Wow guess all the great reviews were right. Just got here from Georgia, car was a mess and after the long trip really needed tires right away. I was desperate and this place came to my rescue. They are tire heroes. This is the best tire place in Miami. They let me know my alignment was good and didnt try to sell me anything extra only what I asked for. Great honesty and wonderful customer service. Scheduled an appoint. Had my toddler with me. They took me right away on the scheduled time. Quoted about 1.5 to 2 hr to finish the job. Let me know mall was right down the street walking distance. A little over an hour after I left tire plus I was @ Nordstrom having my toddler try on shoes, when tire plus called me to let me know my cars ready. The price was as agreed with no extra charges.Thank you Pedro and your great staff. You guys are the best.

After waiting in the office for 2 hours, Tires Plus notified me that they were not able to get my jeep up on the lift because it was too heavy and wide. I wasted 2 hours of my day, and I left with my jeep in the same condition as I brought it in. Completely unprofessional.

Typical lack of consistency and honesty for this type of place. Two out of three times here Ive been misled. Use them at your own risk.

Update: They handled my complaint very well.Went in with a complaint about a high pitched squealing noise at low speeds. They said they didn’t hear it so couldn’t fix it. That doesn’t bother me as much as the grease prints they left on my hood. They offered to compensate me for a wash at a local detail shop. $100 later that shop couldn’t remove the prints and tires plus tried not to compensate me at all for this. After everything, the fingerprints are still there. This is terrible

This place is the worst. I took my car in to mount a tire from tire rack. They mounted the tire than caused property damage to my vehicle they parked over the parking median and damaged my bumper on my Mercedes the store manager most likely parked my vehicle causing the damage now I have to make a police report . The store manager thinks Mercedes is going to do me a favor after I just spent $2800 repairs. Do not drop off your vehicle here envious staff. There was no reason nor need to do this the vehicle is extremely low . It was done on purpose. I will be more than happy to speak to corporate office to resolve my damages.

Very grateful for the service and integrity at TiresPlus. They called today that after further review the part they had ordered is no longer needed because everything seems to be working fine. The service member did not want to install it without updating us because he was concerned about charging us for something that wasn’t needed. This sort of integrity is refreshing and encouraging. Last year a small part on my tire was damaged while being rotated by TiresPlus. One of the service members, out of his own pocket, replaced that part for me. I would not of even noticed had they not said anything. Again a refreshing example of integrity.

I’ve had issues in the past with auto places telling me I needed things for my car that I did not need, or trying to sell me things. I had great service today at Tires Plus. Affordable oil change, very nice service, explanations and quotes but no trying to trick me or upsell. I really appreciate that.

Two hour wait for an oil change. You need to be upfront with people about how long they will have to wait.

Worst tire place and worst customer service, lied and didn’t finish the process they said they could do. Took my tesla to get the tires/rims changed to the 20” induction wheels. We spoke on the phone and I asked specifically if they work on Tesla and if they will be able to complete the process including tpms sensors and etc. and they said yes. Now car is not recognizing the tpms sensors and not reading the wheels. I called Tires Plus again to ask if they can reset the sensors and they said they don’t have the software and I have to take it to tesla…. after they specifically said they can work on it. Now I am forced to basically do the process twice with tesla and pay again. The manager was not helpful at all and I already filed a complaint with corporate over them not communicating their service properly.

First time was really good. Then I came back for the rear tires and they after 2hour and 45 min they told me it would be another hour . The guy at the counter Juan C could care less . It shows how little they care for getting peoples business..... very lame employee

I love this tires plus I have been coming here for almost 7 years and the customer service is always on point. Mike is the manager there he always take care of all customers. One of the only places were they actually tell you what your car needs vs just trying to take your money.

We are from out of town and we’re planning to drive back to Virginia the next morning when we noticed the left front tire had picked up a screw. Tire Plus got us in, removed the screw, checked for any leakage and reported that no repair was needed. We were not charged for their service. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Went in to get a new rear right tire. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They are very nice guys and they dont take advantage of their customers. I will definitely be a return customer. First time I walk out of a place not feeling ripped off. Very happy.

