Cannot say enough about how great this shop is. I blew out my tire across the street from the shop. Walked into the shop and they took my car right in, got me the tire I needed and was out the door within 35 minutes. Never tried to sale me extra things I did not need. Simply helped me get back on the road and back to work. A million thank-yous!

Came here because of the great reviews. Although they dont do the type of work I need to get done, they still looked at the car and gave me a temporary solution until I can go the body shop. All 3 men there were very helpful, especially Peter. Will definitely go back for my tire needs.

I am usually skeptical of auto-repair shops but I can confidently say that speaking and working with Hector and watching the staff work on my car gave me complete confidence on their work and that my vehicle is well taken care of. When they found a problem, they literally invited me to look under my car and showed me the issue and what they can do to fix it. Parts were ordered and were resolved quickly when it didn’t arrive in time. Hector was patient, polite, knowledgeable and professional with me, other customers and anyone he dealt with on the phone. I had a great experience and I will be taking both my vehicles here moving forward.

This GOODYEAR AUTO SERVIC has taken of my car for over two years. I have never had a problem. I have always called and walked in and had phenomenal service done here. The tires are amazing. I’ve been going to this Goodyear (Bird Rd & S Douglas Rd) for over 4 years. I trust them to give me an honest diagnosis and not be charged an outrageous amount, like at the dealership. I always ask to speak with Petros, Service Manager, because he is professional and offers excellent customer service. Jose, Store Manager, is also great. This specific Goodyear isn’t a franchise. So, there’s no incentive to trick the customer into paying for extra unnecessary services or being up-charged. I appreciate the transparency throughout the process and their willingness to help out customers in whatever way they can.

Helpful employees, professional and fast service. Although not related to the store service, I recommend using the store to order your tires as doing it on the website can lead to mistakes. Seems like website orders are still a work in progress.

We like bringing our cars here for their schedule maintenance services. I call, make an appointment and get the pricing over the phone. We drop off the car, take an Uber, go eat somewhere and come back and we are done. Like in any of these places, they try to sell you more services but they dont pressure you. They just add it to their notes and you can decide to come back on a future date. Service is attentive and professional.

I had the best tire service ever at Goodyear in Miami at Bird Rd and 37th Avenue. I have never met Hector before, but he treated me like I was his only customer and he was the owner of the store. Even when I called before bringing my car in, Hector was very helpful, professional, and courteous on the phone. The store was very clean, organized, and everyone followed all safety guidelines. I would like to say thank you to Hector for doing an excellent job and I will definitely recommend your store to everyone I know. This kind of service is rare, unfortunately, in Miami. Hector Casas is the best service person I have experienced when experiencing a retail tire facility. He is customer responsive, knows his products, and makes every effort to be sure his customers have a positive experience.

Ive been coming to this location for a few years now for checkups and a few repairs. Have always felt that I could trust the staff and my recent visit changed all that. I went in for an oil change and to figure out where a clicking noise was coming from in my car. I purchased a the full synthetic oil with free tire rotation. Got called 1/2 hour later, oil changed fixed the clicking. However, the gentleman proceeded to tell me that my front brake pads where completely gone and the metal dug into my rotors. He said they would have to completely change the rotors and pads. I thought this was odd since I never heard or felt any grinding or warped feeling. He gave me a quote that was over $600. I told him I was going to hold off and the gentleman asked me Do you really think that is a wise idea to drive from here without brakes? Feeling pressured I told him I would decided on my way back to get my car. I decided that I was not going to utilize their service and would change them out myself. I order the rotors and pads. Turns out, when I took off my pads, I had at least 15% to 50% remaining and the rotors were completely fine and smooth. So i returned the rotors and just replaced the pads for only $50. Secondly, they never rotated my tires which they are supposed to do for free with the full synthetic oil change. Unfortunately, I did not notice till I was home. Never using their service again and going to tell anyone that does use their service and anyone i know about this dishonesty. I attached photos my previous pads as evidence of their dishonesty.

When driving through Brickell a nail got stock in my tire yesterday. When I got home, I was able to make a next-day appointment online with this shop. The appointment was scheduled for 9am, however i got there early. They took me in at 8.48 and I was able to leave at 9.20 with a fixed (patched) tire at NO COST!! 5 Stars and nothing more to say!

Ive been here a couple times. I got 4 tires the first time(about 5 months ago). Very good deal, they matched the price to the online offer and gave me a discount. The tires came with a rebate offer that I submitted and quickly got 40 USD back. The service was quick and the staff was nice. I came back to fix one of those tires(flat thanks to a screw). The service was once again great. They were able to fix it free of charge. I will be definitely coming back for the free alignment that I got with the tires purchase. I totally recommend this service store.

