I went into store, everything was beautiful I had a basket full of things, and it just didn’t seem right with me that I wasn’t really attended how I thought I was going to be attended when like I visit other spiritual stores, and that just blew my spirits down and made me not by not one single thing from my basket, I was with my mom she also felt like the attention was in there… I might give the store a chance on another day.

I come here often it is a very good store. Honestly the staff 21st come in they dont harp on you and make all what do you need what do you need what you need and I like that because when Im shopping for crystals and incense sometimes I just want to have a clear flow of energy and not to be overwhelmed because that way I can hear the crystals calling me a little bit easier if Im not been disrupted so I really enjoy that aspect theres so many so many so many Insight choices and very good prices the crystals are a little pricey but seeing as the area that Im in and I can understand why its kind of a more expensive neighborhood so I get the app charge on it but then also the fact that theres no one else to buy them so you dont really have a choice because I dont really like to buy them off the internet so that is what it is otherwise overall its great

Elegant cigar smoking place. It wasnt very busy but thats not a bad thing sometimes. They have a variety of medium- high-end cigars and alcohol. You dont have to be fancy but why not live it up. I had a Jameson whiskey aged with Guinness beer barrels. Delicious! My first time.The cigar whiskey combo was tasty and elegant.I am Cuban 🇨🇺and can enjoy a nice cigar once in a blue moon. 🔵I recommend this place but best if you go with cigar smoking buddies unless you want to have quality time solo. The bartender was great in advising us with new combos of cigar and liquor. He had excellent taste. A great day time activity to chit chat and catch up.

Great little store in the heart of downtown Coral Gables with all the spiritual things you need for your house. The prices are fair and they have a great variety of products. They also have some clothes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wow. That’s all I can say my mother and I were in the store for more than an hour and the girls working there answer all of out questions about the crystal and really helped us understand and pick the right one for us. They had no problem helping us and answering ALL of our questions which was amazing. Thank you so much.

Pretty and inexpensive Jewelry. Good, unique pieces. They also have an enormous incense and sage section, as well as amazing and affordable crystals. Most stores put expensive items behind glass or try to protect expensive items. You did not. As well, $37.50 is a hefty price for some of your current and former clientele. Im assuming you must be new to this type of business and not incompetent/evil in terms of intentional merchandise placement. If you need, Im happy to refer you to some business classes that can help prevent accidental purchases im your future. When I discovered this store earlier this month I thought I found the go-to spot for holiday gifts and a nice mind-scape when in need for a study break. I expressed to many friends how excited I was to have found a place with such a good and authentic vibe in Miami. I could not wait to spend hours browsing Preeyas collection.Unfortunately, when I visited the boutique last I was wrongly accused of shop lifting by Preeya, it was a complete humiliating and dehumanizing experience.To preface: I stored an item I wanted to buy in a personal cloth shopping bag that had nothing else in it, but the Gold Tri item I had just placed in it. Preeya approached me, stated that she had 3 of said item, now she only had two, and if I had the 3rd. I gladly said yes and showed her the item in my cloth shopping bag (mind, after this experience and many blog forums I now know that using a cloth shopping bag in a store to store items while shopping can be perceived as sketchy, but again I am not a store owner or a shop lifter so I did not know my actions could be perceived in such a negative light). Preeya then stated something along the lines of - no, no, this isnt okay, you have to pay first- . I then let her know I stored the item in my cloth shopping bag to free up my hands for more browsing. Preeya informed me there were special in-store baskets for that (NOT AT ALL OBVIOUS OR OBVIOUSLY DISPLAYED). I apologized, and thanked Preeya for informing me about her boutique rules, gladly put my personal shopping bag away and used the in-store basket. No big deal or so I thought anyway....Some time passed, Preeya approached me again and asked if she could take my basket to the front register even though I was still in the middle of browsing - I was like - sure? -So I am assuming: Preeya took my basket bc she must have seen me put roll-on oils in the basket (I changed my mind & decided that buying scents for other ppl might not be the best gift idea, so I PUT THEM BACK. Totally normal thing to do while shopping). I guess she did not see me put them back and just saw that the roll-on oils were no longer in my basket, and I guess that is when she asked if she could take my basket to the front register.All this time, I was not picking up on the fact that Preeya was perceiving me negatively or as a threat of thievery (BC I WASNT AND WONT EVER BE), so I continued to do my Holiday shopping even though I kept being strangely approached by Preeya.Some more time passed, I am now the only customer in the store and Preeya approached me a 3rd time and asked me what I did with the oils that were in my basket, but no longer there. Confused, I told her I put them back and it was obvious she didnt believe me. This time Preeya stated that she was saving my life for not calling the cops on me for shop lifting and telling me that my behavior was unacceptable. TOTALLY confused, I could not believe it. Preeya also stated that she could ruin my life because she could have me arrested because I stored something in a personal shopping bag (but like I gladly obliged to using her basket almost an hour prior to her telling me she could ruin my life for not using her basket). I started crying immediately and let her know I was very confused as to why she was wrongly accusing me of theft.TLTR: I guess since I messed up by storing something in my own empty cloth shopping bag in the beginning of my shopping trip to Gold Tri, Preeya immediately and grudgingly marked me as a bad person, then watched and perceived all of my movements as negative and as if I was intending to shop lift. I was raised in such a way that thieving is equivalent to killing. I should have known that the good vibes in the Gold Tri were too good to be true. I am so sad, this experience really shook me.BEWARE: COULD BE WRONGLY ACCUSED OF SHOP LIFTING!!**MAKE SURE TO USE THE WHITE BASKETS OR ASK AN EMPLOYEE FOR HELP.I am not trying to tell people not to shop there bc I do not think Preeya deserves that, but I personally will not be returning because I do not feel welcome.
