Was there today at 3p. Having house painted, there to arrange for 40+ gallons of paint. Two other customers in the store. Two people behind the counter, one on the floor helping a customer choose a paint color. The lady helping customers pick colors told the person before me 6x over 10 minutes that she knew what she was doing and had been a color consultant over 30 years. She barked at the customer to listen to her, she knew best and she knew the customer would like her selections. This went on for another 5 minutes. Now its 3:15, and Im still waiting for help. Finally the other customer left, when the 30 year veteran color consultant looked at me and said, if youre waiting to talk to me, Im not here. I was supposed to leave an hour ago, so Im not here. Come back tomorrow. As if I would ever go back. Appalling way to run a business. So rude and snippy. Why make me wait for 15 minutes? Just tell me when I walk in that youre off the clock. That would have been totally understandable and professional.

Sales associate was attentive , havent bought paint in a few years , price was outrageous.

I rarely leave reviews, however I must say how helpful it was to have the color consultant on hand to offer her advice, the five stars are for her. After spending several dollars on samples from various places, I was getting frustrated as I could not find the right color, even though it was only a small home office I was repainting. She suggested a color which I had not considered, even when I kept asking her which one she preferred when comparing to others I had selected, she didnt budge. Feeling somewhat skeptical I bought the sample and it was absolutely perfect.I came back and requested 2 more samples and the guy got a little freaked out because I was buying 2 quart samples instead of buying a full gallon. The samples apparently dont hold up or are not as durable.I advised him the wall area were small, broken up by cabinets, and the first sample nearly covered all the walls with one coat and I had already spent more money on samples than buying higher priced quarts or gallons of the real stuff. One more sample would do a second coat with one for touch up. Besides this color was exactly perfect a left no room for error in matching the real stuff. He reluctantly sold me the samples, it looks awesome and is holding up fine.

In-house designer guided and facilitated our paint selections, while staff prepared exterior paint samples (good sizes), before our full purchases, and to help us reduce any potential discontent in our paint selections... Overall - a great experience!

Customer service is top notch. Paint may be pricey, but it’s very high quality. Noticeably better than the big box store’s paints.

What can you say about Sherwin Williams, the paint quality is unmatched and the customer service is AMAZING!! I ordered paint online, they texted me when it was ready. I picked it up. In the store employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Why would ANYONE buy paint from a big box store?? I won’t!!

The only person nice at the store was miss Dana Rice, but Kris the manager has a terrible attitude not very helpful, it seems that we as customer were bothering him with our questions , we definitely will go to another location where they appreciated our business better.

As a professional I appreciate being taken care of in a professional manner, in a timely fashion, and with courtesy. Keep up the good customer service.

This is a good customer friendly establishment I went there to get paint and the service was prompt and courteous also they have tons of painting stuff to make your job easier and look like the professional. They have a good product and a very efficient way to get you what you need. I was very impressed and comfortable shopping there in the future 👍👍👍👍

Maybe I came during lunch time. The girl came out of the back chewing food. I asked her for a specific color and she said while chewing, these are all the blues we have here and went back in the back. 👎👎👎I will not be back again. I see why the store was empty. Smh

Never ever use FERA painting (Steve Rawlings) and his company. He took advance payment for exterior while doing the interior and didn’t finish it. He is hanging our exterior paint job for last 4+ months and took additional money (in written) for the interior work. Never ever trust this guy.Note: I got his referral from this local Sherwin-Williams and we went contract with him instead of other folks.
