The unit & premises are clean & well-maintained; the prices are pretty competitive with other area rental units. If I wind up needing another unit, Ill come back here again.

You can tell by reading some of these reviews that they aren’t real. Probably because it’s mainly their own staff. Horrible experience with being charged a fee two months in a row!! When we left the storage 3 months ago! They clearly have terrible documentation/computer skills to make sure that the account has been CLOSED when the customer comes to the office to make sure it’s done. Senseless. I would give a zero star rating if I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR STORAGE NEEDS!!

Employees are professional, courteous, respond to call backs quickly, and notices to pay or charged late fee are sent out well in advance. Lock out on 3rd of each month then 20 days after lien fee charge. Mike site manager is very nice and considerate and good about helping people wave fee at least one-time. 24 hour access clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

Mike and Matt were very helpful when we rented and moved to a larger 10 x 10 unit from a 5 x 10 unit - they reserved a unit that was close to the existing unit. We’re still very happy with the unit we’ve rented, the convenient coded access to it, and the helpful and professional staff.

I can not believe the horriable experience that I had with this storage unit. The personal service was horriable and degrading. The lack of finess and willingness to help when problems arise were dismissed like yesterday’s trash. Do not give them your credit card or debit card because even after you are no longer a tenant they will continue to charge your account. I can not believe that people like this are still in business with how they handle themselves. It is places like this that have no ethics and do not care about anything except taking advantage of people.

He showed us around the facility, walked us thorough all the details and was friendly and accommodating. The units were very clean, kept up to date and easy to access. Easy set-up and great pricing compared to others in the area. Our unit was clean when we moved in and everything was working properly. The only con I would say is that the road isnt wide enough for 2 cars to pass each other so if you parked your trailer in front of your unit and someone needs to get by you might have to move out of the way or they have to wait. It depends on where your unit is located - its just something to think about when picking one.
