Doesn’t even deserve one star! My sister and I walked in looking for a certain brand. My sister, by the way, is 24 and had brain cancer surgery 2 weeks ago. She is wanting to dye the hair that she has purple, so we went looking for dye. From the minute the associate walked up she was beyond rude. Then, took it to another level forcing us to leave because we were not “licensed” professionals. Clearly, we weren’t trying to be! Neither of us had ever been in a Cosmoprof before, and wish we wouldn’t have. But, saying we shouldn’t even have our hands on the hair product as we were walking out was the cherry on top. There was absolutely no reason for her to be that rude! If the woman associate with green/blue hair is there when you walk in, RUN!!!!!!!!!

Great place to buy professional only beauty supplies

Taylor Miller hit the nail on the head. I went in not knowing it is a licensed store (as its in the middle of a strip mall full of stores -- including salons! -- open the the public). I discovered all too soon that it is when the manager in a brusque way informed me of the fact. If you want to be a closed store to the public, then either lock the door or hire a manager who can explain that to the (dreaded) public in a nice way.

Always have what I need and if they dont they get it for me fast. The girls that work there couldnt be nicer. So friendly. I work in Cedar Rapids but I drive to the Coralville store bc of their employees.

Wow, just wow! I do not suggest this store to anyone. I had with me my active Iowa license and the associate would not sell to me....why? Because I could not remember my phone number or address they had on file for my cosmoprof card. I suggested I get a new one....nope!!! Associate said this was not possible. P.S. I did phone corporate and file a store complaint, they stated this was not normally their policy, and the woman on phone found my card on the 2nd try! But I wont be using it.

The help is nice always willing to offer a suggestion

Clerk was busy stocking shelves. I felt like I was a burden to be shopping there. She was not very friendly at. I have never ran into that in Coraville until today