Carlos was AMAZING!!!! I went with low pressure on my tires, without an appointment and he checked my tires, inflated them, found an extra cap for one that was missing, show me how to calibrate the system and always with a smile ;) AND didnt charge me anything.EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!!

Damaged the brand new tire during the installation, when issue presented manager said it was a curb damage, how is that possible to have a curb damage on the car it was only driven 100 feet. Came in during the morning with a flat, talked to Mike and Manuel, who even while working with multiple customers took the time to help me feel at ease. Manuel worked with me personally to pick out a new tire, and we set a time that was convenient for me and after work. He stayed late after his shift to replace my tire and make sure everything we set to go.Fantastic service, good price, couldnt be happier.When youre on a flat and driving on a donut, you dont want to be jerked around, rescheduled, forced to wait, or forced to drive someplace else on a dangerous emergency tire. Tires Plus helped me avoid all that.

I visited this store yesterday for an oil change. Mike and Manny went above and beyond to assist. I thought all my car needed was an oil change but they noticed a bigger issue. They were able to determine the cause and pointed me in the right direction. While in the store they did everything they could to make sure i was OK while i waited. Unlike most places they converse with their customers and thats a major plus ! I highly recommend this location !

Took my car there this morning! Have been going there with my 3 cars for about 7 years. The new service advisor Raul is great, very professional. Took care of my repairs fast and efficiently.

I think there is a little bait and switch going on @ this tire plus. I reserved a specific brand of tires advertised on their website and an alignment, i arrived, gave them my confirmation# (that includes the brand of tire requested) and they took my car. At no point was I told that the tires I was quoted for were not available. When my car was returned they tried to charge me for the other price of the tires, not the quoted price. I showed them the price and they matched it. Now, I drove my car out of tire plus and drove it less than 5 minutes and I had to return. The car was changing lanes by its self. I went back and had them redo the alignment. Afterwards, they told me I needed to replace a rim because it has a tiny bend that Ive had for quite some time. It has never affected my car. Now the tire guy is telling me that was the reason for the alignment being off... or to replace the other two tires so they can rotate the rims. Once I told him that the rim has never caused any issues, he had nothing else to say. Also, my husband is a certified master mechanic and he told those guys to stop taking advantage their customers by lying and misleading customers about their prices!

Went with a flat tire that was not possible to be fixed. I was due for a new set of tires so I decided to change all four of them at the end. They worked out a good deal for me and did the job relatively quick (about two hours). Straightforward and honest service. Highly recommended.

Great customer service! Been here twice now for tire repairs/replacements and they are always very friendly and dont try to sucker me into buying more than what I actually need. They explain in detail what needs done and why. Prices are not bad, either. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service

I think the negative reviews are from people who have unrealistic expectations. This location has never left me stranded, even when I randomly show up with a major issue. I understand quality work takes time and I wait. Two types of people you never rush: people who cook your food and people who work on your cars. Prices have been decent. I always see the part that is going in my car before they put it on. I always get shown what is being repaired. I know enough about cars to know when I am being lied to. They are honest. One time I was told by the manager there might be a rear differential issue but that it was beyond their expertise. They advised me to go to the dealer. When they can fix it, they do. If they do not know, they always recommend the dealer. They never cheat and recommend their friends shop. Ask for Mike or Manny.

Everyone has been so helpful & honest! Mike & Manny truly seem to care & have bent over backward to help us out. Theyve let me know if I can get a better deal elsewhere (for certain parts only at a dealership) or if something needs to be re-fixed (which they do for free). I HIGHLY recommend & trust them! We bought a used car at 100k so needless to say, weve visited them frequently!

If your getting tires here I guess it makes sense. For anything else I’d say good luck to you. The manager knows his stuff but is mighty sneaky. They will do all they can to UPSALE you. The mechanics here are really not that good with their service. I’d try another location if you really support this brand.

I had a great experience at this location last week. After finding out a different Tires Plus messed up a brake replacement, Joe was able to help me locate my invoice and make the necessary repairs under warranty. Car drives great now and the noise I was hearing is gone.

