This is absolutely outrageous!!!I have used the HyperDip Piano Black to cover some chrome on a brand new car and it turned out horrible.I have followed the instructions. Have the cans in warm water and shake well before use, 4 light dust coats with the recommended waiting time in between, then 6 wet coats with 20-25 min drying time in between. The car has less then 50 miles so no contaminates, but still I have thoroughly cleaned the surface before applying the dip. The peel process went smooth, texture is OK but the finish is horrible. Normal temperature with 55% humidity. They recommend 50% or below for optimal results, and clearly say in the tutorial video: “As the humidity climes over 50% you start loosing a little bit of clarity and a little bit of sheen”A little bit should not be matte when the finished product should be full gloss. I would not recommend the products and the video as I find it to deceive people with incorrect information…It’s still a DIY product, should not be rocket science.Customer support was ignorant and was of no help. Even before I placed the order…every time I had a question they responded vague, if they did responded, and NEVER said even a HI back. Dan from logistics was the only one helpful and polite.So disappointed!!!

Great customer service, the kit I ordered was unavailable and they went above and beyond and suggested a similar one that could ship right away. Very fast response and very helpful, I’ll 100% buy another wheel kit from them, this gave my curbed wheels a new life.

Product is passable but it definitely takes ALOT OF COATS. Customers service could definitely be better and shipping. none of my companies charge for return shipping. not to mention it takes about 2 weeks for them to ship something that is supposedly in stock. So all in all they let $17.13 ruined a business relationship that couldve made them over 1000Xs that. but if thats how they do business.

These guys have great customer service. Although I don’t live anywhere near Florida, I have always watched their channel and ordered stuff from their website. They are always very quick to respond and very helpful whether it be through a phone call or an email. They have great stuff here and will order things in the future. Couldn’t be happier with all that they do.After one of my first major purchases from them, I received a phone call probably a day later asking if I had any questions or concerns about my project. Great job you guys keep up the work!

It’s was easy to use and apply and looked good after around 6-7 wet coats. However about 3 days later it was peeling off the wheels like a bad sun burn. Would not suggest if you live anywhere that has any form of wet weather.

Very disappointing customer service and I actually felt bullied by them. After making a purchase online through the DYC Website and then the following day receiving an email that the order was confirmed and being shipped out I then received a follow up email a day later that one of 3 products I ordered was out of stock. Keep in mind I had paid in full and my credit card charged. Instead of shipping out 2 of 3 products and when the one product comes back in stock and shipping at a later date DYC has refused to do that. I asked them please just ship out 2 of 3. My customer is waiting. Also keep in mind my order was confirmed and the products were in stock per the verification email. I have pleaded with them to please ship out the 2 products and when the third becomes available just ship it out separately. They have refused to do this and since this was there mistake one would think that they would accommodate me. But they will not.UPDATE: After waiting 10 Days and explaining that I would post a bad review well what do you know... magically they emailed me that they have shipped out 2 of 3 items which is all that I asked for. They put me in a real bind

Nice staff, they explain in detail how to plasti dip things. I dipped my rims on my 2015 Sti a while back.

I would give them zero stars if possible. placed a large order and on the day everyone was ready to dip the car, the critical part of the paint gun (quick connector) was missing, hence we could not paint. car was all taped up so couldnt go anywhere either, called the customer support and it was real pain to deal with. in the end it ruined the whole experience + paint job. never again will i deal with their terrible product and service.

Never been here, but 5 stars for the YouTube channel.

Changed my star rating to give them benefit of my doubts. Was mad that old videos state deals that arent honored but i understand a growing business. Please reach out to me with a different issue that i have. Thanks guys, and best of luck

I ordered a wheel kit Sunday evening. I didnt hear from anyone on Monday about it shipping out. I called on Tuesday day to get an update on my order. I spoke with Dan. Very nice guy. I explained that I hadnt gotten any updates on my order. He said with the sale that they were a little backed up. I am a couple of cities away here in Florida. I offered to pick up my order. He called the store to make sure my product was there. He spoke to Gabe. Everything was there. Dan refunded the shipping cost. I got to the store and spoke with Brad. He went over the application process with me. He was very helpful. I got great customer service from everyone that helped me. They have a lot of detail products in the store. If you are local I highly recommend stopping by the store on Wiles Rd in Coral Springs. Check them out on YouTube. Thanks guys.

Great folks and excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions and made sure I bought only what I needed. They have everything you need for the job and the YouTube channel is top notch.

So I came here about a month and a half two months ago to buy dip gunmetal grey for my truck. I ended up having three cans left and a clear coat. I called them at 10 oclock but the service said that they are unable to answer the phone for almost 3 hours that is. I just got off shift in South Miami and figured what the heck Ill take a drive. I walk in and explain the situation sorry no receipt we cant give you the money back my boss would kill me sorry do not go to this place the product sucks and the clear spray that they put on to protect it does absolutely nothing. Use real paint or go to body shop its not worth it and the customer service is terrible

Horrible company. Got a bad batch of dip asked for some kind of replacement and was told i didnt do the job correctly because “they sell so much and no one else complained”. No apologies or anything wont even acknowledge there is an issue. I have been painting for years, bad customer service. Take your business somewhere else where where they value it.

Merchandise from here legit price alright I try to push for you to buy more just like any other place but when it comes to returning. Zero policy. Oreck changing a color. Their knowledge of product paint colors youre better off watching a YouTube video they recommended that I get the black and then the green when I went back to try to get or exchanged the black for blue they point to the sign saying no returns. Wish I wasnt trying to get a return. I was exchanging colors. Cuz they recommend me the wrong one. So if you go here just be ready. With the right color. Do not let them push you five or six cans, over exaggerated.

Terrible product... was misinstructed to thin out the gallons, used the prewash and followed application instructions to a t and product still didnt adhere properly. even tried not thinning out one of the gallons and it still ran uncontrollably... cans arrived dented and damaged. complete waste of $300 and do not recommend purchasing from this company. Customer service refused to accept the possibility that the product was messed up and refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation after i wasted an entire weekend applying the dip just to turn around the next day and take it all off. Better off spending the $300 on a maaco paint job.

I ordered 3 bottles, each one a different product. They game me just one spray nozzle for all of them. The most expensive bottle was leaking upon me opening the box.

I bought some material from this place and it was worthless and not usable. I requested a refund and they refused. Customer service is the worst in this place. I don’t recommend anyone to use this place.
