I understand the COVID dilemma and shortage of workers, however, I had made an appointment to get the booster on Oct 6, rushed back from Ft. Mill to make the 10:00 appt and made it. When I went to sign in, the clerk had my paperwork and then tells me my Medicare card on file needed to be updated, so I thanked her. I have the card on file at the Pharmacy and have never been told I need to do that.Today I dropped off my script ( paper) today at 413, she asked if I wanted it filled today, yes please, got my phone number, she was to check if they had enough. Well I went back by at 5:45 to pick it up, I was told they didn’t have enough to fill, so I asked for the script to have it filled elsewhere. The Pharmacist told me, I couldn’t have it and I would have to call Dr. and get a new one, what… I believe I have gotten the paper script back when not filled. Then he said it would be Monday or Tuesday, really,,, Needless to say I am not happy. A quick text or phone call would be in order, but no one I will be switching to a other,

Terrible pharmacy with no regard for the customer. They schedule vaccinations during lunch hours and make people wait around for an hour while they are out to lunch. When you question what is the delay, you are greeted with an extremely rude person saying they are doing the best they can. Store manager is also useless and tells you they are doing the best they can. Definitely would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Always able to get in and out quickly. The ability to find what I need is always easy, aisles were clean, staff was amazing and just a great place to get what you need.

The lady on the phone in the pharmacy was very nice and did everything she could to help me. It was a breath of fresh air. Seems it’s not common place nowadays. Considering my health I really needed that today.I didn’t even end up going to this pharmacy because I needed my medicine so urgently I went to the pharmacy on Hyas road that had it in stock. I had to go home and get my wife’s phone to get there because I don’t have a gps.I was really frustrated because my eye had gotten so bad I can’t barely see out of. But the woman’s compassion and kind heartedness on the phone made the best of a bad situation.

Good toy deal this week, buy 2 get 2 free. Also the gift sets were buy one get one half. Made some easy Christmas gifts.

I visited this store today to purchase a pack of cigarettes. I visit this store often, probably once a week, to purchase other things and cigarettes. Have purchased cigarettes multiple times in this Walgreens. It just so happened I left my ID lying on my desk where I work right down the street. They would not sell them to me. I understand rules or rules but come on now... I am 54 years old... I believe I have only showed my ID one time at this location and have brought cigarettes there since 2006. I will not be back!!! Totally ridiculous. Went right down the street and purchased a pick without ID....

The pharmacy staff is awesome. I was just in picking up a script that my insurance does not cover. The pharmacy assistants took the time to look up any coupons available . They saved me over $130. That was a huge savings thanks to the professional and caring service. Thank you , thank you!
