We had attempted to purchase a living room sectional set as part of their Black Friday special. We spoke with an employee that evening add the said we would just have to wait for them to contact references. We did not receive a call back from rent a center until the following Wednesday when they informed us what we wanted was no longer in stock. They sent pictures of other sets available without any pricing information and that did not resemble what we initially wanted instead (too large and very ugly couches instead) Instead of answering my questions the representative replied “have a good day” and ceased communication.They wasted nearly a week of our time while we waited for a Black Friday deal they didn’t have when they could have communicated the limited inventory and we could have shopped elsewhere for Black Friday deals. The customer service through texting is lazy, unprofessional, and inefficient as well

Excellent team that works there. Be careful what you purchase. As long as you pay your bill as you are supposed to, excellent service. Dont blame the company if you cant pay your bill on time.

Great place..yeah everything in there is 3times what u would regularly pay for it but I understand everyone has to make money but come on you all are killing the ones who is making you all money..

Ive been there four times each time to rent an item and still havent managed to do it they keep coming up with different excuses every time I go its a the sorriest place Ive ever did business with in my life and thats saying something
