Some items are extremely high priced. Some items are cheaper as well. Lots to look at. Great conversation with the owners.

Very poor customer service people were very rude and the stuff was way over priced also claims you have to be 21 to buy handgun ammo in texas which is not true dont waist your time here try Reynolds instead they were able to help me out with a quickness

One of my coworkers told me about this place for getting black powder supplies. These guys were very friendly and extremely helpful. Their prices are good too. Decent selection of firearms as well.Also have ammo. Def recommend to anyone in the area

Went in just looking, came out an hr or so later 1 weapon heavy. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They did not become frustrated ( as some do ) with me asking to hold and compare multiple different weapons. All the while I stated I was just looking. I ended up falling in love with a Defender. After comparing the price online, JTs price was cheaper. They were very helpful in holster selection, ammo selection and the paperwork for ownership. Im sure they have a slight markup on ammo and accessories but I felt everything was reasonably priced. They are a family owned business after all and they have to eat as well. Any profit they made was earned though their patience and willingness to help. If you are in the area, I recommend you try them out. It was refreshing finding a low pressure place to shop. I will definitely be returning for future transactions.

Extremely knowledgeable staff; friendly and straight forward. The owners tell it to you like it is, they dont beat around the bush. The staff are like walking Rolodex/encyclopedia. They have a fair selection and quite the ability to get any gun at a reasonable price for a local shop. Their ammo selection is vast and if you reload, this is the place to go locally to get all your materials. Best in the local Fort Hood area, hands down.

I have decided to stop coming here i recently bought an ak47 sling and the sling was very small i could barely get my shoulder through it ....so I decided to return it my next trip a week later I was there to buy ammo and they said NO RETURNS ALL SALES FINAL ...and this was literally a 15 dollar sling my buddy was also there to buy .25 ammo and they wanted over 20$ for 20 rounds thats over a dollar per round in a tiny caliber .....well they lost me as a customer and that equivalents to 600 yearly see yaa

Love this place! Young lady that runs it is very well versed in weapons, including unique weapons such as my Mosin-nagant. Always on point and know what the hell they are talking about. I for one live in Killeen but will have no issue traveling to Copperas Cove for my needs.

Was looking locally for a Sig P320 XFive in stock. Called them and they definitely had it it stock also picked up a 19X. Fyi they have Glock blue label pricing and offer LEO discount on some other brands that are in stock. If they dont have it theyll get it for sure. This guns shop has been a God send. I have a very specific taste in firearms and being around a military town usually makes it really hard to find anything Im ever looking for. Sure enough they had several firearms that fit perfectly into my collection. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful heck they actually helped me get into reloading which until then was not something I was ever confident enough to do. Their ammo selection is one of the best Ive ever seen in a small guns shop as well. They make it a point to have the ammunition for every firearm on their shelves and then some. To and include ammunition for some of my antiques that has long since been considered obsolete. This gun shop has never let me down and will always have my business. I must say though I do feel bad for the staff constantly being pestered and bullied by soldiers who think they know everything there is to know about firearms, on top of feeling as if the world owes them everything. It really makes me mad being a fellow veteran seeing this punks who havent earned squat acting like spoiled brats treating the owner, who is also a combat veteran, like crap.

I recently went into JTs to sell a couple of guns I never use anymore. Two guns in very good condition, though old.after waiting a few minutes, the lady picked up the desert eagle and immediately told me the rifling was worn out. absolutely not true. Ive owned this gun since 2000. when I bought it, it was in like new condition, and it remains that way. worth $900 easily, I would have taken $750. I could immediately tell they were looking for things to bring down the buying price. I didnt even attempt to show them the second more valuable gun. I got my crap and left. will not be going back. they wouldnt even entertain an explanation about how the rifling on desert eagle pistols it not the type kind you find in typical pistols. she just wanted to talk about how worn out it was. consequently, they lost my reloading supply loyalty as well.

Went in today to order a Glock 42 since everywhere sold out or wanting too much. She had one in the back that she just got in. Bought the pistol for the same price it would have cost me online. Saving me shipping and transfer fee. A little high on ammo, but good on everything else. I will be going back.

I sent a few items to them as a FFL. They were very helpful as I am a first time buyer. I had no idea what I was doing and the woman there walked me through everything. They also held the items for a while until I got my drivers license. I will continue to do business there. I just wish their prices were discounted.

Always has a great supply of ammunition, firearms, and reloading supplies. Things I cant find for my surplus weapons, I can find there at the shop. I drop by when I can and theres always something interesting to see!

Dude just tried to sell me 1000 rounds of 9mm FMJ for $760 and some change. First time and last time Ill ever go there. (Thats roughly $0.76 per round, making their sale twice what it should be, aka price gouging.)

Extremely high mark-ups. Try to up sell you on everything. Very rude, was unaware i have been a competitive shooter for years and have indepth knowledge of guns and prices.Was able to find the gun online for $1,000 shipped so $1,025 with the ffl transfer fee.They had the exact same gun in their case for $1600 + tax. Take your business elsewhere if you care about your money and customer service.

I bought M1 Garand Ammo there, PPU, owner says its 2750 FPS ammo, which is ok for an M1 garand. I fire the first round and noticed the primer flattened and a hole in the primer. Definately over pressure signs, but I think ok, maybe a fluke, second round, again heavy recoil, flattened primer and a hole in the primer. I fired the 3rd round, the round stuck in the chamber, primer flattened and when the bolt recoiled it came back so hard it ripped the the right side of the brass off and I have to extract the case from the chamber by running a cleaning rod down the barrel. I took the remaining rounds and empties back to JTs today. I showed them to him and the Misses running the place. They would not reimburse me for the ammo. Bad business folks , Ill never give the my business again. This is the second time they sold me bad stuff and would not take it back.

JT is very accommodating for FFL related transfers, as well as great depth of knowledge and professional.

I was needing a few parts to complete another build, called JT, they had them in stock, I picked them up 5 minutes later and was at the range in 20 minutes. They provided great service and I thank them for helping me get another build wrapped up.

I been to JT shop so many time. JT alway do her best to give a great price on ordering anything. I know sometime these guys online have a way better price than any local gun shop. Thats because a lots of time, they do not stock them. You can not compare a local gun shop to any online shopping. That is not fair to any of the local small store. And youre forgetting about the TAXES. I have never heard so much such bullshit from some of these people that is trying put down JT. That woman does everything by the book. Alway trying to help anyone and everyone thats walk in her shop. So, please before you try to put any bad remark online about her. You need to check you conscience. And hope that you can sleep better at night. Also, if anyone is Vietnamese JT SPORTS is the only store that I know of that can help you and speak to you in Vietnamese.
