They have available staff that are not real pushy. The area inside and out looks very clean and nice plus they have a sitting area with wifi and a nice eating or drink place indoors. Foods, dessert items coffees and soda pop. Very nice and right on the main Hwy

This was my first time getting my car serviced at this dealership. I stopped in this morning to make an appointment. Brady told me that I could come back today at 3pm. I arrived, drove right into the service area and was greeted by a woman. She got my car in for my service right away. It didnt take very long and they asked if I wanted a car wash. So far, so good with this Toyota Sienna that I bought a year and a half ago. I felt I got great service today at Coos Bay Toyota.

I have always thought that the Prius dealership handled my recalls fast and efficiently. That being said I havent had to go in there for about a year. Today I was stuck in a parking lot with my 2011 Prius with an error on my screen . I called and asked to talk to the service guys and the service assistant answered the phone and I told her that I needed to find out how to bypass the error because I was stuck in a parking lot. And could not go backwards forwards in gear etc. She said she had no idea what the message was and sorry she couldnt help but it would be about the 16th which is 15 days away before she could give any assistance to me. I wasnt happy. I ended up calling and asking for assistance by another person and the other company, sent somebody out, got my car started and helped me get to their place to make sure that I could get a battery put into my car because that was what was causing the issue. They fixed it they replaced it within 30 minutes and charged me and affordable price. I am very disappointed in Toyota in coos Bay at the moment. The person below responded to this review asking me to contact them. I did so and they never replied back.

I have, since buying my car there, always brought it in for its periodic service needs, the car has been 100% reliable, and though it was 2nd hand, not new, they have treated it and myself as a 1st class customer with every courtesy. If I needed new tires, they had no problem with my getting them elsewhere, if I found a better deal, ( Im a bargain hunter), I was never subjected to any high pressure, or pressured in any way whatsoever. I have had a 3 year, very wonderful relationship with this dealership, and I would highly recommend buying a car there, as well as having it serviced there. Very straightforward, and honest people there.

I pretty much knew what I wanted in a car, and just wanted to look around and maybe test drive a few. The salesman, James, was very patient and answered all of my many questions about the vehicles. After a few test drives I knew it was the time to purchase one. I am very pleased with my new car. The girls in the cafe always remember me and my kids, and my puppy they are sweet hearts! The maintenance service staff are amazing as well. They just need to get rid of the lady in charge of rentals, very rude and unhelpful, made renting a bad experience.

I always get great service from them. But in a recent service. They forgot to perform an open recall correction. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to reschedule to have this done when it could’ve been done when I was having the car serviced. I think that’s a huge mistake service advisor needs to be better aware of the cars he is servicing.

The work they do is good, but took it in for one thing picked it up and the door was out of place, causing it to make a loud clunk when shutting. They insisted they didnt cause..what theres goblins in the parking lot that got in between them being done and me picking it up? I think not..

My service Manager was Annie, she was very clear on all the charges and maintenance that was going on with my vehicle. And even though I had multiple issues with my vehicle. She was able to get the price down to something that I could afford. And set me up with a 10% veteran discount. Definitely one of the BETTER interactions. That I have had with Toyota.I’ll be sure to make the Coosbay location MY go to Toyota dealer. (Also they threw In a free headlight restoration. Staff always friendly, courteous and helpful. Service is as quick as the job allows. My last service was for a safety recall. I expected to be there pretty much all day. Job was completed within three hours. To do the job the service tech had to drain the gas tank and put the gas back when finished. Im impressed!

The prices for service are a bit higher here but everything is explained in very good detail on what will be done before handing over the keys and they give you how much to expect the service to cost. Only issue, we were told it had remote start, and we’ve come to believe it doesn’t, which is an inconvenience for my wife, who is the primary driver.The scheduled maintenance visits are in and out, no long waits.I would absolutely recommend Coos Bay Toyota.

Coos Bay Toyota is a nice friendly place that is aimed at service. The volume in service department makes for long waits but theres free coffee and a snack bar with places to sit and waste your day. So plan lots of time if your going to wait. Ive complained about a leak after my first oil change 3 years ago that was just acknowledged last week. On purpose or poor quality work not sure. Not overall happy with the service department but what can you do. Good luck!

