My husband and I have been planning our wedding for about 2 years, thanks to our COVID delays.A big part of that perfect wedding was Debbie, Steve, and the Karmic Ice Cream Truck! Debbie went out of her way to hunt down the highly-elusive strawberry shortcake ice cream bars - my favorite!- so I could have one (or 2!) on our special weekend. The truck was beautifully detailed and my GM-working parents LOVED seeing the old gal all shined and spiffed up. Debbie took care of the parking logistics amongst the all-consuming Boat Show- all my husband and I had to do was show up and eat ice cream!Everyone loved just hanging around the truck with Debbie & Steve, eating ice cream and just enjoying everyone’s company. It was a great way to end “wedding eve”- low key, eating ice cream, and just being surrounded by loved ones. We didn’t realize how much we needed that time to just relax and connect, and what better way to do that than with ice cream as the sun went down :)

Aston Gardens at Parkland Commons is celebrating our 20th anniversary next week. We have been doing something special for our residents each day this month. Yesterday Karmic Ice Cream came to visit offering great ice cream treats for everyone to enjoy....right out of the freezer from the 1935 IC Truck!
