Finding an honest mechanic is hard. Shawn “the owner” got my car on the rack for free and took a look at something I thought was messed up. Not knowing much about cars gives me anxiety. Trust is huge when it comes to this stuff. I trust Shawn and I will continue to come here for the long haul.

Called on a Friday hours before they closed and they were able to mount some atv tires on rims for me! Great service!

Very good people working here great customer service. They have reasonable prices and people who know what they should know how to fix your car and get you back on the road. They are great about keeping you informed about your vehicle and how much things will cost before they preform any service especially if its gonna cost more than they originally thought. They offer loaner vehicles if you are over I think it was 25 and have a drivers license and proof of insurance. It has been a great experience each time Ive went there and I will be going back if my situation makes it necessary. This was especially great after some bad experiences Ive had at other car places.

I have been here twice now the first time I went for an oil change I got off Groupon. I have always received my oil change from another business but just moved into the area so wanted to give it a shot. The tech has noticed my lights were dim and asked if I wanted them buffered so I could see better. No other place has even taken the time to evaluate the importance of that, recommend it or offer to do it. These babies are shining!! The fact they cared enough to ask was very inviting! I went back today for a second time with my other vehicle and again received the same honest valued service! I truly highly recommend this place. The professionalism and care taken is almost unheard of in this day and age! I wish I could give them more stars!!!

After 4 long years of going to various local mechanics, Minnesota Automotive figured out my intermittent hard steering and squealing sounds. It was just a loose serpentine belt issue. They tightened after inspection of the belt and now my steering is finally great again! I love they offered to fix all my other problems that some shops avoided. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge and great service. Im so relieved it wasnt a major problem too! I highly recommend them for major and minor car problems! Nice people there as well! Thank you for helping me with my car!

Aaron, and I think their names were Andrew and Rebecca were friendly and kind. Iset up an appointment for an oil change and my car battery died as I was leaving, so I was late. They did a great job and gave me a great price on a replacement battery. Friendly people, good service, competitive pricing. I highly recommend Minnesota Automotive!

Great service, great price! I had my tires and a full synthetic oil change completed there a few weeks ago. The tires were the nicest I have ever put on and even with the oil change, it came in a few hundred less than other places I have had tires done in the past. The free loaner while they worked on my car was a great perk too!

I have known the owner for 20 years. He has kept my cars running, is reliable, honest, does not fix things that do not need to be fixed. He tells you what is a priority and helps out anywhere he can. He will tell you if the car is even worth fixing when there older. He will treat you right and honor his work. I do not say this just because Ive known him so long. I have had other mechanics in the past and Aaron has been the best as of date. If you dont believe me, check him out for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Brandon at Minnesota Automotive is hands down thee most attentive mechanic to worked on my car. He stays late, keeps in touch about the details and status of your vehicle, and has even called and followed up after the fact. Rest of the crew is great as well, but I would ask for Brandon!!!

I dropped my car off at about 10 am and had it back at about 1:30! They did an oil change, topped off my differential oil and changed my cabin air filter all in that time! I am pleased with the work that was done and the value I got it for. Friendly people and I will be going there everytime I need something done on my car!

My family has trusted mike and Gary for years. Recently they have been under new ownership and management. One repair lead to another lead to another. Took our car else where and they lied.. those repairs didn’t need to be done. Went for a third opinion to be sure and same thing. The bill they quotes me was outrageous, We where gonna junk the car. I wasn’t worth fixing it... I would highly recommend not trusting these people. It’s sad to see that to our local reliable auto shop is not trust worthy.

Ive continually had amazing and affordable service at Mikes Tire One. Everyone is so sweet and friendly, and Ive never once felt taken advantage of, nor felt that Im breaking the bank. I couldnt recommend it more! I live almost 40 minutes away, and could easily find a closer auto shop, but the drive is so worth it!! Very home-y feel too in that they always remember my name and face and great me w a big hello.

So happy with the service I recieved both times I have been there. First time was for new tires and a front end alignment. Six months later all is great and the cost was better than expected. I Love this place. HOWEVER, a couple days ago I called and asked if I could schedule an oil change and an employee named Chris said We are pretty booked all day. Later that day I called and asked again, just to check, and to my surprise there were more than one time slots open for an oil change. To me it sounded like Chris didnt want to do any more work than he had too, so just make sure you talk to an honest employee.

I went in just want to use the tire pump for 2 of my tires that kept on getting low..before I knew 2 of the guys were offering to take the tires off & look at them for me. Found a leak & one & cant remember what was up. But they fixed them & filled them pronto for me. They take really good care of my vehicles, I have been going there for years now! I would highly recommend!

Mikes has always treated me courteously and quickly. They even vacuum out my car! They are reasonably priced and offer coupons, making the purchase even more reasonable. They told me, when they learned of my husbands passing, that they would watch out for my car needs and let me know when certain things are needed for regular maintenance, I really appreciate the personal care.
