Wife and I needed an oil change before we went on a road trip to see family. They were very kind and respectful. Did an excellent job and even cleaned up our dashboard and aired up our tires for free. Also sent us off with a free goodie bag with hot chocolate and some candy. Would highly recommend them.

We recently got new tires on one of our family’s cars. We decided to try Tom’s Tire Pros as they were new and we’d heard good things. The service was fast and friendly! Tom himself welcomed us and talked with us about our needs. They were very knowledgeable about the different tires and which ones would work best for our needs. The prices were very affordable so we went for one of the nicer options. It is so nice to know our family is safe when we drive—the tires drive smoothly and I feel safer when it rains. We will absolutely return when our other vehicle needs tires!! I can not recommend them enough! Thanks, Tom, to you and your team!!!

Excellent service

Cant give enough great compliments. We limped into the shop with a broken leaf spring on our 5th wheel. Tom and his team could have easily turned us away. Instead they put together a temporary fix to get us to our cmpgrd causing them to stay well past closing. They then ordered the part and were able to install it the day we left town.Breaking down while traveling, esp with an RV, is never fun but Tom and team made it as painless as possible. I knew we were in the best possible place when I saw how actively involved Tom was with all aspects of his business. My sincerest thanks to Tom and his team.

Omg. Tom is the BEST. I’m traveling cross country, 6000 miles so far, and I got a flat.. on a Sunday! Nothing was open and I was supposed to backpack the Redwoods with a friend starting tonight. Tom happened to be here today getting ready for his open house tomorrow and said he’d fix it for me!! I’ve always gone to Les Schwab for all my tire needs, but recently went there to get a brand new set of tires put on my BMW. I purchased my tires from Tire Rack because Les Schwab had a poor selection and they refused to touch them. Luckily Austin at Toms Tire Pros was able to get me in on short notice and get them mounted ASAP! The service was excellent, the prices were cheaper, and they performed a pretty thorough safety inspection for free. They also vacuumed my car and left me a little gift on my seat! Overall I was super happy with them and I will definitely be going back soon to get tires put on my Volkswagen! Les Schwab lost my service for sure, but if they hadn’t screwed me over I probably wouldn’t have discovered this fantastic shop!

Toms Tire Pros is a relatively new business in the area, but theyve already won me over as a loyal customer. My 2010 Toyota RAV4 has an unusual factory option, so the car has no spare tire. It requires specialized run flat tires that can go up to 100 miles without air. Toms people knew all about this type of tire and recommended the best brand (Bridgestone DriveGuard). The tires were not in stock, but were quickly brought in and installed. Everything was excellent: the tires, the installation, the price, the customer service and communication. I think Toms Tire Pros is the best!
