Ordered small counter top piece in February as of June still didn’t have the piece. Multiple trips to their location (was called once and told to come out there the piece was ready, got out there, it wasn’t). Spoke on the phone numerous times with employees, was told it would be ready on certain days many times. Avoided my messages. Would have rather just been told they didn’t want the business to go else where. Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Went to competing business in town, much better service and price.

Very poor customer service. We could not even get past the quoting stage due to so many unanswered emails and lack of response. I spent quite a bit of time picking out stone and was told I’d have numbers within hours of the meeting and have yet to receive any kind of pricing information - it’s been months. I also asked for pricing on cabinets and have never received anything despite emailing and calling.

They stand by their work. Recently had a new granite countertop and island installed. The island was mis-cut and the company expedited and installed a new piece within a week. Considering the quartz was hard to come by and them quickly turning around the install, show that they stand by their work and products.

Ordered counter tops June of 2020. Installed in July 2020, but was left with a cracked piece of granite. They didnt say a word, just left us with a broken slab of granite on our bar...like we wouldnt even notice. When I called about it, they wanted pictures. I sent the pictures, and was given the run around from July until February...yes 6 months to correct the problem. While I waited, I was lied to, ignored, and left with a disaster of a kitchen for half a year! I couldnt have my back splash installed until counter tops were complete. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing a professional installation in less than 1 year! Do yourself a favor and use any other company out there! The Better Business Bureau needs to take a good look at how this company operates!

We were blessed to choose J AND B Countertops to do our granite. So nice and honest and professional. From the people in office such as Betty to our installers and the owner Jorge. Would highly recommend in every way. So easy to find in the old Eagle Furnature location on the backside.

We had our counters installed in August of this year and the installers were great the customer service not so much. I called J & B about 10 minutes after they left after installation but they were closed by then it was about 7:30 at night so I called back the next day because we have a workstation sink and our accessories dint fit because it was measured wrong. They had my sink and the template and I asked Bety at least 4 times if she needed the accessories to make sure everything fit right and she said no they know what theyre doing. Ive made over a dozen calls to try to get this fixed and keep getting the run around or she just doesnt answer. Ive went there and asked to speak to the owner and was told hes not there and its been a month and a half and still no call back. VERY POOR customer service. Bety makes appointments and doesnt show up and blames others for not putting them in HER phone. The latest excuse Ive got was that they are waiting for someone from Nashville to contact them to come to my house but it can only be done on a weekend. That was 4 weeks ago. I spent over $6200 and Im not happy with the level of service Ive gotten. No care what so ever to make it right. Bety even measured my window sills wrong and they questioned me about the windows. Umm no they have been installed for 4-5 years I didnt change them before you came out for install. If they fixed my sills on the fly why cant they fix my sink? All I want is for them to make it right. I even asked her why they didnt do it like I wanted and just did what they want and she said its their standard. Are you kidding me? Shouldnt you do what the customer wants? Her suggestion to fix it is me cutting my mahogany cutting board to fit! NO WAY!! Still doesnt help I cant use any of the other accessories. They also used the wrong slab for my island but nothing can be done about that. If I had to do it again I wouldnt go here. I just want to use my sink as intended. Ill be looking elsewhere for my bathroom counters. Quick to cash the check then avoid. All I can say is Bety is horrible to deal with. Thanks for no after care.

They are very professional and very detail oriented and always make sure the job is installed correctly and cleaned up! Jorge and his guys are very very good at what they do! They do everything in there power to meet deadlines! I highly recommend J&B Countertops, from granite, to marble an quartz to solid surface! The best in Cookeville with a huge selection of granite to choose from at their shop!
