 miles and at the first oil change this morning (September 21, 2021) at their own service depart, I am told 2 tires have low tread to the point of needing to be replaced in addition to brake work and various other items totaling in excess of $1500. So I guess their multipoint inspection to sell a car, something can be just good enough to pass yet in reality, based on their own service department, not really be in driving condition.

I had a tire that was in terrible shape and the dealership that I typically go to was booked for at least 2 weeks out. I scheduled an appointment at the Honda location and as soon as I arrived I was greeted by JESSE VASQUEZ. He informed me that there was a bit of a wait and that I could leave my vehicle or wait if I liked. I told him I would leave the vehicle. He called later to let me know what other issues I had with my vehicle. He was very informative on my options and I didnt feel pressured in purchasing items right away.I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Worst service ever! Bought a brand new Honda Passport and had to bring it for service right away because the driver’s side mirror shook dramatically when driving down the road. It took two hours in the service department just for them to tell me, “oops sorry now we cracked the mirror while trying to fix it. You’ll have to come back after we order another one”.I’m back for the scheduled service appointment. We’re two hours in and they told me they’re working on it. It was supposed to be a hour. I’m angry at having to spend my day off with this terrible situation.

We recently purchased a vehicle at Honda Autonation. This is my second purchase. Last one was a 2013 Honda Civic and still going strong. In the past couple of years I had issue with the service department. I thought with all the issues I had with the service department, I had written them off. This time I wanted to give a second chance. Really glad I did. Sales representative Jonah help us with a vehicle. I really appreciate his honest and professionalism. When we came to the purchasing of the vehicle, Jonah tried everything to get us a price that would fit in our family budget. Jonah made us feel like our opinion was valued and respected. Versus just trying to sell a vehicle for more commission. Eventually had to get a manager due to limitation out of his control. Manager Cosmo helped both of us to work to get the vehicle. We were taken back with dedication to assisting us in getting a deal and how helpful they were with making it work. Cosmo and Jonah continue to advise us on how to get a price that was great for us. Upon agreeing on price went to the service department. Additionally, Ray advise us giving past experience telling us, he would ensure if any problems would arise with service or the work perform to bring to his attention for immediate resolution. Which was great to know giving some changes made in the past couple of years to the service department. Afterward was going to financing department, Leo helped with different options and add-ons that would still work with the budget. My overall experience was very pleasant and friendly. Differently would return for our next purchase. We am glad to be treated as a human and not a dollar sign walking through the door. Everyone we met was friendly and courteous. Service department doesn’t even check online request. Not sure if it even reserve you a time. When you come in they still just hand write everything and have no clue why you are there. If I take the time to request appointment online you should have some record of it. Waste of time to try and make things easier. Had a recall on my car which I request appointment online 5 days before my appointment only to get told that they don’t have the part in and have to order it. If anyone looked at my request they could have order it when I booked. Big hassle.Spoke with the service manager and he explained that they are short handed and usually make calls before hand with service appointments to make sure things are in order. With Covid that have had people out and could not make calls. Appreciate him reaching out and clarifying the situation. Thanks Bob.

I was so astounded by their professionalism and their ability to respond to my needs immediately. It was an honor to do business with them. When purchasing the car, both the financial officer and my sales representative went above and beyond to work within my busy schedule and theirs. For example, my sales rep drove back to the dealership to get a new battery for the car because she heard issues with the battery before dropping the car off for me. Id recommend doing business with them!

Needed a recall service performed. I brought the car in for the service. They kept it all day and at the end of the day told me that the part was not in stock and I would need to return. I came back when the part was available, and the repair was completed. All personnel were courteous and the shuttle van was excellent; however, not having the part in stock even when I had an appointment for that purpose was a disappointment.

Spoke with my sales person yesterday and he said he would call back which still hasn’t occurred. They were rude and acted like my issue with an oil leak in brand new car was a problem. While I normally have a very positive experience, this was very atypical. To their defense they did give a 10% discount and the dealership was broken into the previous night which had the service department on edge. It took a complete day to get an oil change, brake inspection, four new tires and wheel alignment. It took until after 3:00 P.M. get my recommend maintenance. I also learned the dealership does not offer lifetime free rotation on the tires purchased there. Shame of me for assuming they would. I really regret not going to Discount Tire for tires.

