I’ve been in here several times, always to be quickly greeted and assisted, but left alone to shop without being hassled. Picked up some cheap lap tops for our kids homeschooling the other day. It’s basically a smaller Best Buy, they have a little bit of everything. Prices seem alright.

This store allowed a delivery person to improperly wire my new range which caught fire while I a cripple was stuck in bed with no help to get out I contacted the store manager, Asst. Manager, at the Corporate level a public relations Manager, a delivery troubleshooter, a Customer service Manager, and a representative from upper management / Ownership all of which told me they would do research but none of which bothered to pick up the phone and call me. I live in a 27 year old double wide which would burn faster than I could possibly get out snd after causing a fire by negligence they absolutely did not care. Please don’t make the same mistake I made by doing what I did and trusting them.

Helpful, ONCE YOU GOT HELP. One would think that you would have more than 1 person working the appliance section on a Saturday, when most people are not working and coming in to purchase something.

Warning: Do not shop here.They are more than happy to sell you something, but if that something breaks while under warranty they will do everything in their power to not help you. Had our TV for 4 months. It had an issue. They refused to replace it despite being under the 1 year warranty.Contacted the manufacturer, they said the store was obligated to replace it. Went back to the store and fought them on it. They replaced our almost new TV with with what they said was a new TV. Got it home, unboxed it, it was clearly used. My guess is that it was their floor model and it has who knows how many hours of use on it compared to our barely used TV.Called the store to let them know the problem. I was told if I didnt want the used TV I could bring it back in a buy a new TV. I said Id rather just have my money back. They refused to refund the purchase.Contacted the manufacturer again they said that because I was given 2 options they are not obligated to refund my money. So basically, I can keep our heavily used replacement or pay them more money for a new TV.These guys are nothing but thieves. Do yourself a favor and dont even walk in the door. And as for most of their good reviews on Google, theyre buying them. Go check their rating out on Yelp if you really want to know how great their service is.

I have bought quite a few appliances from here as well as a television and computer since moving here from out of state. Every time I have made a purchase Derek and his team have been great to work with! We have always had great customer service and have always gotten exactly what we wanted. The guys that do the delivery are also always very professional and have done a great job setting everything up for us. If you’re looking for new appliances, televisions, computers, etc. I highly recommend Electronic Express!

This is the best electronic experience I have ever had. I needed new monitors, and no only did 2 team members get together to help select the perfect ones, but they also set my up with all the exact peripherals that I needed. And, they definitely weren’t the “car salesmen” type.. they actually were below my budget. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The young lady that helped us answered all of my questions completely and without any hesitation. When I asked her why computer A was worth the money over computer B, she easily ran off a long list of the advantages of spending the extra money and upgrade. It took me 3 seconds to decide to get the better product. I am very happy with my experience and the computer.

The staff was always helpful an d friendly and i always had a good experience until this last time. i was told an AC unit i financed would be there on Friday. When Friday came i was told it would be the next Friday and i ended up paying 200 more for a different unit.

Derek has such an awesome crew I know where to start in my search! I came looking for a handsfree device to use at work. I had no clue what I needed or if they even made what I was looking for since I had so many specifications. The salesman immediately got me exactly what I needed. Demonstrated it and everything! Let me start off saying I have done alot of business with these guys in the past I have bought 2 sets of washer and dryer from them now today I went In and bought a new dishwasher. As I purchased it it had a dent in it and it was the last model they had. They assured me that it was fine and it did look fine other than the dent and the box was really messed up. I got it home hooked it up and lord BEHOLD water all in my wood floor. So I called the manager and he said we have another one in the warehouse and let me go check and I will call you right back in 10 mins.... well........... that 10 min wait I was waiting in NEVER came. So needless to say I have 3000 dollars of wood flooring ruined now and still no dishwasher. So I will be taking my business elsewhere from now one .

DONT SIGN UP FOR PAYMENT PLANS! We got a $900 laptop from here, put $600 down and still owed $380 so we signed up for the payment plan. The paperwork we signed stated that we would pay it off in 90 days with $50 payments bi-weekly. Well they messed up our paperwork and put us on a 12 month plan instead and are charging us almost $100 at the end of each month! We now are paying an extra $500 on top of everything!!! Now we have to spend even more money in small claims court but hopefully it will be a wake up call for them.

