I would strongly encourage yall to look elsewhere, I was with these guys for 2 years and I might have as well thrown my money in the trash.Overpriced and mice infested, out of a 5x10 unit I was only able to save 4 small boxes, all of my sons old Halloween costumes from when he was born were wrecked along with everything else in there.I will post pictures.About 4 miles from this place I have a same 5x10 unit INDOOR CLIMATE CONTROLLED for literally 25 bucks these guys want to charge 88 for an outdoor 5x10 and a 5 dollar inconvenience fee for paying online.Office attendant was extremely nice I do give her that.

This is the best storage facility I have used. They are affordable, well kept and the people there are very nice as well as helpful when you need something. Access to the building is easy for members and I felt my items were secure. Highly recommend this storage facility.

My interactions with staff have nothing but positive! They were very helpful and informative from day one, and when it was time to move out they made everything clear and easy for me to understand. If I ever need storage solutions, I will be heading right back to see if they have availability!

Easy access, great staff. When I needed a U-Haul at the last minute, they found one. Definitely would rent again if I am in the area.

This is by far the best and most affordable storage facility I’ve used. Very clean, friendly customer service, and always plowed and shoveled in the winter. They also didn’t try to charge me any hidden fees when I was ready to vacate my unit. Megan at the service desk is very friendly and helpful.

We have been with CR Storage now going on our 5th year, I have always found their representatives responsive and accommodating. Very good service from my end to date. Thank you CR Storage!

These guys are CROOKS! I’ve never used the storage locker and they keep charging me months after I canceled the unit. Fraudulent activity- supposedly they put their own lock on a locker to make it look like I actually used the unit

The gate watch lady is really friendly

Awful! Slow, confused lady who struggled with the computer and her phone. The office has a horrid stench, and the truck smelled awful. Check engine light went on immediately, had to return the with truck adding miles to my contract.

I do not recommend storing your belongings here. we prepaid for 4 months at a discounted rate. Price is pretty good. About a month before our prepay was up I got an email saying rent would be due. I responded with the fact that we would be out by the prepaid time and did not intend to renew the lease. I got no response to this email fast forward to a week prior to our prepaid being up I emailed them saying we were out early there was mouse damage to all of our belongings including them chewing on our furniture and being in our boxes covering our belongings with pee and poop. They responded to this by saying that we needed to give them two weeks notice for vacating the unit and they would charge us for not giving them that notice. I attached my previous email and told them I did give them notice. They asked me to fill out a form which I did and I returned nothing back from them. fast forward 2 weeks Ive been calling leaving voicemails asking about the damage to our belongings because of the mice and I finally get a call saying rent is due! I again told them about the emails forwarded them again and told them that we had ended our lease with the unit. The person told me Ill take care of it and hung up still not mentioning the damage. Ive left several voicemails since and nobody has returned my calls. If you care about you belongings dont store them here, we are still finding mice in our belongings.

Employees are great and understanding. Prices for storages and fair and an all around great place.

I NEEDED OPEN STORAGE FOR VAN IN HURRY BECAUSE OF SNOW PARKING RRESTRICTIONS. vALL LOT SPACE WAS $69 BUT THERE WERE OTHER UNLISTED CHARGES. $69 LOT FEE, $38 ADMINISTRATION FEE, $32 SNOW REMOVAL FEE, AND $12 TAG FEE, COST $149. tHEIR ARE BETTER CHOICES AROUND AND SAFER AS YOU CAN WALK THUR FENCE HOLES, AND PLACE LOOKS LIKE A JUNK YARD,THEY ARE ALL SMILES AS THEY ADD FEE AFTER FEE.

Trailer was there less then a month the locks were cut off and my trailer was broken into I brought it up to the front office a filed a police report was told I was gonna get a call on the security footage from the main storage office but have not heard anything I had to call them and they have yet to look to see if the cameras even work. Horrible service

Any facility that deactivates the code before a person can get off the property with their belongings is no good. My mother passed away Friday. Payments draft on the 12th. Unit was emptied on the 10th and they’re still refusing even a partial refund because I didn’t give two weeks notice. So even though the unit is paid for through July 9th I’m now locked out so they can collect double rent for the month. I get there needs to be policies but there’s also a thing called extenuating circumstances and this is awful. I’d suggest renting a unit elsewhere!

The place is taken care of. The staff was friendly and easy to work with.

They have just 3 cameras working, and it’s unsafe, someone tried to stole my truck and broke it. When I went to the police to make a report they said many people report the same thing.

Amber was great in getting us set up with a storage unit.

The location is safe and secure but they have New management every other month plus other people park in your spot. Would not recommend if you have an outside unit.

Havent been with them for a few years are very helpful and try their best to help with any problems you might have

Had lots of problems with them...price increase after 1 month, couldnt get into my storage unit when I went to put my stuff in there and could not get a hold of anyone to come and take their lock off. Heard theyre under new management but....

I have been with Coon Rapids Storage forthe past five months and have had nothingbut great things to say about then .On my last visit I had a young lady help me andshe gave me great service and help me with myproblem thanks again to her . Newly refurbished roofing. Parking lot and driveways are a disaster. Filled with potholes and small ponds. So many old vehicles that it looks like a junkyard.

Sure would be nice if they could fix potholes very hard to tow anything even on roads. I was told new blacktop two years ago.

Great staff. Went the extra mile to keep my business when I found a cheaper storage locker someplace else.

Lady working was very nice and professional. Facilities looked nice and clean.

Could use updating but the price is awesome and the facilities are up to par with what I need. Cool promotion for the baseball tickets too!

NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR STUFF. The staff is very friendly but they told us there are cameras down every row which is a lie. We had someone break into our unit and take stuff. The fence is broke in spots and it looks like people have jumped the fence before.

DONT RENT HERE, YOULL BE SORRY!!!! By all means, store anything you dont mind being infested by mice!!! Yep, thats right, MICE!!! They chewed and destroyed designer purses, electrical cords for expensive kitchen appliances, clothes, shoes, nothing was safe in what I believed was a safe and secure storage facility. There was mice fecies everywhere, it was disgusting!!!

Dont rent from these guys! Too bureaucratic. They wouldnt let my wife use the bathroom in the office, she had to leave the premises *in the moving truck* and find a gas station (its a liability issue, of course!). Then when it comes time to move out, they require a 14 day notice and THEY DONT PRORATE.
