The most fabulous place ever. They came to help my brother & I on the coast with a flat tire on a car rental. Of course it had no jack. Followed the person back to their business & all things were fixed with a smile. And it was after hours & my brother & I are in our 70s. wonderful people who go above & beyond. AAA never showed after waiting 3 hrs. This place will get pizza for lunch on me.

I do believe this is the first 5 star review Ive given - ever. In this case it is for the outstanding service and prompt attention given to my wife and I when we suffered a loose battery connection. Of course we didnt know that was the problem initially but Gavin found it within 10 seconds. Took about 5 minutes to access the terminals (silly Chevy Equinox) and we were back on the road in less time than it takes to get a coffee. Thank you Gavin for your excellence in customer service!

The best tire experience is ALWAYS at a Les Shwab store. And this one did not disappoint

Went there to get new master cylinder installed. Wel they did not bleed the brakes and 10 miles down the road I had very marginal braking. Very disappointed. Could have been disastrous. Beware... not the place for brakes...

I was an out-of-towner coming through with an issue with my vehicle. I couldn’t appreciate their willingness to help and get me taken care of more. Unfortunately, they couldn’t help me with my particular issue, but they still looked it over, rotated my tires, tightened my rear brakes, and sent me to a recommended full service shop for no charge. The shop they sent me to was also super kind, honest, talked to me immediately and checked out my issues for no charge.My situation could have been much more stressful, but it wasn’t, because this team is awesome. I believe the specific gentlemen that helped me was named Kevin(or at least started with a K…I meant to double check).Thanks!!

I’ve been buying tires here for a few years. I am a difficult person, I am not nice. The staff here all know my name and treat me as if I am the same as everyone else. Not only do I buy tires here but I bring in the most beat up bent junk to get aligned. I leave it for the day because I know it’s not any easy job. Perfect every time. If I forget to make my payments they just call and say Hi did you forget about your bill ? I like these people and have been running Maxxis and Toyo ever since I started going here.

Great service at Coos Bay Les Schwab. Had to have 2 tire pressure sensors replaced. They had the parts before noon the next day, got my truck in and had the job done within 30 minutes, AND at the price I was quoted on the phone (which was a 1/4 the amount the dealership quoted me). I had tires put on by them about a year ago and had excellent service then too. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Went in for an oil change, called to verify price and type of oil. First come first serve,, not that problem. Get there, told them 5 times what type of oil. 2 hours later they are done and put in the wrong oil, told me the bill would be $50 more than I was quoted, left paying $12 more than quoted. They are better for the tires, never had a problem with replacing my tires but today was a little upsetting.

Tried to pass off a used air bag as new for $198.00 , you could see where it had been mounted they told me it had just been rained on , no way it was a new bag it looked like hell . no stars , lost a long time customer .

This Les Shwab was only asked to replace one tire, check our brakes and give us a spare tire. They told us we were safe to travel to Sacramento CA. Well I guess they were sort of right we made it to Sacramento and almost as soon as we got there our drivers side front brake started grinding. To add insult to injury we also noticed a completely flat spare tire. So now our trip home is delayed until we can get these things fixed. We are however very fortunate that the brakes didnt go out over the mountains, because then we wouldnt be able to write this, for we would be dead. All we wanted to do was take care of a death in our family, and get home safe. Instead we get the stress of being forced to spend what little money we have left to fix a job that we already spent $500 to fix the first time. On top of having to book yet another night at our hotel(spending yet more money). I can assure you that I, my son, my two unborn twins, and my wife will never use this les shwab again. I also believe they owe us $1400, of which we will probably never see. But dont get me wrong we are happy our family dosent have to grieve over an additional 5 people.P.S. Negative stars really need to be available.

They are very professional here. Came in for ball joints. They got right on it and found the problem was not the ball joints. Fixed it for half the price. Also free WiFi and water is only $1. Everyone runs from station to station.

