I ordered a complicated cake. Wanted a replica of my husbands 1981 Stingray Corvette for his 40th Birthday. Elizabeth was responsive and easy to work with. The best part is the cake was PHENOMENAL! Both in aesthetic and taste. She listened to all of my requests, the color was spot on and the flavors were amazing! Highly recommend. So happy!

My son said he enjoyed the cupcake. The gentleman inside said “I make the ice cream. She makes the cakes!” 😂🤣🤣 I thought that was cute.

To start off the people who work at this establishment were so nice and welcoming. (that’s why they get the two stars) But my overall cake experience wasn’t so great. It was nicely put together everyone liked the look of it. but looks may be deceiving. The cake tasted sandy and dried. I also tasted some salt in it, which not appealing to my taste buds at all. I wish you them the best but this place isnt for me at all.

My husbands birthday is shortly after Christmas so every Bakery was slammed. I called this bakery and they where able fulfill a last minute order of a Miami heat cake. I just want to state we never heard of “Dominican Cake”, and to our surprise the flavor of the cake is super moist and rich. All our guest loved it! I wish we would have taken a picture of the actual cake itself, before everyone finished it as fast as they did. Will be ordering cakes from here for our kids birthday!!!

Elizabeth made delicious Whoopie Pies for my daughters wedding. She made 4 different flavors and wrapped them as we requested. They tasted great and the pricing was very reasonable. Dealing with Elizabeth was a pleasure. I highly recommend My Bakery!

If I could give this place less then a star I would. I overpaid for a horribly designed cake! The cake had lines in the fondant, the characters that she was suppose to sculpt and make she just screen printed a picture across the cake and it had the “Shutter Stock” print on it from google still!! I requested things to be made and put into the cake and she just screen printed everything and made what look to be like grass everywhere else. She messed up cake flavor that I ordered. The cake tasted just as horrible as it looked. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Their gallery must be completely false, the quality of cake that I received was appalling. I also contacted them to let them know and have them a chance to make it “right” they declined. So there you go, they do not care about the customers.

Everything they make is delicious!! We had the most detailed and ridiculous cake order I didn’t think anybody would want to work with me. I’m a super difficult and meticulous person. They didn’t even flinch. They exceeded all of our expectations. The price was reasonable, the cake was delicious and the service was spectacular. I would recommend My bakery to everyone in the area!! The service and professionalism from this bakery is below standards. While the baker herself is a nice and professional woman, the gentleman communicating with customers is not. The first time I ordered a cake from them I had to wait an hour while my guests were at a party. I decided to try them again for a special order cake which I expected to be on the high end but they were charging way more than at least three bakers for the same design so I went with a different baker. I attempted to order a simple cake order from them as they are conveniently close to home and they attempted to overcharge me for a simple cake. I understand that they are not publix but they are not that specialized with the flavors either for what they are trying to charge for simple cakes. When I inquired about the rise in pricing from my first order which was when they were first open the gentleman was rude and disrespectful. I suggest people try other bakeries for cake just as flavorful but more reasonably priced.

I made a few orders in the past and they were done exactly how asked for. This is the reason why I am giving 2 starts. Elizabeth was very nice and attentive.I made a 3rd order a week ago, there was two more males in the place that Ive never seen before. They were strange and not friendly at all, they didnt want to let me talk to Elizabeth. When she finally came out she took my order and told me to contact her directly through text message in the future. I confirmed the order pick up and she confirmed it was ready.To my surprise the 24 mini cupcakes that cost me $50 did not have the dulcet de leche filling that I paid for and when I texted her she simply said... you did not reminded me! even though it was specified in the order. She sent me to publix to order cupcakes in he future.Bad customer services and rude!

They welcome you with open arms (cOVID-19) 100% ++ but not literally only cause of COVID 19..... All home made ice cream flavors all around you. Sooo good. And my Granddaughter’s cake looked amazing and O boy it tasted so so good. Every body had 2nd helpings on the So moist cake. I am so grateful for all that she did. ❤️🎈🎂♥️😇.

Bought a Chocolate Cake with chocolate ganache frosting for a birthday party on the fly, and one person said it was the best chocolate cake they had ever tasted. It was delicious and beautiful. The staff was friendly and let me taste their homemade ice cream. The ice cream was also out-of-this-world with high-quality ingredients and dense mixture. I cant wait to go back!

First I’d like to say the staff are all very kind and nice but I was unhappy with my cake. The cake looked sloppy and like it wasn’t done by a professional. The cupcakes were dry, the icing was delicious . The cake was too moist and no one enjoyed the cake. I didn’t think the cake tasted bad but no one enjoyed the texture. I won’t be buying from this bakery. But I do wish them the best.

I love this place so much ! Their dominican cake is amazing ... it’s the perfect level of sweet , always moist , even before you get the mind blowing taste of that suspiro icing ! And the best part is , there’s always slices if you just want a quick treat for yourself ! Her entire cakes are just as amazing , I treat myself to her desserts way too often !

Youve got to try this place! Geeeeezzzzzz!!!! The best freaking cake! I asked for a last minute cookies and cream cake and they did not fail us. Not only was it ready on time but it was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone was amazed at how moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced all the flavors were. Not to sweet but just perfect!

It was a good cake but honestly could buy it from publix and get the same sponge cake to be honest and It wasnt moist at all, there was some other issues, it was way to delicate, that with a slight movement the letters for happy birthday were coming off. We had pickup time at 3pm and made us wait an extra hour cause it wasnt ready, while we did the cake order almost with a month in advance. Another issue the way she was describing how the cake would look like was way different to what we received like in the case of my cake no suspenders, which we asked for wasent there. Honestly didnt want to tell her about it cause the party was in a hour and already made us wait an extra hour after pickup time so we were in a hurry. I though being a almost $300 cake I was expecting something better.Probably wont be recommending this establishment sorry.

Please don’t order from here. I ordered one thing and got something else. I paid for delivery at a certain time and it was 2 hours late without them even letting me know it was going to be late. When I called that morning then did not answer the phone nor contact me to let me know the status. When they finally arrived with the cake , I was so disappointed because I was not what I ordered. I asked her for a refund and she did not give me anything back. Would never do business with this place again. Horrible customer service and cake.

Ordered a birthday cake for a friend. Coconut cake with buttercream frosting. The staff was incredibly friendly and the cake turned out not only gorgeous, but absolutely mouth-watering! Getting ready to order another birthday cake!