I know when I take my pilot in, it will be serviced correctly. The staff lets me know what needs to be done to keep the vehicle running properly and I have the option to choose without being pressured. AND... they always wash your car before you pick it up!

Automation Honda offers a good variety of Honda SUVs. The salespeople were attentive and made themselves available, but weren’t pushy. When I was ready with questions, Adrian was there to answer them all. He was the ideal salesman: he didn’t try to push me in any direction, but gave me the information I needed to select the perfect vehicle! Once I made a decision, all of the staff was professional and we were able to complete the process without any undue delays.

Customer service everywhere is going downhill and this place is no exception. Bought a set of new tires and an alignment. Told them I needed a shuttle ride, took over an hour before they got the shuttle driver to take me home. 7 hours to do the work. Then no driver to come pick me up. And something wasn’t done properly because the van shakes now and my gas mileage is going down. I called to check in shuttle hours before scheduling to take it back in and they tell me shuttles run until 4:30. Even on the weekend. Although my van was done at 4 and there was no shuttle available. I said this to the person on the phone and I said it sounds like you don’t really care though and she said yes and hung up. Just lovely. This is what I get for buying 2 vehicles from them and servicing them from them also.

The worst service ever! I made an appointment for 8:30 AM and said that I would be waiting for my vehicle, they opened the waiting area for me and told me it would be about 2 hours. After 3 hours I went and spoke to the man at the service desk and he informed me that they had not looked at my vehicle yet. After speaking to a manager it turn out they didn’t even need to work on my vehicle. 4 hours later I left the store no service completed on my car. I will not be returning.

Honesty, courtesy, and empathy are just a few qualities this establishment sorely lacks. As one who takes customer service rather seriously, I find the company has little to no integrity and will do the bear minimum (If one would even consider it that) to assist their customers with any issues regarding the product they attempt to lease or sell. My “leased” vehicle has had six separate A/C issues within the span of two - three years and is going out yet again. I found it unacceptable after the third breakdown and now see this as simply ridiculous. The company has made no attempt to apologize for the many inconvenient trips to the service department and occasions in which we had to find other modes of transportation. The service manager also stated that due to the fact the vehicle was functioning properly when it left, they are not responsible for the replacement part going out after a month or two (even though it had been replaced multiple times).

I visited a lot of car lots, but AutonNation was very helpful and friendly from the get go. I went online searching before I went in person. Mario Alaniz called me about a vehicle I was interested in. He just told me to come over and ask for him and hell do the rest. So we gave it a chance. Yep he was right. He had a couple of vehicles in our price range to look at, but the one I had my eye on was some what available. It needed keys to open the door. Well Mario knew I had found the one for me. He talked to the other salesmen and made sure there was a key made so I can test drive it. We did the paperwork, got the key and everything else was in the wind. I dropped off my vehicle with Jimmy Piehl, he had amazing customer service. Jimmy was very helpful in explaining in detail what had been done to my vehicle and also what may be needed in the moment or by my next service appointment. I love the fact Jimmy did not pressure me like most agents. I walked in looking for a new truck as my Honda Ridgeline was passed on to my son. Finding no inventory at Honda, I went over to Toyota and although inventory was limited, I found an awesome sales lady named Ciara. WOW! Excellent service. We were looking for a unicorn in our local Austin area, and when the perfect used car popped up at AutoNation Honda South Corpus Christi, we crossed our fingers and hoped that we could make it work. Luckily, we were in the excellent hands of Cosme and Jordan. They went out of their way to make this out-of-town purchase experience seamless, including facetiming us the exterior and interior of the vehicle, driving it over to a local mechanic for diagnostics, and finally, delivering the vehicle to our area. Just wow. Highly recommend for great communication and service from the sales team! Were SO happy with the purchase of our Unicorn. :)

In 25 years of car buying, both new and used, weve never had such wonderful experience! Everything was quick and easy. I mean, super easy. They had the paperwork already ready for us once we decided on the vehicle we wanted. They went out of their way to locate the exact model and trim level we wanted. We got a great deal on the price of the car. The dealership itself was super clean and comfortable. Our sales person knew all about the car we were test driving (a new Honda CR-V), and showed us how to use all of its features. He is so kind, caring and always remembers details of my life when I come in. He followed up with me to see how an exam that I was studying for went a year ago.
