The staff was very helpful on getting my storage unit and helping me out .It was very easy to rent a unit online and I like that there is a lobby area to pull in my car and unload my stuff . Also , they have carts to help bring my stuff up to my storage unit .It is very nice the storage units are inside out of the cold .Very nice place to store your belongings . Very safe .

Easy to setup account, great 1st month discount. Typical storage unit. Wish they had 24 hour access. Or you could sign up to access your storage unit after hours. Plenty of carts to move your stuff to your unit. Elevators are large & quick moving between floors.

Best customer service Ive ever seen. Ive never actively left a review without being asked, but I will here. I needed something stored at a moments notice. I called them about 15 minutes before they closed, they were very understanding and helpful, and in 15 minutes they got me squared away with a space, code to get in, and contracts all signed. Super easy and quick, not something I expected from a storage unit. Absolutely amazing company that I would recommend to Absolutely anyone.

Justin was amazing during the entire process. He showed us any size units we wanted to see, made sure we got exactly what we were looking for and was very helpful and personable. Building is new, so obviously really clean and secure. Super easy to get signed up!

Justin was very friendly and helpful. Couldnt have asked for a better experience getting set up and moved in... however the rest of the extra space storage company and people are rude and greedy. I was told that as the occupancy of the building went up so would the rent, but not for 6 to 12 months and no more than 10 dollars. Well after the building manager and builder decided to crank the ac to full because of the heat on level four causing rust on the new structure, it caused a ton of condensation on the ducts running through my unit which in turn got some of my things wet and left a puddle of water on the floor. Justin was great again and moved me to a bigger unit for the same price. Two months later he said the new district manager wouldnt let him discount the price anymore, so the payment went up from 80 to 100. One month later it went up 40 dollars because of their occupancy rule. So a 60 dollar raise after being told it wouldnt be anymore than 10 dollars in 6 months to a year. I was only there for 3 MONTHS!!! The place is a scam and after moving to another place with the same size unit, I found out that there version of 10x10 isnt really true. Save your money and go some place else.

We had a great experience renting a storage unit from Justin last evening. He answered all our questions and took the time to show us multiple units so we were able pick the perfect size for our storage needs. Its nice to have climate controlled storage for a reasonable price.

This place is impressive. Newer built facility. Very clean. The manager James was super helpful getting my lease set up and answering any questions as well as calming my nerves about my property being stored there as the site is under 24 hr camera surveillance with pin code required access. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