Service was quick and the agent at the desk on day of purchase was pleasant, but thats all the nice things I can say. The tires were an exorbitant price, were presented to me as a high end option with great warranty. However I am Canadian and was on a roadtrip when the tires were installed and have discovered that the quality is exceedingly poor and have lasted only 5 months of highway driving, less than a third of the warrantied mileage. The warranty is worthless as despite all offers to provide full documentation of maintenance, photographs of the tires wear, etc they will not honor the warranty unless all maintenance was performed at a les schwab and I physically return the tires to the shop (the border is closed!! I am willing to provide any info and documentation the require but remotely obviously). Honestly, in the end the worst tire shop experience of my life and worst overall purchase. Do not get these dean tires they are trash! And zero traction... Slid 200ft at a start speed of 30mph and nearly wrote off my car a week after installation with a small amount of frost on the road. Couldnt even feel a hint of grip when the brakes were depressed. Worst. Tires. Ever.

Went back in August 2020 for an alignment. Was told that I needed to get parts to be able to align the front end. I scheduled the service with time for them to order the parts. Service was quick and person at the front desk was nice, but I wasnt told till after I paid over $400 that they werent able to do the alignment perfectly because one of the parts purchased didnt come with the ball and joints and I would have to buy them and reschedule for the alignment to be finished.You run a tire shop and perform associated services, but didnt know that a product you probably routinely purchase didnt have the parts needed to complete the service? When I agreed to buying parts associated with the service, I dont understand how this wasnt anticipated and how all the needed parts werent ordered.I wont be returning to this business. Sadly I havent been able to find a reliable shop since moving here and assumed a chain would at least up hold some type of integrity, but I guess not.

Awesome help once again noticed a tire gettn ready to blow they rushed one over from another store 90$ was kinda steep but they got me fixed up again good people!

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now, and I’ve always enjoyed their service for the most part, but they’ve been getting progressively worse the past two years. Their tire selection is very poor. Either they have very good tires at $200 a pop or they have cheap off brand tires that are very portly rated. I decided to purchase brand new quality tires from tire rack to have installed there, and they wouldn’t touch them because they weren’t purchased there, but due to their poor tire selection I had no choice but to shop elsewhere. They also failed to mention that to me before my appointment (mentioned I had already purchased the tires when I made the online appointment) so I wasted my time. It’s a shame, but I’ll probably be taking my business to Tom’s Tire Pros. Larger tire selection, cheaper prices, better service, and locally owned.

I needed new tires, and because I have a minivan I want tires that are a smooth, quiet ride. The young man I dealt with showed me which tire I should use. And even though I had only gone in to get a price I left with four brand new tires! And I have to say I am thoroughly happy with my new tires!! He did not lie to me they are a wonderful smooth quiet ride and Im quite happy with them. Theyre worth every penny I paid.

You don’t tell someone there trailer (2 wheels) will be done in an hour if it really takes 4 hours even now writing this post only one wheel has even been taken off! Not even a phone call was made to us to let us know it would take this long they say “home of sudden service” I say it takes so long I’m feeling nervous. I used to work at a shop personally and even at our busiest it never took more that an hour especially on a trailer maybe y’all need a rockstar or something? Either way for what I paid I’m very disappointed (this is the only les Schwab I’ve had an issue with)

Gentlemen that helped me was nice, friendly, and quick. I think his name was Alyn. I didnt have my car door shut after pulling in before being approached and asked if I was helped. Dude was on it, and I appreciate that. No charge due that lifetime warranty. Thanks.

I was on vacation with the family, camping on the Oregon coast, when my brakes began to grind. Brice, at the Coos Bay location, was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon so we could make it home safely on Sunday. Thanks to Brice and the team we will not miss work on Monday and have peace of mind going back over all the mountain passes!

What a great place all the employees are fantastic. Sometimes I think important information is not passed on to a newer employee. And if the stuff is not put on the invoice from the person at the front desk it just causes double work. Otherwise they are great

They always do a great job on tires and breaks with awesome warranties. They are fast and they also welcome walk ins with no problem. Ive never had to make an appointment. The waiting room is spacious with nice chairs. Free popcorn and coffee make the wait even easier.

