I was given a vape by a friend & had no accessories, juice or any idea how to use the device. Pat was extremely knowledgeable, showed me how to change coils, fill juice & operate the vape. Helped me pick out flavors & was wildly patient considering my complete lack of knowledge. Would higjly recommend this shop, especially to other novices. Will absolutely be returning.

This is BY FAR one of the best smoke shops Ive been to here in South Florida! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. They made me feel welcome and were ready and willing to answer any questions I had. This is basically a one stop shop for all your vaping and smoking needs. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area!! 5/5!

I was sold the wrong product after I told the employee what I needed. I came back the next day to exchange for the right product. They would only give me 50% store credit!!! I’m an owner of a small business and this isn’t how you do business. Clearly your employee does not know the products that you sell. She should not be making recommendations. I will never go to this store again.

Called to confirm the availability of a product or type of flavor before arrival, was talked in to buying a flavor called “Cereal Trip” from the manufacturer “Badger”, has great reviews, okay I’m sold. Ask the price of a 100ml, was told $24.00, not too bad but okay, I’m on my way. I arrive and purchased the juice for the agreed price plus sales tax after some small talk with a girl that is obviously new to the vape world, but she’s learning and that’s good, everyone has to start from somewhere.An hour later I get home after going to Walmart, I instantly notice that the bottle is a 60ml versus a 100ml. (The particular brand badger’s 60ml bottle comes in a sheath that is littered with decals and stickers, so you’re not really able to see the bottle inside.) 60ml for $24 + tax? Insanely high.I call to notify the same girl that I would like to return the product that is unopened and really overpriced. From the manufacturer it is $20.00 for a 100ml + $5 shipping. I’m paying $1 less for 2/3rds the product. Vapor shark has 100ml bottles of all their juices for $22-$25. Worst part is, the nice woman tells me that their return policy is for store credit only. Although the product is UNOPENED and it’s only been 90 minutes since the sale, they will only do store credit. Ridiculous. I’d rather get the value of 100ml bottles elsewhere.Now I have to wait 3 days for the transaction to post before disputing it. Wonderful.I would stray away from this location unless you like paying 33.3% higher inflation than everywhere else and under their policy (which is stated nowhere mind you), that all sales are only eligible for return for store credit.

Had a great experience with this store. Best around. Along with Matt T the worker who helped me with everything I needed. Any question I had he had the answer. I would suggest trying this store before going anywhere else. I won’t go to any other store, go support these guys.

This place is bad sold me ooze twist slim pen got home and did not work I went back to returning they said I needed a recib so I had to go back home and get it next day went back to the place and they told me they dont do exchen or refund its not worth your money or your time

Walked in this smoke store looking for a Vape Juice. I was having trouble and David came right over and asked me if I needed help and started to proceed asking me what MG I use and I told him 3 following with do I enjoy dessert flavored , fruit flavored , or menthol and I went ahead and said dessert and right away he recommended killer custard and even put a bit on my finger of a 0mg to taste and I been using that flavor ever since. Excellent surface, and knowledgeable staff will definitely be coming back

New faces every now and then but they’re always helpful! They know their stuff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but there!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is probably one of the cleanest smoke shops that I have been in before. I have visited quite a few of them in coral springs and not only the cleanest, but they also have a ton of inventory especially with vape supplies.
