I was in yesterday after receiving my brand new iPhone 13Pro. I had an issue in which the phone would not actually connect to wifi - which was a HUGE problem. While this issue was not necessarily an AT&T problem, the team of 3 working yesterday took on my issue without hesitation! They were helpful, worked together and solved my phone issue without any major disruptions! They were amazing in working to solve the mystery and get me on my way! What a great team, amazing customer service and frankly a fun group of young professionals! KUDOS and sincere THANKS!

This our favorite location, mainly because of Bupe. He is knowledgeable, helpful and provides great customer service.

Honestly, had a refreshing and exceptional customer service experience at this store over a 2 day period. Worked with Bupe and Aries for 4 total hours porting over my moms consumer cellular line onto my plan, and numerous calls to higher level tech support to make it happen. These guys put in a ton of time for me, were knowledgeable, polite, and very patient. They had great recommendations, made sure I had all of the info before making changes, they did NOT try to just sell me a new phone and get rid of me. These guys both did a terrific job.

Ive been to quite a few different AT&T stores in the last couple days trying to resolve an issue with my phone. Hands down had the best experience at this location than any other AT&T store that Ive been too. I was helped by Javlin I think that was his name. He was helping a few people all at once busting his butt to help all of us regardless of it being busy. This guy totally deserves a raise!

Just walked out this store and when I tell you Jaylin handled the dang gone thang. He did just that. The only employee in the store. Kept it professional. Prioritized what wouldn’t take as long to get done and made sure he greeted everyone with perfect tone. I would definitely come back to this store for future needs. He need a raise!

My husband and I visited this store on 2 occasions and would recommend it highly.We were waited on by a young man named Bupe and even though the store was busy he took the time to greet everyone and ask what they would be needing help with. Terrible business. They sold us a DOA (dead on arrival) phone. They wouldn’t consider doing the right thing to exchange the phone. Save yourself a headache a purchase from Apple directly.

I came in today to exchange my old phone. Bupe was my customer service representative. He was working all by himself. But he was very courteous . He was multitasking with 2 to 3 people at the sametime. This youngman was amazing very helpful and explained every question I asked of him. YOU NEED A RAISE!! Incredibly impressed by the customer service I received from Justin! Upon entering the store after a warm welcome I explain to him I was very illiterate with phones and computers his response was absolutely no worries take your time ask all the questions I will do my best to answer them all. When I left the store I walked out with a brand new phone the ability to use a hotspot for Wi-Fi which I knew nothing about Prior to meeting Justin,some really great promotional discounts in the phone bill $20 less than I was paying! Once again incredibly impressed!! Thank you Justin!!

Roy said our iPhone 8 was going to be free if we added a line to our account. A year later and hours on the phone with customer service we are so frustrated we are paying off the “free” iPhone 8 and going to prepay $35 a month unlimited plan with another company. They made mistakes, admitted it, but did not own up to it. My wife had been with them for over 20 years and rather than own their mistakes they disrespected a long time customer, who has spent thousands of dollars with their company. Disgusting and shameful.

I wouldn’t waste my time at this store. There is one in Denton that is like a 10 min drive away from this location and it is an actual corporate store. They won’t waste your time in Denton. This location in Corinth/hickory creek is not a corporate store and they act like it... I came in to turn in my phone for the iPhone deal going on at all of the AT&T stores were you turn in your old iPhone for a $700 credit towards your new one and the men at this location looked at me like, that was the craziest thing they’d ever heard. The one “helping” me stretched and yawned telling me they don’t do that while showing me his boxers in the process.-disgusting. Complete waste of time, they don’t know their stuff.

Customer service was sub par. The employee showed little to no knowledge of how to switch over data from phone to phone. Everything was done differently than other at&t stores and that caused me to lose 100s of dollars of stuff on my phone. The at&t in Denton handles everything better and in my opinion this shop in Corinth should not be open until proper employees are in place.

Spent $1,400.00 on a new phone and $55 on a screen protector a month ago. The store rep did not inform me that my old phone could be turned in for a discount which would have saved me a few hundred. The screen protector started coming off within a day. When I went back in for assistance I was told I could buy another for $55 or advised that maybe I could use a blow dryer to try to heat up and get it to stick. Yes, a blow dryer on a $1,400 phone was the advice I got.

This place is a joke! It’s an Authorized Retailer not a Corporate owned store so their customer service is how they feel like acting that day. I spent $1000 on a new iPhone and bought a $40 case that they put on it. I didn’t like the case and tried to return it. The “manager” who acted like a child said he wouldn’t take it back because I damaged it. It was on the phone a day and the “damage” was done when the employee installed it. The $40 isn’t that big of a deal, it’s how the “manager” acted that has me upset. The person who sold me the phone and case was great. I wish his boss knew what customer service is and this wouldn’t be a 1 star review.

Absolutely awful customer service. My sister and I got new iPhones yesterday and now they do not work and we’ve been on the phone with customer service for hours on end and they ended up having to cancel our account. Every employee with AT&T has something different to say as to why this is happening. They even lied about “fraudulent” activity when setting up our account.. said I didn’t let them swipe my ID when they never even asked for it. How insulting. Avoid this store at all cost they have zero clue what they are doing.

Walked into an empty store, clerk was sitting on his phone. I told him I was sorry, but he would have to go to work. He replied What can I do for you? I told him I was a ATT customer off the plan and wanted to know if ATT had any plans for existing customers. Was told No. I cant help you. Call ATT. Completely dismissed me. I explained that my bill was to high. He said sorry, nothing he could do about any of it. While running my plan in his computer he answered the store phone and was the rudest I have ever heard on the phone. He at one point stopped listening and held the phone at his waist while she was talking. After walking out of Sprint (which was packed) and into this empty space of retail I know why now. I will be cancelling my ATT plan immediately and returning to Verizon. Absolutely a waste of time to deal with that store.

Took 45 minute wait for a sales rep to roll her eyes after breaking the glass and telling us its not their fault because her hands were wet.Terrible service, we now go to Flower Mound.

Very helpful staff, made my phone purchase very enjoyable and even helped me save $57 a month by switching to DirecTV! Will certainly be back for any other phone needs.

It took them 3 tries to finally get a SIM card programmed correctly. Thats 3 wasted trips to this place and over 2 hours wasted. Stick with corporate stores and not these authorized resellers.

Bought my wife new I-phone within a week earbuds not working sent to Apple in Frisco replaced earbuds cool.Now 2 months later ringer does not work no sound paid 1000 dollars for the runaround from ATT SAVE YOUR MONEY GET STRAIGHT TALK AT WALMART less hassle or return phone in 13 days. Nothing but a scam repairing phones and selling as new. Could not give negative rating if I could it would be -10.