I would leave zero stars if it was possible. My brother and I walked into the store well before closing, found what we wanted to purchase, stood there waiting for 15 minutes on a salesman to assist us. Noone even checked on us. Instead the started closing the gates and waiting for us to leave. I guess I need to stop shopping here and take my business elsewhere.

Just grabbed up some late Christmas presents and I have to say the staff went out of there way to be helpful and friendly. The computer systems were badly affected by a recent incident with AT&T but the employees didnt let that stop them. The credit approval was refreshingly simple. All in all great experience and helped finish out a great holiday season. Thank you guys for everything.

Their TV guy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Their selection was excellent for this area and compatibility priced anywhere. If you are limited to shopping this area this is a very good place to go.

Jason is the go to guy!! He was so knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I originally ordered my computers on the website...but the customer service was HORRIFIC!! I instead cancelled my online order and got better computers CHEAPER in store!! I will only go to this location and work with Jason. Went in there the other night about a hour before they closed. Called all the big stores around to see if they had this one certain item and Electronic Express was the only one with this item. After I bought my stove it was almost a week before I could go get it, which I knew it would be. My son went and picked it up brought it to my house and he and my husband took out of box. They found a bad dent on it. My husband called me irate and I called E.Express. They told me they would bring me another stove. By he time they were going to deliver the replacement I had already been using the stove for almost a week. I called them back and asked could they give me credit of I believe little over a 100.00 and just let me keep the original one. They said manager said could only give me a 10% credit so I told them to just bring me a new stove. They said ok but in a few days they called back and offered me a credit of 15% off the original price and me keep the stove. I said I would take a 100.00 in store credit and the manager Derrick somebody said ok. I was to go back to Cookeville store ask for him and it would be taken care of. I was unable to get up there immediately a couple or so weeks later I get a message n my answering machine telling me I was scheduled for delivery of a new stove. I called immediately and asked them what was goin on that I thought we had an agreement. The assistant manager claimed to know nothing about any agreement or delivery of a stove. They immediately canceled the delivery and told me to come up there and speak to the main manager(Derrick) about my 100.00 n-store credit. I went up there that Sat. and asked to speak to him. One of the employees came back and took my Very Last Receipt and I guess file it and said I would get a phone call after who ever reviewed it on the following Monday. That was over a week ago and I’ve heard Nothing! I am an honest person and I expect from most of the good ratings you get the company is too. I would like my credit of a 100.00 as I was told or a new stove and I would like this resolved soon as possible I feel like I have been given the run around long enough.

Love the hometown hospitality here ❤ We have purchased all of our appliances and our computer/printer. Each time we go we are always greeted warmly and helped when we need it without feeling pressured.

Great place and I have bought several large items from here. I am a little unhappy with my last experience so I did not give five stars. I bought a Canon camera for over $700. It was not in the store which is fine. The issue is the salesperson told my wife that he was not sure when it might come in. Maybe check back in later in the week or even next weekend. I probably should have just bout it online because the data on line gives a definite time and I could track the shipment of the item. It would seem the store could at least make a call when a ordered item is delivered.

First thing, when you ask for something most of the time I get told you dont have it. I will go look around and eventually find what I asked for. Second thing I was there a few days ago and after I finally found what I came in for. The only one you had was a display. It had a chip off the corner of the top. I asked if there was a discount on flawed display models. Immediately was told no and they didnt guarantee they had a box. I wouldnt pay new price for something like that. At least other places give a discount. I have bought alot of things there but not anymore.

Very expensive flip phones costed 200 something dollars crazy!

Three weeks ago I ordered a desk from a horrible employee, but today when I tried to pick it I encountered another problem. Jason, the employee from today, was wonderful. He went above and beyond and worked very hard on getting a solution. Jason truly made my horrible experience so much better. He deserves a promotion or something, because I went from having no hope of getting my desk I ordered almost a month ago to leaving with the desk I wanted that he finally found in the warehouse.

Issac was amazing! He communicated back and forth with me via phone and email throughout the day about the different appliances he had available. Answered all of my questions. When I got off work today and went over there he showed me the appliances he could, he had everything ready and made the interaction as quick and simple as possible. I was honestly dreading going in and dealing with the salespeople but everyone I came across was very nice and helpful. No pressure to buy anything. If you need appliances Issac is the man you need to go see!

