Popular place. Id still recommend wearing a mask and giving everyone plenty of space for the time being. Friendly people working there who are exceptionally talented and helpful! Will be happy to visit again.

They let us come in and look around around even though they were closing in ten minutes. I was looking for Warm Vanilla Sugar and they were having a sale! Yay! The store is clean and well-organized. The workers are exceptionally kind. I will definitely shop here again.

My wife probably will have a different view point, and got what she needed for gift bags for people at work.. We bought gift bags at another store. I felt this store was cluttered and the staff a little not so friendly... Then again I am a man and this is not my cup of tea.

I have never been so confused in all my life. I thought this was a candle store. My story beings this morning when I woke up. It started off like any other day. I opened my eyes to my dad saying something and the next thing I know my room is clean and Im looking for a cup to drink some water. Anyhow I went to the mall and was wondering around when I was in the Bath store and this lady sprayed me with some snake oil. I thought this was a candle store but it just had a lot of liquid. I decided to purchase something but I forgot what that was. Nothing to out of the ordinary. O ya I was super board to death bc I said I thought this was a candle store and some lady was like we have a large selection in the back and this is our spring collection I wasnt really paying attention. I was more focused on the customer with the massive mole under his nose. I felt like I was in an Austin Powers movie. Poor guy, I think he was trapped there too.

Good selection of stuff to choose from. It would appear that they are back up to pre-Covid levels of sanitizer. At least in Coralville.

Normally i would give 5 stars for the place, as I do love what they sell inside. BUT, the low 1 star rating i gave is a direct result as to how i was treated outside! You MUST be sprayed down with our sanitizer = even though i just infront of the associated used my own thousand wishes anti-bac gel! Next i was grilled with questions as to why im here and demanding to know exactly what i was buying. Um, not sure why that even mattered = im here to spend money!!! Girl wouldnt even let me into the store without answering her! Was like waiting in-line for the slaughter house! Yall should be ashamed for treating patrons this way!!!

They were having their semi-annual sale. There were a lot of full size fragrance, lotion and body wash 75% off. They have some of the best 3 wick candles. I am impressed with the wall plug in fragrances. They are stylish or fun and work really well. The staff is always willing to help, and seem happy to do so.

The wife loves Bath & Body Works - mainly for the candles. If you wait until they have a 12.50 candle sale and you sign up for the offers you can stack a 20% off your order coupon on top of that sale, knocking the price down to under $10 per candle. For a triple wick that has a long burn time and potent aroma, its actually a very good deal this way. We usually take advantage of that technique twice a year. (Fall always has the best scents in my opinion)

Always seem to have sales. I believe they jack up the prices on everything but put things on sale to make it seem you saving money but really your not. I just enjoy the wide variety of body care fragrances.

Overall great experience! Staff were attentively waiting at the front as soon as we walked in to inform us of sales that were going on and They have a wide variety of scents to choose from so theres something for everyone! Will return!

I would like to store a lot better if they would take white barn out of Bath & Body Works I cant stand white barn

We love roaming around this store. There are samples available to try for every product dold here. Help is courteous and abundant. We have been greeted immediately every time we visited.

Being a man who tends to be skeptical of aromatherapy its amazing just how much this store offers. This was definitely outside my comfort zone. But it is a nice experience, nice staff, clean store, and well lit displays.

There was a huge after Christmas sale. Great prices, and plenty of employees. Super crowded. Customers were overwhelming. I tried a few samples of body spray, and I thought is was mostly alcohol. :(