I don’t think battery problems on my hybrid should take a three week wait for an appointment.I also believe $125.00 to tell me I need a new batty is unreasonable ,especially since I mentioned I thought that was the problem.I care enough to shop local and support your business. Would never buy or take a Vehicle here. A friend went in for some service work, in the process they had their car damage by an employee from backing into it. They tried to deny,finally admit fault and now still refuse to repair their car the correct way! AVOID

Went in for a leaf spring recall and wow I was floored on how nice the dealer is .. they have a sweet lounge area with a fireplace and a little restaurant area .. as for the service it went great …

I told them THREE TIMES that I just had an oil change; the person writing down the orders repeated that fact every time, yet I was charged for an oil change to the tune of $215.42. The had the wrong license plate number for my vehicle. The person at the service window couldnt explain to me why I had to pay $783.09 for less than four hours of labor. (It was explained to me by others, though I do not agree with that system.) When I voiced my concern about the labor cost, the man asked me if I wanted him to fix it, but then immediately placed blame and guilt onto me. He said things like, Well, you signed the paper saying you would pay for it, and Dont you want the workers to get paid for their labor? I am positive they do not make $115/hour or benefit monetarily for completing the job in less time than allotted. This happened Friday. It is only Wednesday evening, but I havent heard from Toyota yet, even though I sent e-mails to the person interacting with me, and a copy of it to his boss.

Had my Prius towed in with hybrid system issue. It took a while to get on the repair schedule but once on the schedule the repair was quick and reasonable. Communication with the service advisor was great.

He had so many things he was doing while the 3 girls one said manager and the cashier did nothing and I couldnt tell if Brody was talking to me or someone on the phone, maybe need to adress that because other customers were having the same problem , he needs to actually answer a phone instead of the ear piece or the 2 girls could answer the phone

From the staff friendly to the dog friendly environment it was a fun and comfortable place to wait while service was being performed on my vehicle. Good deal on the car but salesman told me I was disrespectful for not waiting around for him to be done with other clients. Ask for the out the door price, then go talk to the finance manager to make sure the amount is right before getting a check.

We had a major breakdown with our Nissan and got towed to Coos Bay Toyota. They were amazing at being proactive in ordering parts while we were being towed in. They were great at taking the time to talk us through the work that had to be done, giving us accurate quotes, and at getting the work done as quickly as possible. Summer in Customer service worked very hard to get our parts in quickly and communicated all work that needed to be done as well as securing us a loaner car. Darren the mechanic took the time to show us the problems by taking us into the shop and under the car and talk us through the work. The whole team went above and beyond!As a bonus the dealership has wifi, computers you can use and a kids room with toys and movies and a cafe.

I recently bought my first Car at Coos Bay Toyota, I called in the morning to ask if a Tacoma that was recently posted was still available and was helped by James. The past couple weeks I’ve had salesmen laugh when they found out my age and what I was trying to buy, believing I wouldn’t be able to get qualified. Having this be my first car buying experience I couldn’t of asked for anything better. I currently live In Las Vegas NV but am from Oregon and would be home soon to buy a Tacoma. James helped me sign everything electronically, got me the best deal, and went above and beyond for myparents when they came to test drive the truck for me just hours after calling that morning. From online search start to finish this was the easiest truck buying experience I have ever had! I found a truck I wanted on their website, and was able to check availability of this actual truck and ask questions. I filled out an online application and made the trip up to Coos Bay. Their prices were cheaper than other Toyota dealers in the region and they had the same truck they said they had online, (not always the case). Most of my questions were answered via online messenger before my trip to the dealer.Once there I was greeted by an amazing and welcoming staff and an awesome sales associate named Mark. They were not hard pressuring or pushing to sell additional things or services. They were knowledgeable and excited about the vehicles they sell. We were in and out quickly, since the sales team keeps things efficient! Loved the whole experience! I’d highly recommend this dealership!

After a terrible experience at a nearby dealership, I called Sheri to see if she could help. Sheri was excellent, answered all of my questions, even quadruple checked the questions I had. When we got there, we met her and James, who showed us the vehicle. After a quick test drive- I already knew what I wanted- I was greeted with a vanilla latte from their cafe. Cindy handled the financing part- she was friendly and professional and put me at ease. Everyone did, in fact. The whole team was great and so willing to help. We were in and out in just under an hour and a half- they stayed past closing but never made us feel rushed. They know their stuff when it comes to helping out military and we were happy to do business with them. We came from out of state and thought we would have to return home empty handed- thanks to them, our goal was accomplished!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!Brand new truck has been in 3 different times for the same repair. Last one was an actual recall, after the repair, it still has the same issue with the anti-collision braking system as confirmed by your diagnostics. Called and left messages to speak with a manager, one was on vacation and the other never got back to me. Wrote a letter to the owner of the dealership, sent it registered mail, it was received and signed for on the 11th (24 days ago) no response. Completely disappointed in every aspect of the customer service and overall lack of concern from the company, this vehicle is unsafe to be on the road and I refuse to be responsible for any accidents this failure may cause
