This pawn shop lets random people come in and use another persons name without checking identification. They are not friendly and aren’t quick to help if needed. I had pawned a tv and the shop was using my remote for their personal television and couldn’t locate mine when I came back to pick it up. Not very good customer service at all. I’m not upset with this particular store, I just don’t believe that their ethics are good.

This is probably the worst pawn shop I have ever done business with. Usually pawn shops are concerned about their reputation but not this one and not Brent. I have the pleasure of buying a counterfeit Les Paul by Gibson guitar from them. Before I made the purchase I checked the serial numbers with Gibson and it was manufactured in September of 2017. After purchase I took it to a local Gibson dealer to have some minor work done to it. I found out at that time that it was not a Gibson Les Paul but a counterfeit that I was sold. I contacted Gibson with photos and they confirmed what the guitar store had informed me of. I went back to them and was told that all sales are final. I noticed that they have signed sports memorabilia and autographs in a display case I was wondering how many of those were real also as I was told at the time that the Gibson Les Paul was an authentic model. Buyer beware. After attempting a return I was told all sales are final and they do not do returns. I feel as if I was had and might well be. I can only issue a warning buyer beware.

Nice mix of weapons ... good place to buy guns if you get a good deal.... buts they loan and buy to low (example : had a glock brand new worth 560 new and I know they wont give retail but 225 for a LOAN no way I wouldve gave another star if he wouldve at least 350 on loan especially that they are a new shop looking for clients) and sell way over price weapons ... once they are open for a while they will get a grip and be smarter and I will change my review as I see fit

These guys sold me a pressure washer that turns on but not spray and have leaks. Yeah bad service and no returns. If I could give zero I would.

Employees were rude didnt say nothing when I walked in today very gloomy atmosphere inside gun selection is terrible I counted 7 guns in total far from the pictures posted on Google dont waste your time in this place better off spending you money somewhere else