I had a bad valve stem on my vehicle and had been having a rough morning. I went into this store for the first time. I asked how long it would be and they took me in right away. The job was done before I finished my complimentary coffee. The staff was so positive and professional. This has been the best customer service I have had in a long time. And thats saying a lot for Dade county. This truly made my morning and reminded me that there are good people out there. This will be my tire store from now on. And it should be yours as well.

I love the customer service provided to me by the employee, he came to my car witch had a flat explained what was wrong and why he couldnt repair the tire. It turn out it was from 2004 who knew, and then helped out giving me a hell of a deal for a new tire and ailment, and he did this in less than 40 mins, thank you so much for the help if I am ever by that area I will for sure stop bye again. Highly recommend.

Besides the fact they wanted to charge me $1,100 to replace spark plugs and ignition coils on a 4 cylinder, when I went to grab my keys to leave and do the repair myself, the technician snapped at me and walked past me in order to throw the key on the counter, where I had to go retrieve MY key for MY car.They dont even try to rip you off with a nice attitude!(finished the repair myself for $300 (parts) and about 30 minutes of labor involving 2 sockets only)(oh - plus the $130 diagnostic from them)

I will continue to take my car for oil change and tire rotation. They provide excellent service.

Hello,I had my Jeep at your Coral Gables location last Saturday. I had an estimate for front brake pads from another tire company. I asked if they would match it. They said yes. Peter took my order and Jose brought it into the shop right away. They did the oil change and checked my brakes. My brakes are, according to Jose and Peter, about 75% good. They even showed me the brakes. I did NOT need brakes like I was told by the previous tire place I visited.I TRULY appreciate that! Honest shops are hard to find nowadays. Honest. Hows that? The ultimate quality in a mechanic. Im a bit of an auto-hypochondriac,Okay? Ive tried bringing my car in a few times, they always see me right away. Peter (Pietro) and Kevin, top-notch guys, checked the car out. If there is nothing wrong, they tell me. If there IS something wrong and they cant fix it, they tell me.So prices on the tires could be better, but they arent a wholesaler so you can expect it. I have an $100,000 High Performance Car, but I trust these guys and you cant put a price on that. Customer for life.

My low tire pressure light went on after Id driven over a rough area of pavement. They took me in right away. There was a nail in the tire but not long enough to puncture it. They took out the nail and filled up all my tires in less then 20 min for free. They said if it had just been a puncture, that also would have been free.

I had my doubts taking my car here for an oil change, but the dealership wanted to charge me 2-3 times as much for the same thing and here tire rotation was included. I was treated very well and had an excellent experience. Service was very fast and the manager(Petro) was very professional and gave me a very good discount; my first impression of him was an honest person that wouldnt screw you over for money. The mechanic that serviced my car was very friendly as well. Id definitely take my car here again.

Everyone that works here is very helpful. The manager was amazing, very respectful and professional. They were very honest with me about what needed to be done with my car. I know that most places try to upsell you, however these people told me what I needed to have done which I already knew so I know it wasnt a lie. When I told them that it wasnt worth having done because I wasnt planning on keeping the car there was no pressure. They said they understood and agreed with me. I will totally be back to have other work done when Im in the area. This is an amazing Goodyear location and highly recommend it to everyone in that area.

Had a really good experience here. Dropped my car off late one evening, right before they closed. Service guy Kevin was really friendly and helpful. Got a call at 7:20 AM, shortly after they opened the next day, telling me what the problem was. They fixed it for a reasonable cost within several hours. I had my car back by lunch. Will definitely use again in the future.

Came in for usual tire rotation and the guy tried selling me tires and then continue to tell me that he couldnt rotate my tires because they were too old

Fair prices and great service

I went here to replace the tires on the used Civic that I just bought. They also checked around the car and only found minor issues. What I really liked was that they took me into the shop and showed me the issues they found directly on the car and that they didnt try to rip me off even though they knew that I had just bought this used car. Considering all the stuff they did on the car, it was also done in a very reasonable amount of time, which was nice. In the end, Im happy with the experience and would definitely go there again.

The most efficient and most honest service shop Ive ever come across.For over 8 years, Ive taken both my parents and sisters cars in for service, as well as my two SUVs. If they cant fix the problem, these guys know exactly who to talk to.As long as I live in Dade County, Im taking my cars in to the blue Goodyear on Bird Road.

Just went here today. Horrible! Do NOT GO HERE. Among other things wrong with their customer service, they are deceitful and money hungry. I called in and asked if I could come in for an estimate for some maintenance for my car. I explained that I was leaving a meeting but if I could get an estimate it would be worth it. He said sure and nothing else. I get there and they try to charge me $51 just to look! Simple bait and switch. And they didnt apologize for wasting my time.For maintenance I like to get at least 2 estimates. It felt like they were entrapping me to only get service there after wasting my time. And Ive been to another Goodyear (Dixie Highway) and they had no such policy of an inspection fee. They were kind and gave me a fair estimate, unlike this place. If you have a fee fine, just be upfront about it. If you want honesty and customer service go somewhere else.

