I love the mini service you get when you go to Oregon.

Always great service but they should have more than 1 surveillance camera at the Basset Hyland location. My purse was stolen right out of my front seat when I went in to the store to pay for my gas & get a quart of oil & a van was blocking the view of my car when the thief opened my drivers door & stole my purse so there was no proof of who did it

Asked to wear a mask, get with the times, Oregon mask mandate was over a long time ago

The red headed male attendant was extremely rude and threatened to call the cops because I pulled in almost completely empty. I spoke to the cashier and explained that I was nearly out of gas & that I was trying to sell a couple items for gas money. He was fine with it, I saw one person pull a bike out of his car and asked if he was interested in a bike rack for $10 so I could get home.

I have been a customer of this Chevron for about 10 years. I appreciate the customer service and clean bathrooms when I come in. The managers are great listeners will go the extra mile to take of you. I always choose this gas station when I need to refuel.

They are always friendly and happy to chat with the locals. We buy A LOT of fuel there at all hours of the morning. At 2 am they are as friendly as they are at 4 pm. Thanks for being there!

It is not often that I refuel my vehicle in Oregon. This is only because I do enjoy refueling my vehicle myself:) However, on the rare occasion that it is necessary to refuel, the objection to Oregons mandated state law for full service gas station pumps is absent;) My visit here to refuel last Veterans Day was pleasant and quick; with clean restrooms, friendly customer service, and good selection of hot instant beverages. Shout out to Ken for refueling my vehicle, and to Teresa at the register. Thank you both!!

Employees are always friendly, prompt with service, and helpful. In over 10 years I have never had any issues!

I come here often and tonight the little lady working made my day i believe her name is violet or something like that. The world needs more customer service such as her!!!!!

Customer service is customer service no matter what planet you live on When a customer comes in and asks for a product you dont carry, talking down to them, rolling your eyes at them and then walking away from a customer while they are TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING FROM YOUR STORE IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This might be Oregon but it is still in America

Every time I get gas at this chevron Jeff gives me aditude about using my Safeway rewards as if I was inconveniencing him.

I dont normally stop at a Chevron but this one is fantastic!