Expensive, long wait. But it was worth it. They are efficient and they do a good job. There is a nice Cuban restaurant close by in case youre hungry

(10:25 am) I just called right now 3 times. In all three times someone picked up, didnt say anything, and hung up on me. If that isnt a clear sign of not doing business with them, I dont know what is.

Had a good experience and was very pleased with the work they do here. They were really helpful with providing information from other states (coming from California) and the sales assistant Jhoan was very professional and helpful. This is by far is the best tire plus in Miami.

I came in almost at closing time, 6:30pm ,with a blown out tire and they took care of me in a speedy professional way. Andres at the counter was great. I will come to this place for all my repairs.

The staff try to give you the better offer possible. They want you to be pleased with their work. They give you a good waranty in the service and they have good deals.

Ive taken my cars here for tire service for about 3 years now and the service has always been great. They dont try to sell more than you need and the guys behind the counter are very helpful and friendly.I normally drop my car in morning and they call me when ready. I have ordered from Tire Rack to replace all 4 tires for my Lexus and they did a fast job. I have also taken my car here for patches twice and it only took roughly an hour. It all depends how busy the shop is. Call them before you come and they will let you know.Now my new Audi needed one tire to be replaced because theres a screw near the sidewall. Ordered again from Tire Rack on Monday arrived at Tires Plus on Wednesday installed the same day. Love this place!

I think Mike bends over backwards to gives excellent service and his communication skills are fantastic. I am an Uber driver and Mike does inspections for only 20 bucks. I highly recommend Tires Plus to all my friends. Just ask for Mike!

Ive been to many car service shops before but Ive never felt my car in better hands than I did when I spoke with Michael. He talked to me like a person and not some other task on his to-do list. He explained the issue with my car clear and easy to understand. If I didnt understand he would try another way rather get frustrated. Really appreciated it. I only gave them a 4 star rating because they do take too long for oil changes. 3hrs is a bit much.

Michael is a Tire Plus saint. The dude is the most professional and truthful mechanic I have ever met. An extremely rare thing to find in the city of Miami.

Spent 3 hours to get a tire rotation. Then another half hour for them to rotate it the right way. Went home and got a flat tire. I called the next day and the guy on the phone couldnt be any less interested and unconcerned. I guess customer service and understanding the needs of the customer only counts when you are spending big bucks. Now my tire is damaged. I should have went to goodyear. At least their service doesnt cost you more damage.

I bought a set of 4 Firestone tires and after only 9.000 miles (less than 2 years) they are completely wearthred, like a 5 year old tires with more than 60.000 miles of usage ... stay away of this place !!!!!! service takes forever and they always want to sell you more services that your car doesn’t need

They were somewhat friendly but service took forever. Just needed a tired changed and they told me it would be 2 hours and could call me when they were ready. They called so I went back and still ended up waiting an hour ...FOR A TIRE INSTALLATION.Fair price but wont be back due to wait time and their facility is unkept.

This business made me feel underappreciated. They privide service(maintenance to the car) today in a way am not accustomed to. I came in for a tire rotation and alignment. I was watching how they were doing it . Where missing steps Ive seen in competitors businesses during tire rotation. There is also a diagram online you can find if your car is it front wheel or rear wheel drive or all wheel drive . How to properly rotate a tire.This has put a doubt in my mind!Since I lost the trust I asked to stop the service and took my business somewhere else. My impression is being lazy not truthful. Few months ago I purchase new tires here. I felted like intentionally trying to avoid the guarantee, by not providing the proper maintenance.

Unfortunately Tires Plus attempted to sell me four new tires by trying to scare me into the sale.I am not a fool, my car isnt going to explode and the rules of other states dont apply in Florida. The guy cited: In other states we would be obligated to prohibit you from driving it away because its dangerous.I have had 2 other mechanics look at the car within the last 3 months for other work and they have commented on the tires being almost ready for replacement but certainly not dangerous. I went to tires plus to have them remove a nail and patch.I understand that they were unwilling to remove the tire due to its age and their perceived risk of ruining it in the process but the spiel I received after was ridiculous.Oh and also they attempted to sell me a $25 replacement for the cabin air filter. Its 10 on amazon...