Go in. Get your car serviced. Get out. Thats all you need to do.

Do not go here if you want efficient service. Was placed on hold long time and they could not answer a simple question. The question was do they do ac recharges simple yes or no answer. If they cannot manager the phone calls how on the world are they going to manage your repairs???

These folks fixedtwo slow leaking tires twice. Two excellent no charge fixes. One of them occurred during the hurricane when everything was going crazy. They came through. Friendly bunch of guys.

I came early in the morning. Around 830, really quick, nice guys, everyone was helpful to get my flat tire replaced and oil change. Took just a little over an hour. Good experience. Will be back.

I lent my car to dad with a deflated tire. he decided to do me a favor and took the car in to change the tire. without knowing much about tires or cars these guys took complete advantage of him. they told him they could only replace that tire by replacing all 4 at once, this is the biggest scam in the tire industry. they ended up selling him 4 winter tires for my 700 horsepower hellcat. completely undrivable and threw my old tires out. on top of that they sold him an oil change which i had done not more than a month ago. be careful when dealing with these people. i wish i could give them zero stars but sadly i have to even give them one.

Picked up my car after oil change today to find a terrible scratch along the front right quarter panel. Manager says mechanic marked scratches on the paper work. Some ink circles, yes, but far away from the actual scratches. I guess thats routinely to avoid responsibility. My car was sideswiped at Goodyear Center in Coral Gables but of course in their own words: not responsible for what happens in our premises. I Will escalate my complaint directly to Goodyear. Also, these guys charge labor and two types of parts separate and above what is advertised for oil change.Nice!

Broke air pressure gauge inside Tire tried gluing with Superglue I informed them I was going on vacation did not want any problems with Tire they assured me the super glue would hold and no problems of course it broke cause problems I went back replace with aftermarket air sensors left again not working took back they replace again with Napa sensors and again did not work had to bring back told them was getting very upset needed Parts directly from Toyota which they did that no problem with sensors but tires had to be put on and taken off five times which cause scratches on my rims no idea what kind of damage it does to tires putting on and taking off five times then they had problems balancing tires they did not rebalance tires after replacing air sensors which cause tires to be out of balance I had to bring back argue with them to take tires off and check balance which they did and they were out that happened three times Peter in service department in my feeling is nothing but a liar and very deceiving I would never trust or send anybody to that Goodyear thats a shame this is my fourth set of tires purchased through Goodyear the set of tires was not cheap cost $1,500 for four tires and I could almost guarantee that gluing broken sensors together is not only illegal but it is very unsafe anybody from Goodyear management is more than welcome to contact me. Adding to my post I got an email that said from owner wanted to talk to me about the issues I call the number it is just a basic 800 customer service number when I asked for the extension number that they gave me on a text there was no such thing the woman tried to help me on the phone she said that she was going to give the complaint for a checkup to the regional manager to find out what happened it has been two weeks I have gotten no call back from regional manager all I got was a call back from Peter in-store offering me a couple oil changes for scratched rims and broken air sensors really still waiting for call from management to let me know if gluing together tire air sensors is legal???????????

I have a 2005 ford escape. Check engine light came on and started chugging along with a low idle, almost felt like it was going to die. Pulled into this goodyear to have it repaired. I wont get into the details but they absolutely tried everything and kept me updated thru the whole process. And as the price was beginning to skyrocket, I told them my financial situation and they told me dont worry well work with you. After 4 days of trying everything they said they couldnt fix it. So as I went to pick it up with money to pay in hand and ready to max out my credit as well peter tells me no charge WHAT??? I absolutely wanted to cry. All the labor they did???? Pay nothing?!?!?!?! I cant thank these guys enough. Peter and techs thank you so much!! Youve allowed me to find a new car and still pay my bills. Not a lot of places would work that long and not charge you a dime. Im eternally grateful

Place is a rip off. Basic service charged $900. Next day battery died ac leaked all Freon out. He’d to go to another mechanic. Next mechanic I went to in s Miami told me a buddy of his used to work there, says they’re pressured to add all they can to run up bill.

I came this Sunday after mass to get my tire fix since I had a flat, but immediately as I pulled into the lot with a complete flat, I ask a service technician Roger for directions to where to leave my car. I pulled into a service lane bt he told me to move it into a visitor space but I told him that the tire was already flat and his rude response was..that is not my problem.... and walked away disrespectfully.I ask for the manager but was told he will be back tomorrow. My initial experience was very bad!! Afterwards I had to purchase a new tire and the assistant manager was helpful but it wasnt enough to overcome my disgust with Roger