Kenny was so kind and helpful! I was in town for one night but blew out a tire on my way over and had to be towed into town. They fixed the issue in less than two hours. Thats definitely not where I wanted to find myself but they made my morning as good as it couldve been under the circumstances, thanks guys!

They were great helping us decide whether we should get tires right away or if we could wait to get home a 4 hour drive away. I appreciated that he laid out our options without bias. Then after we talked and decided to get them before coming home, he also gave us options on tires based on what we could afford and how/where we drive.

The guys here are MORE then amazing!!:):) my mom & I were on a trip from WA to CA & we kept having problems driving--sometimes the whole vehicle and steering wheel would shake like we had a separating tire & sometimes it drove fine but we had two shops check and they couldnt find anything wrong. We were about to give up and have the van towed home. We had a kitten traveling with us that has a heart problem as well and he is terrified of men and noises so we were VERY leery of trying to have yet another shop check the van out. We decided to try these guys as a last ditch effort and when we told the man what the vehicle was doing he knew IMMEDIATELY what was wrong & said it was an easy fix. We explained about our kitten as well and he said it would be no problem for me to just stay in the van with my kitten and they would just lift the front wheels. While they were working on the van they were SO sweet about my kitten!!--making sure to close the doors quietly & when they had to open the door I saw them holding their hand to block by the seat in case my kitten tried to come out (he would have been to scared & would not have) it was SOOOO SWEET!!! Also one man went in to tell my mom I didnt have to wait in the van because he didnt know about my kitten & when my mom told him I was in there cuz of my kitten he said he will make sure not to use as many power tools then!!!!:):):) BEYOND SWEEET!!!! Not only did they save our whole trip and our safety~~they also helped make my kitten so much braver with their kindness & extreme sensitivity!!!:):):)

We were told at another tire store that we needed a new tire but didnt have one in stock. They couldnt fix it. But the gentleman at Les Schwab told us they could fix it or if we wanted to buy a tire we could. But he recommended that we fix it instead because the tire was in great shape. What an honest business.!!

I had an entirely excellent experience at this Les Schwab center. I got an immediate and friendly response when I first called for a check-up due to noise in the front of the car, the check-in was fast when I arrived, and after a twenty-minute wait the technician heard me out and immediately seemed to know what was going on. Fortunately nothing was wrong (a small rock had lodged and then dislodged itself in the brake), and the review of all four wheels and brakes was free to boot.

We’re traveling and had a tire that kept going low. I called and was told to stop by and they’d take a look. Stopped by at 12:00 and was back on the road by 12:15. When I asked how much I owed Ricky said I didn’t owe anything, he said, “that’s how we do things around here”. Wow, super nice people! Thanks!

They fixed my air leaking tire quickly and at no charge :) I needed a quote on new tires and was given several options, the differences of which were explained to me as well as the pricing. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this location!

Good service always at either store I go to

They do good work and try to have good customer service. However if you work a 8-5 job whenever you try to go in they will always be busy. I got two tires replaced and I waited about 40 minutes before my vehicle even got put on the jacks. Good variety of tires but prices can be slightly above average.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Worse place ever! Told me my car was all over the road because of the front tires. So they put new tires on and supposedly did an alignment . Not even a month later and my car is doing it again. Now one of my new tires is tore up. They are saying I need another alignment! Wont actually fix the real problem

What can I say that probably hasnt already been said. On two separate occasions with two different vehicles I had brought them in with issues from the brakes. Both times the guys test drove them and came back with nothing wrong. Both vehicles were in need of a brake job. I dont understand why they would turn business away. Mind blown!

Amazing service! I commute between Roseburg and North Bend. I got a flat in Elkton. I managed to get it changed and make it to work. However, 6:00 pm rolled around at the office and I rushed out to find a permanent tire fix. I pulled up to les Schwab at 6:05... these guys were amazing! They didn’t hesitate to stay late and help. They got me back on the road-in 15 minuets- no charge! I will only buy tires from these guys! I’m a fan of compassion and professionalism. I could not be more humbled. Thank you.