Excellent bunch working there! We got a Samsung TV as the sales were awesome! Replaced our 10 plus year old TV. Well worth it thus far. Plus replaced a pc with a refurb laptop which is fine and lastly a sound bar. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would have no problem shopping there again. Remember to get a warranty on whatever you buy because the warranties you get with a TV or pc is just not good that comes with the products.

A few years ago I had a terrible customer experience. One bad enough I decided to stop shopping here altogether. Fast forward and I was in need of a MacBook in a rushed state a few days ago. Knowing these guys were only one of two places in town that sell them, I put the past experience behind me and decided to give them another chance.I purchased a MacBook and started having issues with it. It was making me anxious thinking of having to initiate another customer service need with these guys. But the laptop was close to $1000 so I sucked it up and went in this morning.Bri welcomed me, listened to me, helped me pick out a replacement that would overcome the issues, and made the experience overall stress free. Quick, attentive, and painless. It was a great experience and a complete 180 from the negative experience. I now consider myself a customer again and am grateful she was there to help.

IV called this store 15 times in the past 3 days, and its busy every time, almost as if they just leave it off the hook so they dont have to deal with calls coming in.

One star is actually too many. When we walked in a worker followed my husband and I like we were going to steal something and then when we found what we wanted to buy we couldnt get any help stood there for 30 mins and when I asked for help I got a grouchy wait a minute I am with another customer. There were 4 or 5 other employs not doing anything except standing around. So I am taking my bussiness else where.

They sold me a pc monitor full price that was faulty, could have bought one at goodwill that is literally across the street for $4

Terrible experience bought a refrigerator they didnt show up the day that was scheduled came to deliver it the next day with a huge dent in the door they wanted to deliver and replace the door I sent it back who wants to spend 3500$ for something damaged so I go back to the store look at the floor model again see it has damaged door handles I rescheduled a delivery date for Saturday they didnt show up until Sunday and didnt bring a new one like they said they brought the damaged floor model and lied about it said they opened it up out off the box before they put in the truck dont trust them they are ripping people off

Car audio section of the store has a wide variety of products at decent prices. I frequent this establishment as I work in audio installation and my opinions never differ. Where id like to start is Customer Service! As i said, i frequent this establishment and have always had pretty unpleasant customer service, that being until my last visit. I approached the counter asking for a tape measure to measure the speaker i had brought to the counter and every single employee was reluctant to help me (4 to 5 employees behind the counter) besides this one little blonde woman by the name of which I cannot recall. She pulled out a tape measure and then offered to help me look for the most cost effective speakers in the audio section. This Young lady was very attentive and respectful and i could tell she knew what she was talking about when she told me about the various brands of speakers and other audio equipment. When I finally made my purchase I inquired in regards to the stores subwoofer and amplifier deals. HAPPILY to SERVE me, she walked back to the audio section of the store and showed me through the stores woofers and amplifier bundles. She was very kind and again very attentive to my questions and concerns. NEVER had I EVER received such outstanding service from this establishments employee personnel. I had anything to say on behalf this store is that they need to inquire more on the work ethic their employee show, and put forth.~ Common Consumer

As someone who has had a chance to view and shop and multiple Electronic Express stores throughout Tennessee, I found Cookeville to have one of the largest locations and a broad range of products. They also have an excellent and knowledgeable staff of employees and sales men who can answer any questions you have about electronics, appliances and even mattress and furniture. Best place to shop in town for sure!

I purchased a MacBook Air that was on sale. The sales clerk greeted me, asked if I would like some help and immediately took me to the laptop. He explained pros/cons of it compared with other Mac laptops. He was very polite, informative but not pushy, The manager spoke to me when paying, and offered a discount on an accessory, which was very nice even though I opted out of that accessory. A very professional and nice experience, and I got the laptop I wanted and saved several hundred dollars!!

Many displays of various household appliances and electronics. Most all people can get approved for financing. Better your credit better your interest rate. Staff was kind and patient. Only issue I had was not everything was stocked for same day sales. Seemed it would be better if you could pick it out, pay for it and leave. Make sure if you needed it yesterday, that you first ask whats in stock.
