I stopped in this morning and was helped with the diagnosis of my lit engine light. The young man who helped me was so nice and professional and he diagnosed my problem in minutes! It was my first time at an AutoZone and it was a very positive experience. I will surely go back if Im in need of their services again.

Great service help me get everything I needed

I was trying to be my independent self and do things on my own. I needed a new headlight and decided I would change my engine and cabin air filters also. Headlight replaced, done. Engine air filter replaced, done. Cabin air filter, i needed help. I did everything right but wasnt able to get the new filter in. I drove back and explained my situation and they just put it in for me. I love it!

Nice staff. I purchased various lights for my vehicle. The man working was 50% correct, not sure if this is a software issue or an employee issue.

Spent 20 minutes messing around trying to get the advertised price on oil and a filter. Absolutely insane. They couldnt get me the correct price. Then they got close to it, and tell me they wont apply the $5 coupon, even though they had it in the previous oil bundle transaction.I went next door to Oreilly, found and advertised deal on oil and a filter, and wouldnt you know they rang me up with the correct price, what a concept! Who would have thought an auto store could be so simple.Absolutely infuriating experience at this Auto Zone.

The guys here are always quick to help and very friendly. My wife and I always find it a pleasure to stop in here when we need something. The manager (cant remember his name off the top of my head) is always helpful and makes sure you have everything you need or will take care of any issues you may have. The service here is why I stopped going to the competitor next door.

Went their and bought parts my rotor was falling apart so I was trying to change it quick in the parking lot as I am homeless and have nowhere else. I had spent atleast 150 there or more and they kept telling me to get out of the parking lot because their boss was coming and would complain.

Sold me a coolant Temp sensor that was too long and not flaired at the end, it cracked the intake manifold, refused to help me at all. Not impressed to say the least. Wont use AutoZone or Duralast ever again....

I needed brakes and rotors and the guy helping me was pretty awesome and friendly. Definitely will be going back, very knowledgeable.

I gotta say that for awhile there I was driving the extra mile after having been treated so poorly multiple times by the employees at night BUT I ended up going there with a friend one day about a month ago and it was almost as if it was a whole different place all of a sudden, the employees seemed to be the same but they also seemed to be a little more interested in their jobs, more helpful, and alot friendlier, so Ive started going in there again and each time I get the same new friendly smile and helpful service that in my opinion had been greatly lacking before! Maybe the addition of the Jamacian food truck on the other side of the parking lot from the Taco truck out in their parking lot was what made the difference :-) who knows but I like the new additude!
